Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Albert Town

Fabulous place. If you stay there be a courteous guest, because I’m going back and I don’t want to see any messes you make. 🤗 This place is perfectly situated near everything but out of the tourist traffic. A 10 minute walk to town, the lake. You can walk along the lake for many Km. I walked to Glendhu Bay from the stay. Master has a wrap around balcony with excellent Mountain View’s. Two walls of windows so you can open up and sit in bed with mountains surrounding you. The kitchen deserves better cooks than we are. Two refrigerators, two drawer dishwashers. Spacious garage and laundry machines. The best part is the well stocked media room. Movie night anyone?

Vicki and Dan are superb hosts. They are so proactive and helpful. They showed how much they cared about us having a great stay by their excellent communication. This home is decorated so well, and each detail is stunning. They have built much of the decor and it is so beautiful. They had the fire lit for us when we got there, which was such a great touch. The house was well stocked, and well maintained. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook. The bedrooms were very comfortable and very nice. The hot tub was enjoyable, and the neighborhood was peaceful. We truly appreciated our stay. Thanks for sharing your home with us and for sharing your beautiful corner of the world!

A really fabulous stay. Loads of space, both inside and outside. Highly suitable for families and in a quiet location. Great walks nearby and very close to Wanaka. Would be equally suitable for a winter or summer stay. Loved it!

What a wonderful place to stay! We especially enjoyed the breathtaking views, the window seat, and nice tea selections and French press coffee. It was nice of Kath to offer early check in and to meet us when we arrived to share some instructions.

This home was just as described! Very clean! Great linens! The host was very responsive and helpful. Great location in a beautiful city. Would really come back.

Four of us (couples in 70s & 30s) have just enjoyed a lovely 3 nights in Tarras..facilities exactly as set out, any questions/issues promptly resolved by friendly and welcoming host..the cottage particularly warm..other highlights looking up at the night sky and the wine tasting (and buying)..yes, an unsealed road on approach but no issues if driving appropriately..

Cozy, warm, welcoming place. Easy to feel at home. Compact and well equiped. Fireplace and tub are wonderful extras in this time of year. We enjoyed our stay!

Townhouse was a great place to stay for our visit to Wanaka. Unit has everything you need, very clean and comfortable. It is just a short walk across the carpark to great coffee and pastries from Pembroke Patisserie and Albies Tavern.

This hotel-style homestay in Albert town is very good, the room is the upstairs bedroom, the living room and the kitchen downstairs, the bathroom downstairs, a bathroom upstairs, a rain shower room, the accommodation is more loose for 4 people, the bed is clean and comfortable, the parking space in your room is very convenient!It is expensive.

Beautiful immaculate Loft barn apartment with views of the countryside out to the lake. Loved staying here as peaceful and so relaxing sitting with wood fireplace each evening. Lovely well appointed kitchen too. Favourite accommodation thus far in all NZ travels and wished it was a longer stay. Will definitely try to return and stay again. Highly recommend. Lucie is a great host who was friendly and responsive.

We had a great stay at the perch! Gabrielle was easy to communicate with and it’s the type of place you can tell a lot of love and care has gone into making the guest experience great. Highly recommend!

Love staying at these Apartments right on the beautiful Clutha River trails and right next door to our favourite cafe the Pembroke Patisserie, Albie Tavern & Takeaways right there, Four Square and laundry mat, so everything you need on your doorstep. Very close to Wanaka town and the beautiful Lake Hāwea.

We had a great stay at Victorias place over Easter Weekend while we were up from Southland for Wheels at Wanaka. The property was very clean, tidy & as described/displayed in the pictures. We were really pleasantly surprised at how quiet the property was! I was worried that with it being a ground floor unit that we might experience noise from the house on top, but we barely heard a peep! The property is also situated in a really quiet area, in a cul de sac near the base of Mt Iron, so there was also zero traffic noise - fantastic for us country folk who are used to the quiet life! Victoria was great on the communication front & very obliging with extra requests we made. Thanks for a great weekend!

What a lovely place. I felt like home. The apartment was clean, modern and cosy.

Great location. Walking distance to town and lake. Quiet rear section. Villa was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. A home away from home.

Outstanding property not to mention the location. So much space and very luxurious. We had a wonderful time and used it as our “bridal suite” for the girls to get ready before the wedding. Even had our first look here in the garden and it was sensational. Couldn’t recommend this spot more.

This beautiful home was perfect for our extended family staying for our daughter’s wedding. The home has a very homely feel with everything you need at your fingertips…well stocked pantry, pool table, tennis court, pool, telescope, bbq and great outdoor entertaining area. Trudie the host was super friendly and helpful, as was the owner. We will be back!

We came here with friends and it was an amazing stay! The house was lovely, private and had beautiful views. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

Lovely peaceful house with good amenities and very comfortable.

The villa was beautiful and close to hotel and restaurant. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the food in the restaurant was amazing! This is a real treasure with all this history. Beautiful set up garden too!

Lovely place and close enough to Wānaka or Queenstown as needs. Great, friendly hospitality from Aleishia to greet us and check we had all the info required.

Keith’s house was perfect for our extended family, 3 couples plus 2 children. The house is spacious so there was privacy for each family plus a very large living/dining/kitchen area with a wonderful deck out the back with a hot tub and outdoor eating table. A large back yard provided space for running around or playing games. We could not have asked for a better reunion space. The views to the mountains were spectacular with nightly moon rises and star gazing. Keith is the ultimate host who made sure that we had all the information we needed to check in and settle even though a death in the family required that he be out of the country. He was generous in answering questions about the area and sharing extra amenities for water activities. We could not have had a better vacation.
