Waterfront holiday rentals in Alanya

Absolutely fabulous, we had the best stay in this beautiful apartment. The location is just perfect within walking distance to shops , restaurants and most importantly the beach. The view from the apartment is breathtaking, plus the amenities met all our expectations, especially the pool which allowed us options of swimming locally and then heading to the sea. We often cooked in the apartment and sourced our food from the local markets and shops plus an added benefit was the use of the barbecue area at the pool side. The building caretaker was very helpful and a good source of information. Having read other people's reviews and comments about the high price of electricity, we totally disagree, we found the price very reasonable for the time spent in the apartment. A big thank you to Kerim and Aziz for their hospitality, we highly recommend this apartment and will definitely be back.

Everything is very nice, I would definitely recommend it

We stayed for 2 weeks at this wonderful apartment. It is exactly as described. So spacious and super comfortable. It was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Absolutely magnificent views of Alanya from the terrace. Easy self check in and out Hulya was always quick to respond to any queries. Highly recommended.

We visited Svetlana on June 13-15. The apartment is large, freshly renovated. New furniture. All necessary household appliances are available. Each room has air conditioning. There is a barbecue area with a grill. There is a beach nearby, and there are many restaurants around. A shopping center is 10 minutes away. Svetlana is a responsive hostess, she suggested how to use the equipment. Can provide transfer and assistance with the infrastructure of the neighboring hotel. We were with the car, resting mainly with friends in a nearby hotel.

Svetlana's place is first class. The apartment is in a very secure complex and furnished to a very high standard. The Gym, Sauna and Pool facilities are excellent. Shops, restaurants and the sea promenade are all within convenient walking distance. I found Svetlana to be very helpful indeed. I highly recommend her property.

Excellent location, comfortable complex with two swimming pools and a gym, convenient parking. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, a spacious balcony-terrace, almost an ideal place to live.

Clean and modern apartment. Very practical and nice pool area. We stayed with 2 kids and this apartment was a good choice, lots to do for the kids in the premises and short walk to the beach.

First of all, I would like to thank Mr. Ömer again for his excellent hosting. The house is perfect for getting away from the city and relaxing. Drinking my morning coffee by the sea and swimming in the cool water in the evening was truly unforgettable. We came to Alanya only for Ömer's house and we realized again and again how right we were The house is clean, convenient and more beautiful than in the photos. All basic needs were considered, we did not feel anything was missing. The host was also very caring and helpful, the check-in and check-out process was very comfortable. Having its own private beach area and pool distinguishes this house from the others. The pleasure of having a space all to yourself, away from the crowd, is truly unique. It was a simple but very enjoyable holiday in touch with nature. There is an entrance to the sea from the shore and watching the seabed during our holiday was our most enjoyable activity. The presence of fish nests offers an incredibly vibrant underwater. Don't forget to take your goggles and snorkel before you go to your accommodation :)

My friend and I had a lovely time at Stella's house. She kept us well-informed about both the location and the house itself, both before and during our stay. Everything in the house worked as it should. It's great that smoking isn't allowed! It's quite close to the sea, and everything you need for personal necessities, such as pharmacies, markets, bus stops, and restaurants, is within walking distance. In short, it's a wonderful house for a comfortable stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. Thank you very much for hosting us, Stella.

Clean Nice communication

Everything was nice and clean. Really good neighbourhood good restaurant and markets. Totally worth the money.

This is my second time staying in one of stellas offered apartments. And was very satisfied, it is very helpful and provided me with drinks again for my arrival. The location is indescribably, everything important can be reached within a minute. The facility is maintained daily. And polite neighbors included. I don't know what else I could add If it works, we'll be back for the summer!! Thanks for everything!!

It was great experience for me and my family staying in the apartments

I would like to thank Mr. Türker for allowing me to have a flexible check-in and check-out. We met Mr. Türker's assistant, Mr. Ömer, and he helped us very quickly and sincerely in everything, and our 5-person holiday was incredibly beautiful, we felt at home and never wanted to leave this place. The cleanliness of the house was very nice, everything was sparkling. If we come again, we will definitely choose this house.

Stella was an extremely warm and helpful hostess! The apartment absolutely matched the description and we felt very comfortable. Especially breakfast on the balcony overlooking the pool was fantastic. Right around the corner are supermarkets and a parking space for our rental car was also available. Stella also gave us tips for activities and restaurants. We were completely satisfied. Thank you, dear Stella!
