Excellent penthouse for its location, it did not lack any detail and the cleanliness and the treatment they gave me was wonderful, if I returned to that area I would not have the slightest doubt in staying again in this great penthouse.

The place is in perfect condition and matches the description. Maribel took care of us on arrival, showed us the house and gave us information about different spaces in the village that could come well. Maribel is a very nice and committed lady, they do not pose any problems if the time of arrival is variable that you mark.

Fluent communication at all times with the host, easy arrival at the accommodation... quiet area... Regarding the house, I have to say that it grabs you from the moment you enter. Everything is clean and tidy, no detail was missing. It's very large, ideal for groups and families, and also for couples, which was my case. We had a fantastic weekend. We loved everything, but especially the patio, where you can breathe peace and tranquility. Each corner excites you more, the colorful plants with flowers, the birds singing and the sound of the fountain water. It simply grabs you, and you don't want to leave. Then it has a pool to cool off, and a barbecue to enjoy a good wood-fired menu. Everything is 10/10, perfect. We'll repeat very soon. Very, very advisable.

Clari was lovely with us from the first day we contacted her, the accommodation very well equipped and in a very quiet and beautiful area, highly recommended. One negative aspect is that we found the sheets with holes and some loose hairs, that should improve.

The house is very good: pristine, all the furniture quite well cared for, spacious rooms, a super spacious interior patio, and in a very quiet area. Also, we had coffee, variety of teas, and a wine. No doubt a super nice stay!

The place is in a super convenient area for walking. It is close to avenidas, supermarket, etc. The neighborhood is very quiet. There are two rooms facing the street, along with the living room. The kitchen, the bathroom and a room overlook an internal patio. Everything is just as you can see in the photos: it is equipped to spend a comfortable stay, and José is very kind, he was attentive and decisive at all times. Highly recommended!

Friendly and attentive host, the apartment meets all the expectations of the listing. Everything is clean, tidy, it doesn't need detail and make you feel right at home. Perfect if you want to stay in Motilla del Palancar, the location is good has restaurants, supermarkets, etc and it is not difficult to park.

Mari Carmen and her partner Ana were very friendly from moment one. The apartment is a monad and also super comfortable. The decor is beautiful and has everything you need to make your stay perfect, one point in favor is that it has a mini dishwasher that truth makes life so much easier. The bathrooms were very clean and just for putting a hit is that the pillows are a little hard, but the beds are wonderful. The terracita that it has is also a pinzo to be able to go out for the fresco, without a doubt if I return to Albacete I will book this place again.

Small but cozy room, maybe not for two, this is up to you and your style of arrangement. I liked the bed very large, soft and with soft and fragrant sheets, a dream. The apartment is in the suburbs but with a 20-minute walk to the center where there is everything, I did that, for the lazy two nearby bus stops to get where you want to go.

I had to look for a room for work and I really chose quite well. Paz is very nice and very nice and sharing a stay with her was great. The apartment is just like the photos, I had a private bathroom for me and a plus that there was a lock in the rooms. The location of the apartment was fantastic as it was wonderful for me to go to work. Nearby you have the Albacenter shopping center and the calle del piso is spacious and has free parking. I would definitely stay again.

Perfect apartment to spend a few days in Albacete. Everything was very clean, the apartment looks renovated and even more spacious than in the photos. It had everything you need to be comfortable and you can walk to any major attraction in the city. I totally recommend it. The host was very attentive and responded very quickly to any questions or messages, which is greatly appreciated.
