In Albiez-Montrond at the Col du Mollard in Savoie at an altitude of 1630 m. Authentically charming village with exceptional views of the Aiguilles d'Arves, small preserved natural paradise. Ski area open from 12/21 to 03/23 + possibility to ski on the Sybelles area 15 min drive until mid-April.

Apartment T2 of 32 m² , on the 1 st floor of a tourist residence with a private pool (opening only in July-August) ,located on the snow front with a ski locker and a parking space. The ESF is located on the ground floor of the residence. Balcony overlooking the swimming pool and magnificent view of the Aiguilles d 'Arves and Mont Emy. Caisses and departure from the ski lifts located opposite the residence. A stone's throw from the body of water, general food, and hiking departures.

Putting on skis right at the foot of your accommodation is obviously the dream of all vacationers who go to the snow 🤗 Just 150 meters on skis or on foot from the village square, the ESF, the nursery. In the top 20 charming resort villages and voted the 2nd most welcoming resort in France in 2023 by Airbnb. Rental only from Saturday to Saturday during school periods and during the ski season. Comfortable mountain chalet – Les Diablotins

This peaceful, spacious and very well arranged accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Completely renovated chalet (end of renovation early December 2024), bright, well-equipped located in the center of the resort. Walking distance: bakery, cheese shop, grocery store, sports stores, cinema, toboggan run, as well as ski slopes. Private parking spaces. Snow removal from the driveway and parking spaces provided by a company.

Beautiful 32 m2 apartment on the Albiez Montrond estate (Le Mollard). A beautiful place to spend a winter vacation (5/10 min from the snow front with ski lessons) as well as a summer vacation (many hikes to do as well as two puzzle games/walks for children). It also benefits from a great view to have your meals or aperitifs on the balcony.

Lovely apartment with parking

The apartment is located right across the street from a ski lift and chairlift, from Le Mollard, which is also the starting point for ESF classes. Very convenient with small children. The bedroom is very nice with its 160cm bed and plenty of storage. The sleeping area used for children is very well laid out with the bunk bed and a small space next door where our kids played well. We enjoyed the board games available. From the balcony you could see the children skiing. Only mini drawback: balcony very often in the shade, but at 20m there are sunny picnic tables, perfect for coffee! We recommend this listing as well as the very family-friendly resort and with super nice ESF monitors.

Pleasant stay with first-class views of the Pointe d'Emy and the Aiguilles d'Arves! Spacious accommodation, well arranged especially for 2 adults and 2 children. Unlike other winter rentals, you don't feel cramped. Rich equipment (raclette machine, coffee machine, sled...)

Nice place close to the ski area of Albiez-Montrond. It was however a smaller ski area, so we decided to drive to Orelle (50min drive) and take the lift there to the ski area of Val-Thorens and Les Trois Vallées. In general a really nice stay, also the view from the balcony was great.

Great house. We were 8 people and had more than enough space. The view from the balcony and upstairs terrace is phenomenally beautiful. Comfortable beds. Well insulated house. Absolutely recommended! The surroundings are magnificent and we took beautiful walks.
