The cosy little appartment ist situated only 3 minutes from highway A81 at the main street of Empfingen.There is a lot of traffic noise during the working days (windows with noise protection!). About 1 hour to the lake of Constance, 50 minutes to Stuttgart. 12 Minutes to the historic town Horb.About 35 minutes to Tübingen and Rottenburg. In our village there are two bakeries, a butcher's shop, 4 restaurants and 2 supermarkets. The parking place is situated about 5m from Appartments Entrance.

Welcome! We are located about 10 minutes' walk from the center of Ebingen in a low-traffic residential area. The granny flat with a separate entrance area is completely at your disposal. A bedroom with a large bed (1.4x2m) and closet, a living-dining room with kitchenette and additional sleeping space on the sofa (1x2m). Your holiday home on the Swabian Alb is located in a former farmhouse "Lerchenhof", which was completely renovated and converted in 2014.
