It’s a very nice apartment in a historical building in the centre of Rottenburg.

Heide is a great hostess! We spent a weekend in Tübingen during a bike trip. The apartment is super well maintained and has all you need. Heide provides many small extras, which is great if you travel with small luggage. Highly recommended! And Tübingen is simply great :-)

This is a lovely, roomy home with wonderful artwork. The front and back gardens on the canal were in full bloom. Temptation was to just hang out here and not go site seeing. Just be prepared for the need to climb stairs to the bedroom and bathroom. Our host Anja was great communicating from the start. She was patient and very helpful resolving any self-inflicted issues we had. Street parking permit she provided took a lot of stress off our stay. She was terrific, and so was her property.

Janin is a very friendly hostess who cares very much about the well-being of the guests. If you have any questions or concerns, answered very quickly. We were even allowed to stay longer on the check-out day. The house is huge and offers all the amenities you could wish for. In particular, the seating area with its we were drawn to the sweeping furniture. Even in bad weather, there are plenty of opportunities to spread out in the spacious rooms. There is a very large garden, more like a small park with a swimming pond, which we did not use (on the one hand it was too fresh, but on the other hand the water is not inviting to swim in at the moment). Although there are two apartments, the two parties do not disturb each other, as the outdoor areas are partially separated from each other, each with their own seating and barbecue facilities. We enjoyed our stay here very much and can highly recommend the hostess, the house and its surroundings.

We had an amazing stay in the accommodation! The house and also the garden were very nice. The children loved it there (playground and toys inside the house). Carla and Ludwig are very nice and helped with everything, when we had a question.

We were there as a group of 5 people for 3 nights in the accommodation, which surprised us positively with its charming, functional and yet refreshing decor ;) The sympathetic Scandinavian style can be found like a red path in all rooms! We had a fantastic time staying at Helga's place. This was our first holiday with our daughter (7 months) and we especially wanted to recharge: the garden, the beautiful spaces, the location and the surroundings appealed to us. It was a very nice stay: there were cozy seats everywhere, both inside and outside, in the kitchen there were all cooking utensils so we could cook extensively, Helga was incredibly hospitable and regularly brought us fresh eggs and thought along with outings and if we needed anything. In addition, we had all the privacy and no one was bothered by (nocturnal) howling - so that we were also very pleasant for us. In short, all the ingredients for an amazing stay

The apartment was fantastic for us as we were visiting friends that lived in Oberriexingen for 12 days. The rooms were very spacious and very clean. The kitchen was excellent and we were very thankful for the washing machine/dryer and dishwasher. We are a family of 5 so having 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was perfect.

Great stay and uncomplicated.

The accommodation is located in a very quiet, well-maintained residential area. I spent an extended weekend there and felt very comfortable. The penthouse can be reached via an outdoor spiral staircase. The apartment is very tastefully furnished, generously sized and yet very cozy. Everything is sparkling clean and the furniture is absolutely as good as new. Above all, the furnishings of the modern built-in kitchen leave nothing to be desired. In the house rules, you will find plenty of insider tips for a pleasant stay in the region. I will be happy to come back!

The apartment is as described and we felt very much at home. It's wonderfully quiet - we haven't slept so well in a long time. With our e-bikes, we traveled a lot in the area, often felt alone for hours:-). If you want to relax close to nature, this is the place to be.

We had a great week at the Bühlhof. The farm is very nice and cozy, the animals were the highlight for the kids - and we adults were able to relax superbly. We thought the location was pretty good because you can easily reach many exciting places. Kim's tips, which can also be found in the guestbook, were definitely worth a visit. The apartment itself is one of the best Airbnbs we've been to so far. It is cozy and nicely decorated, the beds are comfortable, the fireplace creates a great atmosphere. It was all sparkling clean and Kim thought of so many details - I only had to bring half of what I usually bring to other vacation rentals. In the kitchen there is really everything, utensils anyway, but also oil/vinegar/spices plus coffee and tea. The bathroom also lacks nothing (my daughter loved the hair care). A little surprise was waiting on every bed. We absolutely recommend the apartment.

Eva should win “Host of the Year”! She has been so helpful in helping us learn about the area, tending to any little question we have, quick responses, and she even helped us find a bicycle to use!! Her property is pristine, bright with natural sunlight, quiet, and an easy walk to the train station, restaurants, bike trails, and more!! Thank you Eva for your hospitality!!!

Martina's place in Ulm is absolutely great! It's in a perfect location, right in the middle of everything. There are plenty of shops around and many restaurants, bakeries, butchers and grocery shops. It's only a few minutes walk to the beautiful Danube where you can walk for hours on end. We also worked from the apartment with 2 laptops and the wifi is great. The apartment itself is super clean and spotless, it has got everything you need and more. Martina has really put thought into having guests staying in the apartment, so many things had a really nice touch to them. Martina is a great host, she is super friendly and always available and gives helpful tips. I can highly recommend Martina and her apartment if you stay in Ulm, I will be very happy to stay again!
