Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Alcudia beach

We really enjoyed our stay in Kisten's beautiful house. The house was absolutely perfect for our group of 12 people and a small child. The garden with the pool area and the outdoor kitchen were the absolute best but the whole house is fantastic. Robbie, who looks after the house and garden, was nice and helpful and we are super happy with our trip.

The apartment is equipped with every comfort. Great cleanliness and location, secluded as I like it. We had a pleasant relaxing week. Jaume was always responsive and friendly. A great retreat to definitely come back to. The road to get there is unpaved, but just be careful and there is no danger of ruining the car. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Our stay at Isra's house was fantastic—everything was as described and even better! The fully equipped kitchen, spacious living rooms, and plenty of bathrooms made it perfect for our group. Two rooms have air conditioning, and one has a powerful fan that worked great. The outdoor area is stunning - larger than the photos suggest - with a beautiful swimming pool and a charming pond. The BBQ setup was perfect for evenings. Being surrounded by nature added to the experience, though do be prepared for bugs and mosquitoes. A delightful surprise was the friendly cats and kittens that hung around, making our stay even more special. They aren’t part of the property but added a lovely touch and we loved sharing the house with them. Isra was an exceptional host, always easy to reach and quick to respond. I highly recommend Isra's house and would definitely stay here again!

The house is beautiful: comfortable, practical and decorated with great care, with a really nice patio. You can see the taste and affection in every room. The person responsible for all this is Cati. She was an exceptional host; she was always attentive, she recommended activities and restaurants, among other things, always with a 10 for her helpfulness and kindness. In short, she made a very nice vacation possible, with moments of relaxation and also with a lot of activity, leaving with the feeling that we took full advantage of the days. We'll be back for sure!

We had wonderful days , were able to relax and enjoy the tranquility, at the same time you were quickly in a city for errands. The finca is lovingly furnished and has almost everything. - from Netflix to a sweet bathroom. For absolute happiness, only two larger glasses were missing - so a luxury problem😎 highly recommended!

Miquel and Rosa's house wouldn't be as good if they weren't the owners. They were kind enough to wait for us even when we arrived late due to a flight delay. They were cordial and left many things in our reception. The house was sparkling clean (I don't think we've ever been to such a clean Airbnb). It is comfortable and spacious for a family (we were 4 adults and two small children). With respect to the location, it is comfortable for walking to the downtown area of Can Picafort, and 3 minutes walk from the beach. If you move around the island like we do, it is 200 meters from the road that takes you to many other places in Mallorca. You can park at the door (at least during June, I don't know what it will be like in high season). We will definitely return and strongly recommend this accommodation. Everything was perfect! We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. The grounds are absolutely stunning, surrounded by nature and offering a peaceful atmosphere to relax. The kitchen in the main house was exceptionally well equipped — we found everything we needed and more, which made cooking very enjoyable. All the rooms were equally comfortable and maintained a consistent, high standard, which we really appreciated as a larger group. A special thanks to Galina, who was always incredibly responsive. No matter what time of day, she replied promptly and was very helpful with any questions or needs we had — it truly made our stay even more pleasant. We really felt that nothing was missing. One small thing to be aware of: the property is located directly under a flight path, so planes do pass overhead regularly. It didn’t bother us a lot, but for very noise-sensitive guests, this might be something to consider in advance. Overall, we would highly recommend this place and would be happy to come back.

The photos look great, but this place is even more stunning when you arrive. The apartment was lovely and spacious, the balcony view is simply stunning and you have everything you need on the doorstep. The host was great for recommendations too

Great, family-friendly place to stay. The apartment is easy to find and the welcome feels warm despite our lack of Spanish skills. The apartment has a huge garage where there are several toys for small children. In addition, there is a large roof terrace where you can lie, eat, grill, etc and you have a view of the sea. The apartment is generally very well equipped with everything. The kitchen quite new and in very good condition. The bedrooms are large. All around: you feel very comfortable! It is a 2-3-minute walk to the sea, and about 10 minutes to the nearest sandy beach. The path to the beach on the promenade is beautiful.

We are very satisfied with our visit. Antonia did her best to address all our issues and questions. She is super dedicated to her clients. The apartments were very comfortable, all as described in the offer.

Very quiet location. Side sea view. There was always a parking space available in front of the door. On the large balcony, we could relax wonderfully, but we were also quickly on the beach. Chilled drinks were ready in the refrigerator when we arrived. There is an elevator in the house. The communication was great, the owner speaks fluent German. WLAN ran great, German television is possible but who wants that when you can look at the sea. I'd love to come back.

My stay at this place was very pleasant. Communication with the host was excellent – he always responded to my messages really fast and was very helpful. The place itself was clean, well-equipped and had everything we needed. The location was also ideal – in just 10-15 minutes we were in the city. All in all a great experience that I can definitely recommend!

Really nice place. Be careful with taxis's and the address. My fault - I don't know there are lots of number 75s! Pay attention to the photo's provided - I didn't ;( Very close to the end of Pine Walk - just off it but very close. Everything was really clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed for a nice weeks break.

The space is really beautiful. The view and the sunsets are breathtaking. The house is also not noisy, which is great, especially when traveling with children. The beds are large and cozy. The equipment in the kitchen could be a little more generous, but it was not bad at all. There were not enough small bowls, large spoons and wine glasses. Once the gardener wanted to cut the hedge on the property at 10 a.m., when we asked him to leave, he reacted very nicely. The house is otherwise also super located, you can get everywhere very quickly. A big plus was also that you could still book the heating of the pool. The water was therefore very pleasant for swimming in May. I highly recommend the accommodation and would come back any time.

A beautiful Finca very well presented and extremely well equipped. The pool is clean and warm and the accommodation was great. Importantly, the beds are all very comfortable. The host was extremely responsive and even provided us with a delicious breakfast one morning. We would have no hesitation in going back there.

The Villa exceeded our expectations. The pool was enormous and the highlight of our stay. The house was spotless, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The grounds were vast, peaceful, and private, providing a truly relaxing environment. Miguel and Sebastián were fantastic, offering a warm welcome and a thorough tour upon arrival, and they were very accommodating with our delayed arrival. They were always available to answer questions and assist us promptly. Can Picafort is a charming town with a beautiful beach, plenty of shops, and numerous restaurants and ice cream parlours. The Villa was also conveniently located for exploring other local areas of Mallorca. This Villa was perfect for our family holiday, and we thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay. Very highly recommended!!

We stayed for 4 nights and it was just beautiful. The house is just in a small village with very charming small streets. We loved the set up of the house with the big kitchen and the possibility to look and go outside through the different doors. The Pool and the small playground were Perfect. Even though the pool was a bit cold due to the changing weather we enjoyed it so much. All the details in and around the house were perfect. We will definetely come back!
