Cozy cabin on 20 acres(occasional neighbor across road) where you can enjoy snowmobiling in Grayling/Gaylord area or ATV riding in the Frederic area. Just minutes from Hartwick Pines State Park or Forbush Corner for hiking, snowshoeing and cross country skiing. 20 minute drive from treetops resort in Gaylord. Camp Grayling (near I-75) holds occasional trainings see their FB for schedules.

We offer 2 kayaks to use (must transport) cornhole boards & bags, trail riding your UTV/ORV, hiking, rafting at Jordan Valley Outfitter, snowmobiling. & many fine dining restaurants, several ski resorts and short day trips! Great vacation spot! This cozy eclectic apartment is a three-minute walk from the charming village of Walloon Lake with its shopping, beach, and restaurants. This space comes with a full kitchen and work space. Situated on a quiet street. It is an ideal spot for two, however, there is a sleeper in the living room to accommodate two little ones. Our apartment is 12 minutes to Petoskey's gas light district, Boyne Mountain's skiing/waterpark, or Boyne City's popular farmer's market.

Resort amenities including the beach, when open, are available at ADDITIONAL COST and registration. We are pet friendly with a 2 dog maximum, no cats. This location is ideal: 1.6 miles to Boyne Mountain, 6 miles to Boyne City downtown, 16 miles to Petoskey, 7 miles to Walloon Lake, and 5 miles to Thumb Lake. We welcome your well-behaved dog! Custom crafted tiny home! It’s a industrial/rustic style home and equipped with everything you’ll need for a great stay including your own private hot tub! Please make note of the spiral staircase as it is steep. It’s located in a private corner of our property with its own drive so you will feel completely on your own. It’s located about 7 miles from Bellaire and Shorts brewery as well as torch lake. It’s about 45 minutes from traverse city, Charlevoix and Petoskey.
