This home is set up like a duplex with owners occupying the top (we do have 3 young children) and guests having full, private access to the bottom half. Guests are given a private garage and back yard that includes free firewood. Private entry gives access to over 2,200 sq ft of private space that includes a semi-four seasons room with gas fireplace, laundry, and full kitchen. Trees outline the property for privacy. Gorgeous sunsets in the hot tub are our favorite! Rent the pontoon or enjoy the complementary kayaks/paddle boat for some adventure. The boat launch is 4 minutes away. Fish off the dock or use provided icehouse, hammerschlagen, indoor/outdoor games, or just gather around fire pit.

Unique home located on the Crow River, walking distance to downtown New London with shopping, coffee, restaurants and a brewery. The property has a fire pit and dock and you can watch the New London water ski show from the dock. The home was built in 1912 as a hospital (Sunnyside Hospital) but has been converted into a comfortable and fun place to gather friends and family. Part of the yard is completely fenced in. Features a large deck with amazing river views to watch the local wildlife.
