A beautiful house to stay in. Very comfortable for a large group with children. More than enough room for everyone and the house had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this home stay!

Our adult family of six plus toddler and dog holidayed here for Easter. The house is well set out with bedrooms and living areas separated by a large solid door which kept noise down if some were sleeping. The bathrooms are great and a real treat is the bath! We also enjoyed sitting around the fire in the evening in the outdoor living area. We arrived to a bottle of bubbly and Easter eggs! We would highly recommend this house.

What a beautiful place to relax and explore the area. Every window in the house had a serene outlook - looking over the dam, out to the highland cows, over to the sheep and lambs; with so many places to sit a relax - by the fire pit at the edge of the running creek, comfortable chairs in a number of nooks inside and out. We really felt at home. Thank you.

Our third trip to Mutts on the Murray and we love it. Perfect place for us to unwind with birdwatching, nature sketching, walking and plenty of day trip destinations. We feel right at home walking into the house and relished the truly dog friendly space. Thanks Gary and Dot.

An absolute gem of a space, right close to the city centre. Had everything that you need to make your stay pleasant if travelling with kids and pets. You can walk to Coles, Mcdonalds, Hungry Jack’s, Kmart and local pubs and restaurants. The house has 3 beautifully positioned bedrooms and couple of toilets to make things easy. The modern kitchen has enough space and plenty of utensils and cutlery for us all. The yard was very secure for our 2 big dogs to be left alone for a little while, without any stress. Marcia and Troy are very responsive if you need anything sorted before and while you’re staying. Clear instructions while checking in and checking out were very helpful, and we were also granted an hour’s extension upon asking which was very kind of them. We really had a very pleasant stay in Wangaratta and would recommend this place to anyone, anyday! Thank you again☺️

We were traveling as a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children) and had a lovely stay at Sue's house in Rutherglen. It's only a street away from all of the shops, restaurants and cafe's and lots of beautiful rides/walks along the old rail line. Wineries are all close by also. The house was clean and had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Highly recommend!

We had a very comfortable stay with my dog. It was our second time at Mad on the Buckland. Kay was an absolutely wonderful host. We didn’t know there was a festival happening in Bright until Kay kindly let us know. Thanks to that, we were able to visit Bright just in time and enjoy the festival without missing a thing. The location is perfect for visiting nearby places, and we had such a peaceful and relaxing vacation. Thank you, Kay!

The place was even more stunning than the photos. We loved having the pool, and being so close to town and the river. Very spacious, great kitchen with all you need for cooking. Bathroom were clean and modern. Overall was lovely and would stay again

Jenni is lovely and friendly. We loved the personalised welcome note on our arrival, the cosy and lovely decorated place, So clean and comfy. I loved the outdoor aear too. Perfect location, we enjoyed the beautiful surroundings and 5 minutes drive to Bright's town centre. We will definitely be back again soon.

Such a lovely, relaxing place to spend a weekend catching up with friends! The house was beautiful with a well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds.

We stayed here for the weekend while attending a wedding nearby. It was perfect for a few couples to stay together, lots of space, great amenities and the pool was lovely.

We loved our stay at Russel’s unit! It was surrounded by beautiful nature and wildlife and his place was well equipped for cooking and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Russel went the extra mile by lighting the fireplace each night and letting the kids collect eggs from the chicken coop, an unforgettable experience for them! We were looking for a simple, quiet and relaxing stay and this is exactly what we got at this Tiny home. It has a beautiful view overlooking the natural property. Cute bungalow with a pretty complete kitchen. Very quiet location and the property is beautiful. Loved the fire - made the evenings toasty warm. Please note that the location is about 40-45mins from Myrtleford, and 55mins to Bright so a bit further than in description. But we still loved our stay.

Beautiful tiny house on the farm, surrounded by cows, kangaroos and even a wombat! Host made us feel so welcome and the place was spotless. Our pup loved exploring along the creek and playing with the neighbour’s dog too!

What a gem! Big beautiful home with stunning heritage features. Toast warm heating throughout. Large spa bath to relax in. Fire and wood provided but we didn’t get a chance to light the fire as the home was warm throughout from hydronic heating. Very comfortable beds and lovely linen throughout. Large dining room that fit all 8 of us comfortably. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to stay in and cook, short walk down to the Star pub where we dined one night. Good country pub. Private backyard and enough space to have all our cars off the street but also plenty off off-street parking. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Thank-you for having us.

This isn’t the first time we’ve stayed on Ronaldo’s family walnut farm and definitely won’t be the last. The property is absolutely stunning, we start every morning with a 2km round trip walk through the orchard to the private river and back. You can kayak or even head down closer to the rock bank to skip some rocks! If you’re lucky the grazing cows let you come up real close and hang out with them. The gardens themselves are stunning with so many autumn colours surrounding the cottage and the sheep love to do some afternoon zoomies which is so cute. We had everything we needed and Ronaldo was extremely accommodating with our needs and messages ensuring we felt welcomed. The stay is also just a 30 minute drive to Bright so close enough to be there daily but far enough for peace and quiet with more of an off grid feeling. Thank you so much Ronaldo, for everything! We will be back again soon!!
