La maison a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour passer quelques semaines de vacances parfaites en famille. Une vue exceptionnelle, de belles promenades partout et paisibles. Nous avons été dans de nombreux Airbnb et nous pensons que celui-ci est le meilleur pour le moment ! Alain est un hôte très agréable et adorable et a toujours répondu immédiatement aux questions de notre part. Slimane sur place était également très sympathique pour la remise des clés a l'entrée et a la sortie et la remise des clés ont bien fonctionné. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Rien à redire sur la location. La maison était fidèle à sa description, très bien équipée et joliment décorée. Elle est fonctionnelle et dispose de tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Elle est proche de la mer, accessible à pieds et des quelques restaurants au bord de mer. L’hôte était très arrangeante et très réactive. Merci !

Sin dudarlo han sido las mejores vacaciones que hemos tenido nunca, una casa preciosa y muy comoda en un lugar muy tranquilo y relajante, rodeada de naturaleza y fauna en la que pasar unos dias de lujo y desconexión.Casa muy bien equipada,terraza fantástica,barbacoa estupenda para disfrutar en familia,buenas vistas,la huerta de Rafael,los campos de Naranjos , simplemente maravilloso.Mi familia y yo hemos disfrutado muchísimo de la piscina que esta super bien tanto para mayores y niños,todo un puntazo el tener hamacas como tiene.Otro punto a favor que solo tardas 10 minutos en coche asta Peñíscola para ir a la playa o lo que apetezca.Rafael el padre de Sara es muy atento, simpático y agradable,la primera mañana que nos levantamos allí nos habia dejado en la terraza una caja llena de verduras de su huerta,BUENISIMAS!!!todo un detallazo por su parte,en fin,si se puede el próximo verano nos gustaría volver y poder repetir esta experiencia tan buena que hemos tenido.Lo recomiendo al 100x100

Magnifique séjour dans cette superbe villa ! Toute équipée spacieuse et en accord avec la nature... les propriétaires sont extrêmement gentils.. à l'écoute et réactif si besoin. Une vue à couper le souffle !! Calme , spacieux ! Villa de prestige qui comble toute attente...

La casa es espectacular! Hemos pasado un fin de semana con amigos disfrutando de la casa. Mi hijo ha disfrutado mucho de la piscina y hemos podido hacer barbacoa. La casa disponía de todo y está en un lugar emblemático en medio de arrozales. Está en medio de la naturaleza y puedes ver todas las aves desde muy cerca. A 10min andando hay una playa con flamencos! Carmen ha sido super atenta y amable. Ninguna queja! Paraíso!

Hemos estado fenomenal. La casa es espectacular y la zona es estupenda. Está a 2 minutos andando de un par de playas (pequeñas, tipo cala) y muy cerca en coche de Vinaroz y de Benicarló. La casa tiene todas las comodidades y un amplio jardín con terraza que es un verdadero lujo. De 10.

A wonderful holiday for our family (2 adults 2 children age 4 & 10). Great place to relax & enjoy the beautiful garden/pool area & peaceful surroundings. Excellent communication with Laura throughout & provided a warm welcome. House exactly as described, everything you could need, the whole villa was spotlessly clean (including the pool & garden area). Would highly recommend & hope to return in the future!

Great vacation in Xavi house and Xavi and his mom were great for giving us nice spots in the area. House is like the pictures and the view is amazing. We ll be back one day for sure !!!

¡Es perfecta! Tiene un jardín espectacular y una ubicación excelente, la piscina tiene un tamaño ideal, por la tarde tiene sombra gracias a la casa.

Villa Arrels in Spain is an absolute haven, and our stay there was nothing short of spectacular. Ideally located just a five-minute walk from the beach, the villa offers both convenience and comfort in equal measure. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by our hosts, Julio and Loli, whose incredible friendliness and attention to detail made us feel instantly at home. The villa itself is a masterpiece, blending traditional Spanish charm with modern amenities. The garden is filled with lovely plants, creating a lush, serene environment that is perfect for relaxation. At night, the solar lights illuminate the property, transforming it into a magical retreat that was simply enchanting to return to after a day out. Inside, everything was spotless and thoughtfully prepared for our arrival. Bij aankomst lagen er erg veel hondenharen in de tuin en in het zwembad. Ook rook het in huis behoorlijk naar natte hond. Het schoonmaakteam van Lucien heeft erg zijn best gedaan want de rest van het huis zag er top en schoon uit. In onze ogen zijn de huurders met de hond in gebreke gebleven en hebben geen respect gehad voor Lucien en de volgende huurders. Als je een huisdier meeneemt naar een onderkomen waar andere mensen ook van willen genieten en voor betalen kan je in ieder geval het fatsoen hebben om de boel netjes achter te laten. Daarnaast werkte de deurklink van de voordeur niet meer goed. Lucien heeft gelijk geregeld dat het zwembad de volgende dag schoongemaakt werd en de deurklink is twee dagen later gerepareerd. Voor de nare lucht in huis mochten we op kosten van Lucien geurstekkers kopen. Alles is dus super snel opgelost door Lucien. We hebben twee weken enorm genoten van het heerlijke huis, de tuin, het zwembad en van Vinaròs!! Complimenten!! Frank & Mirjam

La casa en muy buenas condiciones y muy equipada con todo para pasar el fin de semana en familia. La unica pega pondria una lastima aun no estuviera preparada la piscina.

Carlos gracias por recibir a mi familia! La pasamos genial , gracias por estar al pendiente siempre. La casa es hermosa, cómoda, todo para hacernos felices una semana completa. Las vistas al mar , el paseo marítimo y la piscina. Nos encantó… viajamos una vez al año a diferentes lugares en familia y seguro está entre nuestras favoritas. Un abrazo también a Fono quien nos despidió y fue amable en anticipar su llegada cuando se lo pedimos para irnos.

I would highly recommend staying at Asturgal. It is breathtaking. Antonio was a fantastic Host. His communication was clear, informative, and very helpful. He provided great recommendations for dining and activities in the area. In all my years of AirBnB Antonio was my best Host. We arrived late at night, and Antonio met us in person, which was a lovely touch. He also left a delightful welcome hamper that made us feel at home. Towels, bedsheets, beach towels and all contents of the property are top quality. The property features spectacular views. All bedrooms are well-proportioned, with 5/6 offering great views down the hill overlooking the old town. The kitchen, dining, and living room views are stunning and change beautifully from morning to night. It's a short drive to a lovely 7km sandy beach, and the charming old town nearby has plenty of nice dining options. Overall, my experience was wonderful, and I would definitely recommend Antonio's property for a relaxing getaway!

Jori's place is nothing short of amazing, and he was the perfect host. We've stayed at many great Airbnbs over the years, but this one truly stood out. The design, comfort and location were all exceptional—it’s absolutely breathtaking. We’ll be back for sure!

Beautiful villa and amazing surroundings! We had a really nice time and enjoyed the heated pool a lot. Even though there were some minor issues here or there (which is normal) the host was always responsive and did their best to solve them. Thank you 🙏🏼

Muy buen lugar para desconectar y descansar; muy buena atención ya que dió todas la facilidades que pudo para que nos sintiéramos cómodos y se preocupó de que realmente lo estuviésemos, muy amable y atento y el lugar muy bien cuidado

The property is well appointed and equipped, clean and an ideal location for the local golf course and local amenities which are a short drive away. Our host was particularly helpful when two of our party fell ill at the end of our trip, allowing us to stay beyond the normal check out time while they recovered.

Lugar muy recomendable,perfecto para desconectar, en una zona muy tranquila. Hemos pasado unos días muy a gusto, con nuestra perrita. La casita es muy acogedora, el jardín muy bonito y bien cuidado. Disfrutado de la piscina privada y la barbacoa. La antifitriona Laura muy atenta y amable.
