Incredible location. Direct access to this wonderful beach. Apartment is clean, well equipped and has a great garden with direct access to the beach. The contact was great. When the air conditioning broke down at short notice, it was dealt with immediately and repaired by a handyman within a very short time (less than an hour!). Absolutely recommendable.

Ubicación excelente. Con muchos restaurantes y cafés. Cerca de playa y de todo. La casa muy bien. Cuartos amplios buenos baños cocina amplia y cómoda para cocinar.

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans l'appartement de Narcis. L'endroit, avec vue sur la mer, piscine dans la résidence, est parfait pour passer quelques jours au soleil en famille.

We were very happy about our decision to choose Alex’ s apartment. It was perfect for our stay in Alcudia. Just a few minutes walk from the bus stop to Mallorca Airport and the beach was also close as shops and restaurants. It is perfect for families too. Thank you!

Finka położona jest z dala od wiosek i miast wiec polecam dla tych, którzy cenią ciszę i spokój. Na prawdę można odpocząć od zgiełku miasta. Dobry punkt wypadowy na wschodnią część Majorki. Z udogodnień o których warto wspomnieć, to z pewnością spory basen. Do Lidl i onych sklepów jest około 10min samochodem. Uwagi praktyczne: - Finka oferuje wiele domków. Niektóre mają antresolę i schodek w salonie. Jeśli jedziecie z małym dzieckiem poproście o ten bez schodka. - w naszym domu była kawiarka na kawę sypana - niedaleko Finki znajdują się trzy zatoki. Warto odwiedzić tę najbardziej na północ. Droga znajduje się za zamkniętą bramą tuż przy fince. Poproście właścicieli o instrukcje.

Einfach traumhaft! Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit in dieser Wohnung in Port de Pollença. Die Terrasse ist der absolute Wahnsinn – mit einer unglaublichen Aussicht, die jeden Morgen und Abend zu einem Highlight macht. Die Wohnung selbst ist super ausgestattet, es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Alles war sehr sauber, gemütlich und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Wir haben uns total wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Absolute Empfehlung!

cristina was super friendly and communicative from the beginning! the airbnb was beautifully located right on the beach and right next to the bus stop. multiple supermarkets across the street. the place was beautifully decorated! we really enjoyed our time here :)

Our hostess, Anna, was very nice and helpful from the moment we booked the villa. This did not change after our arrival. Reported minor faults in the house were immediately fixed. The house is comfortable, modernly furnished and equipped with all necessary household appliances. In addition, Anna recommended some nice places to eat. Thank you Anna for everything. Nice and functional three bedroom and two bathroom apartment close to the beach and not far away from multiple supermarkets and stores. Parking is easy on the street (March). The apartment has one AC located on the living room and ceiling ventilators in the rooms. There is no heating, but the AC can be use for warming up the environment. Jorge was easy to communicate and was responsive on WA at all times. He even procured a vacuum cleaner on demand as it was not originally foreseen.

Logement vraiment à la hauteur, 2 salles de bains propres et soignées. Cuisine pratique et complète, possibilité de nettoyer ses vêtements, il y a vraiment tout pour passer de bonnes vacances ! De plus, la sympathie des propriétaires et leur disponibilité est d'autant plus rassurante. Les petits négatifs étaient le lit bébé, trop compliqué sans barreau pour un enfant de notre âge, et la localisation pour bénéficier d'une vue en front de mer, on entrevoit malgré tout la mer et ses palmiers d'un côté et les montagnes de l'autre pour chacun des balcons.

Really enjoyed this place. Amazing views and great location and really comfortable and well fitted out. We were a little worried about the shop below but there was no noise and it was super handy just to pop down for supplies! Dickinsons were really good, very responsive, the airport transfer they organised worked really well. We will certainly return!!

Miejsce spełniło wszystkie nasze oczekiwania, wszelkie udogodnienia były zgodne z opisem, mieszkanie czyste, ładnie urządzone, dobrze zaopatrzone, bardzo dobra lokalizacja blisko plaży w Alcudii, w pobliżu liczne bary i restauracje, mimo to okolica spokojna, komunikacja z gospodarzem przebiegała bezproblemowo, bardzo udany pobyt, dziękujemy :)

Es ist eine sehr gut gelegene Wohnung, welche voll ausgestattet ist. Der Check-in ist schnell und sehr einfach. Kein Schimmel im Badezimmer, allgemein sehr sauber. Ist weiter zu empfehlen.

This apartment was in a wonderful location, very easy walking distance to the beach and all other amenities as may be required on holiday. The apartment was well equipped, clean and came exactly as described. I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment to others or return myself. A wonderful stay in beautiful Alcudia with friends was had.

Il delizioso appartamento di Joana è pulito, ben curato e dotato di tutti i comfort. E’ Situato in una posizione ottimale per spostamenti o per la vicina spiaggia. Joana, perfetta ospite, ci ha accolti con gioia e seguiti con discrezione per tutta la vacanza. La comunicazione esemplare per tempistiche e precisione. Altamente raccomandata.

We very much enjoyed or stay at this apartment. The hot tub jacuzzi was a special treat at the end of a busy day! Juana Maria was very responsive to questions during our stay. We will recommend this apartment to our friends.

My boys loved using the hot tub which was great for a winter visit to Port de Pollença. The outdoor space was great as I was able to cook outside while they played. It also feels very private. The interior space is very comfortable and has everything you could need for a trip as well as good quality cooking supplies. Also, a big thanks for the local beer!

INCREDIBLE LOCATION. We searched quite a bit to find the spot that was going to give us a relaxing atmosphere as well as access to restaurants & shops. This apartment is the perfect mix! Our boys (5 & 7) were easily able to walk to dinner each night but we were removed enough to make it feel relaxing when we wanted to go to bed. We loved the upper deck and hot tub! Keep in mind there are LOTS of stairs! The home could have had a few more amenities like cooking supplies (we like to cook our breakfast and at least a few meals in) and the kitchen was a bit small and lacking basic utensils and dishware, BUT it was not enough for me to not give this property a full 5 stars! I think that small addition would truly make this property perfect!) The host was wonderful and met us at 1am to check us in. Our flight in was so late and I felt awful for the late check in but she was so kind and promptly there for us when we arrived late with tired children. Great visit, Hope to come back one day!!

Wir hatten zu dritt sechs wunderbare Tage in dem Appartement. Besonders hervorzuheben die wundervolle große Terrasse direkt am Strand. Taxi und Bus fast vor der Tür, Supermärkte ebenfalls. Es war alles da, was wir brauchten. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder. Vielen Dank an David!

We loved staying at this Airbnb. The best part was everything we could possibly need was there from beach toys to all the utensils in the kitchen blankets. Everything was great couldn’t be happier. Location was fantastic. Easy to walk around and easy to access transport and other bits and pieces if needed.

Matthias und Martin waren alle Zeit für uns erreichbar. Die Kommunikation vor Ort verlief problemlos. Der Check in war sehr flexibel und unkompliziert gestaltet. Parkmöglichkeiten vor Ort waren super. Die Küche war standardmäßig mit Gewürzen und Wasser ausgestattet. Eine Waschmaschine und Trockner standen vor Ort gegen kleines Entgelt zur Verfügung. Badezimmer war sehr sauber, Handtücher wurden vor Ort ausreichend bereit gestellt. Eine dritte Freundin besuchte uns zwischenzeitlich für einige Tage, auch dies abzuklären und zu organisieren war kein Problem. Der Pool und die Außenanlagen waren der Hammer. Martin gab uns zahlreiche Tipps für Restaurants im Dorf sowie Trip und Ausflugsziele in Palma sowie in allen Hinmelsrichtungen auf der Insel.

Il nostro soggiorno da Mirjam è stato oltre le aspettative. Comodo, confortevole, perfettamente attrezzato e con splendida vista mare. Esattamente come indicato nella descrizione e foto. Mirjam ci è stata di grande aiuto con informazioni dettagliate e consigli utili. Se torniamo a Mallorca, certamente torniamo da Mirjam.
