Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Alberni-Clayoquot

We had such a nice stay at First Light. Home was very clean and so charming and the view is stunning. Our teens loved the hot tub and sauna. We loved looking for wildlife - lots of bald eagles. I loved being able to walk to downtown Tofino, would love to go back. Erika couldn’t have been nicer or more welcoming. We were really impressed with all the thoughtful details- there was fruit and chocolate for us as a welcome when we checked in. The home is vintage and I hope the 1970s original features will remain. The cedar walls and ceiling and vintage kitchen cabinets and light fixtures are amazing!

We stayed for three nights with Jay in Tofino and were absolutely impressed with the house. It is nicely located in the forest and has everything that is needed. The interior is very nice and the outside area with the fire place is absolutely amazing!

The Homestead is a beautiful home in a beautiful, quiet location with amazing views. The house is clean, and overall is good but has many small annoyances of items that haven’t been well maintained. - Stove top elements: some don’t work, those that do are very finnicky and jump from very hot to cool repeatedly while using - Kitchen sink is near to falling out / disconnecting from the counter - Dishwasher soap door is gone & can’t seem to change settings (but does still clean) - Blinds make a horrible high pitched squeal when rolling down - Window crank handles fall off when using - Shower handles super loose and wobbly - Downstairs toilet wobbles - Hot tub has a broken jet and some buttons that don’t work (but is still hot and bubbles) - Fireplace in photos is not usable

We had a very enjoyable two night start at Haining’s place. Beautiful location, very peaceful, idyllic. A highlight was waking up to see deer in the garden. Great value for money. Excellent host, helpful communication. We would definitely stay again, and would recommend to friends/family.

We had a lovely stay! The space was clean, quiet, private, and well-equipped. Super awesome to be able to walk to Mackenzie Beach so quickly!. This is hands down our favourite Airbnb in Tofino that we have stayed at. Jennith and David were kind, friendly, accommodating and responsive hosts. The home is immaculately kept and spotless. It’s refreshing to see a nicely maintained Airbnb. We appreciated all the attention to detail from the beautiful plants, coffee, tea, a snack bowl for the kids, local craft beer to the spa like soaps and toiletries. The home literally has everything you need. The kitchen is beautifully and tastefully done, and the home is modern with a retro chic vibe. There is a cool games room upstairs where the kids can comfortably be entertained and a workout area. Downstairs has several cozy sitting areas for lounging and playing games. The bedrooms are nicely done up with quality linens and comfortable beds. The location is in a quiet peaceful neighbourhood and a short 5-10 minute walk to downtown Tofino. We can’t wait to come back. We loved everything about this home. Thank you for having us!

Collin’s place at the Ridge is spectacular! The space is larger than we expected and as beautiful as the photos. The view is stunning and we could walk to several beaches and Ucluelet. The beds are comfortable and all necessary amenities provided. It was a special trip for us and it didn’t disappoint!! Definitely five stars from us.

We had a very enjoyable 3 nights stay at Ann's apartment. Ann was an excellent host. She gave us great recommendation of the best places to visit in Ucluelet and Tofino. The apartment is very comfortable, spacious for 2 people, super clean, quiet and close to all the restaurants and stores. Strong WiFi signal and TV works great with youTube and Netflix channels. We would highly recommend staying here and hope to return again soon.

Great hosts and terrific property. Clean, well appointed accommodation, comfortably sleeping 4 adults. So easy to find, it is also across from the community sports field,so a great area to play football/softball etc or to spectate at local gatherings. My 1 piece of advice - the images for the property DO NOT do it justice. So don't debate, get it booked👍

A dreamy West Coast-style studio with vaulted ceilings that my partner and I really enjoyed during our stay in Ucluelet. Great views, a comfortable bed, and an overall cozy but modern vibe with thoughtful decor. Quiet building. Bathroom is lovely and spacious as well, with a separate shower and bath, plus local and earth friendly toiletries (even bubble bath!). We will definitely consider it our first choice when we visit Ucluelet again.

Lovely place to stay with an amazing view and everything one might need for an enjoyable stay. Full kitchen, well-stocked. Hot shower, comfortable bed. Great balcony. Walkable to everything Tofino has to offer. Celina was responsive and a pleasure deal with. We’d love to stay here again.

A beautiful condo in a great location. The kitchen is a pleasure to cook in, the bedrooms are very nice. Rino was quick to answer my questions and was very helpful. We loved to location, close to the water and stores and restaurants. This place is highly recommended

This was a delightful apartment to stay in. We particularly enjoyed being able to sit out on the balcony overlooking the water. Would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in Ucluelet.

Mark’s place is stunning and has everything you could need when staying away from home. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. The amount of space you get is perfect for a group of people. We never tired of looking at the views from the the balcony. Mark is a great host and we’d love to stay in his place again in the future.
