The apartment is in a semi-detached house on the second floor within an urbanization.You need to take the car for everything but it is close to the center of the village. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything a house must have. Mariana's attention was very good Definitely recommended!

We lived with our family of four with Joana and Fabian during the summer vacation with our family of four and felt at home from the first moment of personal welcome. The property is a great combination of spacious, bright and very clean apartment on the first floor of the architect villa with large terrace and a huge pool with extra pool house in the garden. Everything is well equipped. The beaches in the area are stunningly beautiful, a large supermarket just minutes by car. We would have loved to stay longer and can highly recommend the accommodation and the hosts. Thank you so much for a great time with you!

The apartment is impeccable! Very nice decoration. It is very well equipped, we really had a great stay. Beautiful city and beach views. There is construction in the neighborhood, a crane is visible from the balcony but despite that it is very quiet and we still enjoyed the beautiful large terrace. We'll be back, thanks!

Agnès Et Régis’s apartment was wonderful! It was everything and more than we expected! The location and views of the ocean and the lagoon were beyond compare! Walkable to trails as well as beach front paths. The sunsets were so beautiful. It is very central to most all the "must see's" in Portugal. The kite boarding was also spectacular. Agnès communicated very well, gave us perfect location, and met us right at the garage to let us in and walked us through the in's and out's of the place which was very helpful. She was so friendly and respectful. The apartment was just as advertised and in beautiful condition! Very clean. We would love to go back and stay at their place again! A very nicely furnished spacious apartment in a very quiet terrace house near the beautiful Santa Rita beach. We had a rental car and found the location to explore the region from Lisbon to Nazare very good. On site there are some bars/ restaurants on the beach with beautiful views of the setting evening sun. Very straightforward and flexible check-in/ -out, everything super organized! Thanks Christian!

We absolutely loved our stay at Joana's place. The house is as described, and everything was spotless upon arrival. Joana was an exceptional and very proactive host, she responded to all our questions and requests (restaurants, transport, offbeat check-in) and treated us with small touches to make sure we settle in comfortably. Not only did she accept that we stay with our 3-year-old son, but she made her stay very comfortable, providing everything a small one might need: bed, high chair, dishes, linens, and even toys! Regarding the location, everything is a 2-5 min walk and at the same time the building is set back from the hustle and bustle of the night. The pool was a treat and Joana even had linens for the beach for us! Thank you Joana!

We enjoyed the apartment very much. Very relaxing place to spend a few days. Two gorgeous cats (belonging to the neighbour) visited us everyday for pats and cuddles. View is amazing with sunsets worth being home for. Does not have a kettle (or microwave) for those of us who like a cup of tea in the morning. The apartment can be warm in the evening due to the western sun. It is better than the photos and worth what we paid!

Great place to stay in Nazare with private garage.

This was a lovely stay, at Casal do Varatojo. Sara and the whole family were wonderful. We enjoyed a yoga class, and my daughter loved the surroundings, Fátima, the pool, the friendship with Camila, everything really. The blackout happened during our stay, and I'll never forget how they were so proactive in providing information and all that was needed to make our lives easier. Thank you for everything!

What's expected from a beach lodge! Everything works and beach very close by. Ricarda always close and ready to resolve any issues that may arise.

Great hosts, we loved the apartment and location. would definitely recommend and will come back l. kids loved the hammocks and their bedroom. kitchen had all required appliances. absolutely stunning view from the living room, made our breakfasts a real joy , highly recommend

Loved this home, well cared for and loved by Allie and Daniel. They are the best hosts. Well located, a short walk to the pharmacy and general store. Lovely elevated position ensures a nice view of the lagoon. Only one minor comment to note. The apartment is on the top level without elevator. Two or three flights of steps, depending on the level at which you approach the steps…. May be difficult for disabled or elderly or those laden with lots of luggage. Thank you for a lovely stay.

An excellent spacious lovely apartment. Super comfortable bed, quiet neighbourhood, best night sleep I’ve had for ages. In mid-May the pool was of course cool, but useable for an exercise swim. Good communication with host, very helpful at all times, lived nearby I think.
