Spotless Hosting, as always! Once again, I'm staying at one of Eva's places, and to be honest, I've already lost count of how many times😅. Everything is always impeccable: the space is excellent, well cared for and exactly as advertised. The only thing we missed was a filtered water option, like a simple faucet filter. It would be great to be able to freeze filtered water straight from the sink, without having to use tap water. Still, the building has a vending machine, where we can buy water without problems.

I stayed in the minicasa truck with my husband and our 2 children and it was an amazing experience, impeccable place and everything very well organized, the wonderful hydro massage, a delicious place to make a barbecue and the coffee available in the very good kitchen, in addition to the toast that was a full breakfast. A Michele and César super attentive and receptive! The stay exceeded my expectations, I recommend that you come to know, for those who seek a quiet environment for rest, something totally different from a conventional accommodation, come to live is a unique experience with family or friends!

Extremely clean and organized apartment, exactly as in the pictures. Safe and covered garage for the car. The hotel is easy to access and close to the main highway of Sorocaba. Marcos was very attentive, he always responded very easy and allowed flexibility in check in and check out. I would and recommend!

The location is excellent, with easy access, without dirt streets and very close to the condominium gatehouse. The residents of the condominium are extremely friendly, welcoming and welcoming. I felt extremely welcome, it was one of the most enjoyable experiences I've ever had in lodging. If you need an escape, get away from all the noise and feel like a rustic vibe, this is the place. The place is cozy and comfortable, we felt right at home, and had a great night of sleep. Fabio is a phenomenal host, responsive and very communicative, he made us feel welcome and part of the family.

The property is well located, near the Iguatemi mall and with several dining options and supermarkets (Tauste, Carrefour). Parking included, very easy to use. Well-equipped apartment with a large smart TV and well-equipped kitchen, including a washer and dryer. I highly recommend the space.

The apartment met my needs, I spent 11 days ,sorry I did not go on the tour , my mother had a transplant at Bos , and I was very accommodated, the apartment was clean , the host was quite requested , not to mention that I had no difficulty due to the location, there was a nearby market, shopping mall, pharmacy,etc. I will return for sure ...I hope to walk with the family!
