Beautiful accommodation just as described. Perfect location. Parking would have been a bonus.

We really enjoyed our stay in Kisten's beautiful house. The house was absolutely perfect for our group of 12 people and a small child. The garden with the pool area and the outdoor kitchen were the absolute best but the whole house is fantastic. Robbie, who looks after the house and garden, was nice and helpful and we are super happy with our trip.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful villa in Mallorca! The location is perfect — just a short walk to the beach, which was ideal for our group. We stayed with two families, and the villa was incredibly spacious, offering rooms that easily accommodated everyone. One of the highlights was the huge garden, complete with a playground area for the kids. The villa was also very well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay — from kitchen supplies to beachtowels and even toys for the children. It truly felt like a home away from home. We would definitely love to come back and highly recommend this villa to anyone traveling with family or a larger group!

Wonderful location and easily sleeps 8. There is street parking and driveway if you have a smaller/narrow car. Very walkable to access everything. The beach is just about A block away. Beautiful white sands and warm water. Amazing stay. We were in town for Ironman half triathlon. The is on the running route. Very fun! Highly recommend!!!

We had a great stay , lots of space for our family of 4 . Loved the courtyard & decor of the house . So convenient to walk into the main square of Pollenca . Highly recommend .

Just got back for a week stay. 2 young children and grandparents and it was honestly perfect! The property itself is fantastic with separate loving spaces that allowed you to get space if you needed. The outside was amazing. The pool one of the largest pools we’ve had, a hot tub, sandpit for the kids (and a sauna but we didn’t use that) The pool table was a great extra touch and there was plenty of outside seating I. A spacious but private garden. Toni was a fantastic host, responsive and helpful. It’s walking distance to the beach and plenty of restaurants. And there is a supermarket within a couple of mins walk. Would highly recommend this place and would happily return.

We had a great time and would recommend this flat and Miguel as a host. A nice location just at the beach with kitesurfing opportunities directly at your house. Very quiet, which is a big advantage of being located a bit outside the area of Alcúdia (so a car or bicycle is recommended to make most of the gorgeous surroundings). We loved this place as a starting point for cycling as well. The flat is as beautiful as on the pictures seen already. We’d love to come back one day!

Claudia was really helpful and friendly. The apartment is just as described, right on the beach, small supermarkets close by as well as a taxi rank. It's a 20min walk to the waterpark and Lidl, lots of restaurants close by and the Airport bus drops you right across the street. We had a fabulous stay and wouldn't hesitate to come back.

This was a great place for the two of us to stay for a long weekend break. The apartment had everything we needed, and the huge balcony allowed us to live outdoors when the weather allowed. That outside space is what elevates this apartment to the "special find" category. As previous reviewers have mentioned, the lift shaft can be heard in the apartment, but once the main evening traffic quietens down, this is less of a problem, and this won't stop us booking this place again for our next Mallorca holiday. Special thanks to Isaac who was the most responsive and helpful host I've ever stayed with.

Our family of 6 stayed in this large apartment for 10 days. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, modern, well-appointed and ideally located. The kitchen is large and accesses the laundry area on one end, and has a table for 4 on the other end. It has everything you would want in a kitchen. The dining living room is very large, with a long table that seats 8 and a big sofa, chairs and tv. It opens to a balcony. The master bedroom suite is private and large, has a large bathroom and dressing area, and opens to a balcony. The other 2 bedrooms have twin beds and share a bathroom. All the bedrooms have air conditioning. The apartment has a large entrance area very close to elevators. The apartment is extremely close the beach, restaurants, shops, boating, beach fun such as paddle boards and the like, and several high quality carnival-type activities. Our hosts were great, being helpful and responsive from reservation for check-out. Our stay was an excellent experience.

The view of the blue sea and the beautiful beach is amazing. In the garage, there are deckchairs for the beach or garden, a built-in terrace with a view of the sea - a fantastic place for evening time. The apartment is not the newest, decorated in the Majorcan style, but it is comfortable and clean. The wifi works just fine. Everything as described and very good contact with Valeria. We loved ever second at Xescas flat!! The view is just unbeatable! We felt right at home and the location is perfect for people who are looking for silence! Xesca was caring and loving!

This property is excellent we were adults 3 & stayed for 5 nights. Every little detail had been thought of & the property was spotless on arrival. Antoni was the perfect host very quick to respond. Excellent bed linen & towels even beach towels provided. Beautiful equipped kitchen we made the most of the coffee machine & wonderful to have the water dispenser & 20 litres of water at no extra cost. The pool was great & wonderful to have a choice of places to sit & sunbath in private. Short walk to beach & restaurants. We would definitely stay again.

We chose this lovely place for the second time because of the great location, the great terrace and proximity to the beach, restaurants and shops. Toni welcomed us very hospitably, was always available and above all it made it possible for us to check in much earlier. We will be back for sure, provided that the apartment becomes available. We had a great time in this very clean apartment. The panoramic view is fantastic and the apartment is really as in the photos. The location is perfect, the amenities incl. The washing machine and dryer are wonderful and the beds are very comfortable. The fresh scent of the bed linen and towels was another plus. We would recommend this apartment to everyone and would be happy to come back.

Me and my fiance stayed here for a week for our anniversary and it was perfect! The area was so quiet and peaceful. Beautiful location and very easy to get to the local town by taxi or car. The whole process was very smooth and Marga & Gabriel were very proactive with any queries we had and recommendations. Would highly recommend!
