very comfortable apartment - we stayed a week but you could easily stay here for a month. spacious (two bathrooms, big kitchen, lounge and bedroom), well-stocked kitchen for cooking and a 24/7 supermarket on the ground floor of the building. pool and small gym on the rooftop. TV with Netflix. comfortable bed. balcony. AC. self check-in, which was helpful since we arrived at 5am. we really enjoyed our time here. thanks, Mohammed!

Made a last minute reservation since my flights changed and Ahmed was very accommodating. Was the perfect space to rest and unwind before a long international flight.

Pristine apartment within walking distance of the Mall of Oman and the Mohammed Al Ameen Mosque. A lot of new buildings are being built in the neighborhood and I imagine it’s a rapidly-changing area. Some great local restaurants can also be found in the area. Residential and quiet.

Abdullah’s place is a little gem.. situated @ Juman, the building has much higher standard than other buildings at the Mouj. What is so unique is the view, which you can enjoy from the very big balconies, Albudllah is a great host, and he planned everything to make the place a home form home : water bottles, great coffee machine, essentials at the fridge , all you need to clean/ use @ the kitchen, some fabulous touches all around the flat, that make it such a great experience. I had asked Abdullah to arrange extra items that were required specifically for us, and this was done so well and kindly. Abdullah does respond very quickly and always available for any requests… We shall be back… as we were very sad to leave!!! Oman is such a fabulous place and what makes it so special is the kindness of Omanis. Abdullah is a true reflection of this… kind, helpful and a pleasure to talk to.

This is my first trip to Oman. Thanks to Loay for the reception and the many convenient guides. It was a very nice experience. I will come again if I have the chance.

The location is great. Apartment was very clean and met our expectations. The kitchen has everything you need. Majdi was responsive for all our needs. I highly recommend it.

He is a really good host, he provide us to check in late time and he helped for the things. The room is clean and clearly enough for staying. He gave us some fruit and cake at the Eid.

Our stay at Badar's place was unforgettable. The villa was even more beautiful than in the pictures: breathtaking, spacious, beautifully decorated and unprecedented luxury with complete privacy. I have travelled a lot and booked villas, but this was by far the most beautiful experience ever. Badar's service was extraordinary. As we arrived early with children, he had stocked the fridge with groceries. The villa felt like a private mini-resort: a discreet employee stayed in a separate annex and helped us where needed even with running laundry. Everything was taken care of to the last detail. This tastes like more – we are guaranteed to come back! Badar is the perfect example of hospitality and I highly recommend this villa and its service to everyone.

The location was great, quiet, safe, and close to everything I needed. I felt right at home and truly appreciated the attention to detail. Great place, better than pictures, felt like at home, the house is really beautiful! One only downside were the cars coming and going on the beach at night outside the house and people having barbeques next to the cars leaving a lot of rubbish! we have been during Eid celebrations so the number of car was probably higher than normal!

Khalid is such a nice person and a great host! The check-in was smooth, and I even managed an early check-in without any issues. He loves the beaches—if you’re a beach person, just talk with Khalid and he’ll suggest the best spots. If you enjoy walking and exploring, Khalid is your guy. He’s visited many great places and is always willing to recommend them or even take guests himself, just as he mentions in the listing. He offers free snorkeling, which was a fun bonus. Khalid truly loves the sea and has a very relaxed, friendly vibe. He never interfered in anything during my stay and was always helpful when needed. He’s also eco-friendly, which I really appreciate. Overall, Khalid is 10/10 and I highly recommend staying at his place if you’re in Muscat. If you’re a walker, you’ll love this location—nearby is Lulu Supermarket and Mutrah Corniche is also within walking distance. A perfect spot for a chill, beachy getaway!

Zahir’s place is big and spacious for a family of five. Very convenient to have a washing machine as we had been traveling for a while. The beds were comfortable and the AC worked great. Zahir is a fantastic host and very responsive and accommodating with our requests.

the place was amazing .. much better than the photos .. the beach was near. we accessed the Jumeirah muscat bay hotel with a paid daily pass since we didn't brought an umbrella with us .. still anyone can use the free beach.. much recommend

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely 2-bedroom villa in Muscat! The host was incredibly friendly and professional, accommodating our very early check-in request and frequently checking in to ensure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The villa is in an excellent location, making it easy to explore Muscat’s attractions and offering convenient access to the highway for day trips outside the city. The property was well-equipped with all the essentials and more – from a TV, excellent air conditioning, and WiFi to extra kitchen appliances like an air fryer and sandwich maker. The parking space right outside the villa was also a huge plus for us. Overall, this is a fantastic option for a small family visiting Muscat. It provided everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it!

In short, one of the greatest stays I ever had at a hostel. Basil, the host, is an outstanding person. Extremely welcoming, always open for a chat about everything including Omani culture, and especially he gave us great recommendations for Muscat and for traveling the country. Next to that, the atmosphere at the hostel is very laid back and social. Basil is really fostering the idea of an inclusive and social environment where everybody can feel at home. Thank you again for an amazing stay at your hostel. We had such a great time in Oman and that's also thanks to your sincere hospitality.

Stayed here during the Eid holiday. The place was very quiet, tidy, and conveniently located near all the nice spots in Muscat. The best part was the reserved parking. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. Mohammad was responsive until the last minute and made sure everything was in place. I’ll definitely be coming back next time I’m in Muscat!
