We had a wonderful stay with our family of 8 at the Villa. We were prepared for the little walk through the village to access the villa having watched the video that was in the villa manual that was provided in advance of our stay. The villa itself is immaculate and well equipped. We found the layout of the bedrooms and bathrooms to be ideal for 4 couples. The bedrooms had breathtaking views of Lake Como and the outside sitting areas were very private and also had great views. The pool was clean and easy to access providing a welcome cool down during hotter days. Maximillian was always available on WhatApp to answer any questions. The village itself is small and quaint - we had a nice rustic meal at the local restaurant and the owners were very hospitable. From the villa we drove down the hill to Menaggio where we got a ferry to explore the region. We hired two cars at Linate Airport & were able to explore easily. We stayed in Marco's apartment for an EVJF and we were delighted: cozy, chic and stylish apartment! More than warm welcome from Marco who does everything to make us feel better. Not to mention their availability, valuable recommendations and unparalleled sense of service (airport driver, home chef, restaurant and spa reservations, etc.). Had a short two night stay at Alexsandras apartment. She was really friendly and informative, and her lovely parents met us on arrival. The view of Lake Iseo is stunning, and as we arrived late, she recommended a really good pizza restaurant 5 minutes walk away. The space is spotless and has a great kitchen. As is usual in Italy, there's no microwave. Italians like their food fresh! You definitely need a small car to get there, but that's why they invited a Fiat 500! Getting there is along very tight streets, and very steep roads, so a small car is essential, but that adds to the charm. Really good spot!

Beautiful spacious, clean and brand new apartment. Fully equipped and beautifully located with a covered view of the lake. Very generous balcony, spacious bathroom. Host responds quickly to questions and requests during the stay. Private parking space on enclosed grounds available at the apartment. There are 8 apartments spread over 2 floors. The apartments are located in a hairpin bend, so passing motorcycles can be heard on the weekend, but you will not be bothered by that inside. Despite the fact that we only stayed here for 3 nights due to a stopover, we had a good time.

We had a wonderful stay at Elena’s place in Lake Como! The view was absolutely breathtaking – even better than we expected – and the peaceful location made it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The neighborhood felt very safe, which gave us peace of mind throughout our stay. The home was exactly as pictured: clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully prepared. Everything we needed was there, and Elena was incredibly responsive and helpful any time we had a question. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in one of the most beautiful parts of Italy. We can’t wait to come back!

This home was honestly such a dream! The host was easy to work with and provided a very helpful video for check in. The parking lot/suitable drop off point for a driver is a bit of a distance from the house, on a cobblestone walkway with stairs along the way. It was a lot of work to get my luggage to the house but SO WORTH IT! It’s absolutely gorgeous and as pictured. The outdoor areas are all stunning and lush - I loved sitting outside for coffee, breakfast, and watching the sunset in the evenings (but bring bug spray)! It rained most of my stay so I didn’t use the jacuzzi or outdoor shower much, but they were functional (I checked) and looked lovely. The ferry station and bus stops are about a 5 min walk away and a local market around 3 minutes away. The couple that owns the store was so sweet! I walked to 3 different restaurants nearby for dinner. They were within 3-15 minutes walking distance and wonderful food! This will absolutely be my first choice for a future Lake Como stay!

Clelia is a very friendly and helpful hostess. You feel comfortable and welcome. We were provided with delicious food. Everything was there, very nice! We enjoyed it very much.

top notch apartment very very clean perfect equipment and quality kitchen tv lounge and bedroom with very good bedding the bathroom is also very clean and equipped regarding the very quiet environment in the heart of the mountains great location for hikes not to mention the proximity to the lake of iseo and the lake of endine smaller but more wild as well as the towns of Brescia and shepherd a little further but not too far really at the top, I recommend it. thank you to our hosts for hosting

Simona is very kind and the house is very clean. It's very useful because there is a file that organizes how to get to Milan and its attractions. I would confidently recommend it because it's a place I want to stay again.

Everything about this place is perfect. Just be warned if you are wanting to be right near a city it is about a 1.5 mile walk. But that also means you are closer to little beach areas which were awesome!

Amazing place, very peaceful. We recommend getting there before dark in the first day (at least), and make sure to bring everything you need because the closest market is far away :)

Absolutely stunning place! One of those rare cases when the place is even more beautiful in real life than in the photos. Every detail is charming, and we especially loved the honey made by Gloria’s family. The authenticity of the house and its surroundings is perfectly balanced with comfort — you feel both inspired and at home. Palanzo isn’t the easiest place to reach without a car, but Gloria helped us arrange a transfer and was incredibly helpful throughout our stay.

We had a great time here. The appartment, right next to the forest, has a fantastic outside space and is also spatious inside. Everything you need is there (airco, well equipped kitchen, etc). Multiple lounge chairs in the garden and we could even pick tomatoes and blackberries. Roberto is incredibly nice and we felt very well taken care of. He was very responsive and super flexible with our late arrival. There was also a lot of food and he even gave us fresh breads multiple times and homemade focaccia. Yes, the road to the cottage is a bit of a challenge (steep, unpaved and crosses a small river) but Roberto shows you exactly how to drive it so it is definitely doable. Some days we just parked down the road and walked up which also worked fine. The only downsides we could think of were the barking dogs in the neighbourhood and the slightly slow wifi. But that was definitely worth it for this amazing stay!

We absolutely loved our stay at Michele’s place! The Airbnb is truly unique and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The view from the kitchen window was absolutely breathtaking! Communication was smooth and easy, and the cozy village atmosphere made the experience even more special. Highly recommended!

We were guests at Adamo's chalet for just a few days but it was an unforgettable experience. The house is well maintained both inside and out, with all the comforts and well equipped. Even Fara, our furry baby, immediately settled in and especially enjoyed the outdoor area that surrounds the entire house. Marco was always available and also provided us with valid directions regarding the various routes to take in the area. We also had the pleasure of meeting Adam, who liked our salads. We'll be happy to come back.

Nice place to stay - amazing views, comfortable bed, perfectly clean, save parking. If you come to this area for hiking, it's a perfect starting point. The apartment is a bit dark because of small windows, but you can chill on the beautiful terrace.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Sweet Escape. Innocenta and Fabio were very generous and hospitable. They picked us up from the bus station and gave us local recommendations. The place is clean and the AC works well in the bedroom. The location is incredible and you really can’t beat the views for the price. Varenna is a beautiful city, Innocenta and Fabio make it feel like home. Hopefully we will be back!

The apartment is absolutely fantastic, right on the promenade, very central, but still pleasantly quiet. It is very spacious (we were two), clean and corresponds to the photos. The absolute highlight is the roof terrace, from which you have a wonderful view of the lake. The contact with Gianmario was straightforward, he immediately responded to questions after check-in and helped. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

My partner and I went there, Corinne was a great host. Beautiful place, wonderful surroundings. The interior of the house is very comfortable and spacious. Small flaw but not essential, the night is a little hot, but otherwise everything is super top. We will definitely be back. Corinne is very flexible and available to all your needs.

We had the best time at the lake house! Everything was great and we loved swimming in the lake right after waking up or just whenever we felt like it! Maria is super nice and quickly responded to our messages.

For us, Casa Berta was the perfect accommodation! We spent one day each in Bellagio and Como - and were very happy to leave the crowds (late May!) behind us and live in such a quiet, charming mountain village. We imagined the road up to be worse from the reviews - thank God there is not much traffic up here. Nevertheless, we preferred the bus, which actually always ran reliably (except on Sundays, when it generally does not run). The Casa itself is really adorable. Everything as in the photos. Very comfortable bed and head cushion. Also the shower with good water pressure (normally I don't like shower curtains, but the shower is large enough that the curtain, which is not made of plastic, does not stick to the body). The terrace is also great, we spent a lot of time here. It would be perfect if there was also reception on the terrace, for example, to stream music or plan the next day.
