Great place to stay to rest from going on big adventures exploring the city

I was back here to Albuquerque for a graduation. The place was comfortable, shower good, nice comfortable chair. Bed a little soft for me but I got used to it. It was clean. When I arrived Cynthia shared some milk from her house(connected) for my breakfast. She met me when I arrived and explained the systems. It would be small for a couple if they plan to stay in much, but suited my need.

Carol was warm and upbeat upon meeting her. She’s outgoing and thinks of others. Her home is beautiful tidy and clean. I loved my Airbnb experience with her! My 3 year old and I did great with Carol and her home :)

This AirBnB is a wonderful treasure!! It is very comfortable, extremely clean, so many details have been thought of that make it easy to feel at home, the list of amenities is really too numerous to count and the hosts are extremely responsive and friendly!! They are just so hospitable, right down to the whip cream for the hot chocolate bar!!

Loved our stay and the kids enjoyed the use of the lighted basketball court. The place was very cosy and only 15min from Cibola where we were playing in a baseball tournament. Would definitely stay again!

Eric is truly one of the wonderful people I’ve met in the U.S. The place was more than enough for me on my own (and I believe it would be sufficient for a couple as well). Despite being far from home, the presence of his three amazing dogs and the story behind them made me feel like I was in a warm, welcoming home. The snack basket they had prepared was such a sweet touch. The best part of the house is definitely the balcony — it's absolutely beautiful, especially around sunset. Once again, a big thank you to Eric and Mary.

Perfect location to spend time with dear friend who was celebrating a milestone birthday. We were able to visit many Albuquerque museums, Old Town and hike some beautiful areas.

The accommodations were exactly what we needed. Clean and comfortable, providing us with much needed rest each evening. Paul is a fantastic host and made sure we were well informed. I always felt like I could freely communicate and receive a quick and friendly response. I highly recommend!

I needed a good rest and I got it. The bed and linens were heavenly. The shower was great. Coffee and coco options were good. I asked for glass of milk and Joe brought it with a smile. If you want to be in "traditional Albuquerque", this is the place.

Honestly, I was initially worried that I had booked a place 15 minutes away from Albuquerque proper. However, I discovered that the South Valley was my favorite area and ended up extending my stay! There were a number of beautiful spaces to walk my dog, including Durand Open Space and the Norbertine Community labyrinth. My dog and I also explored other neighborhood parks a little northwest. Additionally, Jose's neighborhood is very tranquil and walkable with polite neighbors and at least one park. I frequently utilized Planet Fitness, Walmart, and Mesquita Market, which are all within a five-minute drive. There is no shortage of yummy restaurants within 5-10 minutes. I have a car, but it's worth reiterating the listing: the city bus stops close by. Finally, Jose is very attentive and polite, but he also gives you absolute privacy.

We appreciate the sparkling pool in the warm weather! Hosts are super responsive and welcoming. We will stay again when we visit Albuquerque.

This space was so lovely and so appreciated after a long day of travel. Easy to find, Beverly did a great job of providing clear instructions and the description matched the listing. So comfortable and perfect for traveling to/from the airport; it was exactly what I needed. Beverly was also very responsive, flexible with my check in time (I flew in late) and friendly. Highly recommend.

We wanted to stay near the Rio Grande biking path, and Dawn’s place fits the bill. It’s a lovely part of Albuquerque and the casita is roomy, quiet, very comfortable and even has a private little outdoor patio. Dawn is extremely hospitable and she loves to make her guests feel welcome and pampered. Everything about our stay was wonderful! Thanks, Dawn, for the food and drink items.

Sarahs place was beautiful!! My boyfriend and I had a great stay. She gave clear and easy instructions on how to get there/where to park. The private parking area is amazing, beware like she says, it can be a tight fit with a larger vehicle. There aren’t many things walkable, but everything we did was within a 5-20 minute drive. We would definitely stay again! The lower bed isn’t the most comfortable but the one in the upper loft is better (it is a tight squeeze up there though! hahah). Overall, great place to stay!!

Very clean and felt like a home away from home!!

Andy's house is a very comfortable, spacious, and quiet place. The bathroom and shower are private, and Andy gave us the freedom to use the shower whenever we needed. The patio is a beautiful place; you can see the hummingbirds arrive and flutter all over the place, and of course, you can hear all the different birds singing. The patio also has a wonderful view. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, filled with huge trees everywhere. Andy was very attentive and always answered my messages quickly. He also recommended places to visit for my husband's birthday. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

Eileen was so responsive and accommodating. We had our young baby, and she had everything set up and ready to go for us! This cute little apartment was perfect for our family. Thanks Eileen for everything!

This was actually our first experience with an AirBnB (or any vacation rental) so we didn't really know what to expect. Given that, our stay here was amazing from start to finish. You really can't beat the area, with hiking trails almost right outside your door and the Sandia Tram just steps away. The view from the deck is incredible. We spent most nights enjoying the city lights sitting under the outdoor heater. The place itself is perfect for two people and is very cozy. The hosts were the best! Always responsive to questions and/or needs, provided great information about the area, and just nice as can be! We would definitely stay here again and can't recommend it enough!

It was an absolute pleasure staying Heather and Michael’s house for three months. From the very beginning, they made me feel completely welcomed, and comfortable. Their home was spotless, and beautifully maintained, which made settling in easy. Heather and Michael were more than just hosts; they became friends. They were incredibly kind, thoughtful, and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. One of the highlights of my stay was being invited to join their cherished Ukrainian tradition of decorating Easter eggs called pysanky. It was a special and meaningful gesture that made me feel included and valued, and it’s a memory I’ll always treasure. Every interaction with them and their sweet cat Leo was warm, and uplifting. Their kindness and generosity created an environment that felt like home. I left with lovely memories, a grateful heart, and new friends.

The Cozy Casita was exactly as described. Very clean, decor was very nice. Very comfortable…split AC units in bedroom and living room/kitchen were extremely quiet and kept everything very cool. The mattress was amazing! Had a great stay and would definitely return! Thank you for a great stay.

We had the most wonderful stay here! Ceinwen was a dream host! She was so helpful and friendly. The home has all the good vibes and is guaranteed to be a peaceful escape! We will definitely be back! One of our all time favorite places we’ve stayed!

Great stay!! Walkable to UNM, lots of great places to eat and get coffee nearby. Everyone at Iron Anchor was really friendly - and got a tattoo from Stitch 🫶🏻 Only issue is that since the entrance is in the alley, its not super safe to walk back at night. That said, the guys in the tattoo shop let me walk through there at night (up until closing at 9pm) to avoid the alley :) Would definitely stay again!

I totally loved the place very peaceful neighborhood and great house. I recommend it for anyone who wants to relax and feel at peace. Everything was just as described in the booking. The host was super attentive thank you for letting me stay in your home. I definitely will be staying here again in the future.
