There is a porch, laundry and deck area shared with one other apt. Free laundry . We are 45 min from MCO(airport) 45 min from Disney and 15 minutes to Legoland. Bok Towers is a unique park that is 18 miles away. Star gazing and bicycling or fishing. Pets $35 per trip with a fenced in area for them.

The attached bathroom has a roomy shower with two shower heads and a soaking tub. The kitchenette area has a Keurig with coffee and tea. Cute older house with modern amenities. Located right downtown within a block from the playpark, Lake Wailes lake, walking path, and the historic downtown shopping area. All of the appliances in the home are brand new, as well as the washer and dryer. There is a large TV in the living room, as well as one in each bedroom - each with Roku and Netflix. Each bedroom also has a mini split A/C unit to sleep as cold, or hot, as you like. Parking is in the rear covered carport.

It really is a great Airbnb overall! It’s safe, clean, and had everything I needed. I brought my golden retriever and it was very accommodating for her. The side entrance felt very private and was exactly as the photos and instructions said. The small kitchenette had everything I needed for the space and the shower was superb! Everything is updated and remodeled. Oreste responded very quickly and when I needed to add a day, he accommodated right away.

Such a relaxing place to stay! We loved the area, the water and walking paths under the trees. The community is quiet, and we biked around it for miles. The pool is fun and the water temp stays perfect. The villa is cute and neat as a pin. We had coffee on the lanai every morning, and slept great in the bed. Laundry available to us was also a plus! Kitchen is little but has everything you could need. We cooked and ate in for most meals, but also found a couple of great restaurants nearby.

Quiet Serenity close to Legoland and Bok Tower

My daughter, grandson, and I were going to Bok Tower Gardens and decided to look for an Air BnB in the area and got lucky enough to find Matthew's place! It was wonderful, super clean and had a homey yet traveler's feel to it. There were snacks and waters and coffee, and we felt right at home here. My grandson was reluctant at first to be going to an Air BnB, but once he got there, he was at ease. He enjoyed the musical instruments in the office, and now wants to learn to play guitar! Such a great getaway and I cant wait to return again sometime! My grandson says we should go and stay for 3 weeks over the summer!
