The choice of Tina's house for our week-long stay was clearly a better option than the originally chosen hotel. The house is close to the airport, in a quiet neighborhood and three minutes on foot to the sea. The place is spectacular, everything on the listing is available. A big bonus is the pool, which offers cooler water than the sea, which was refreshing in early April. We had enough space for ten people, and the space is quite enough to have breakfast and dinner together. Tina communicates promptly, I had a moment to get to know each other and talk. I recommend staying with Tina!

Our stay at Badar's place was unforgettable. The villa was even more beautiful than in the pictures: breathtaking, spacious, beautifully decorated and unprecedented luxury with complete privacy. I have travelled a lot and booked villas, but this was by far the most beautiful experience ever. Badar's service was extraordinary. As we arrived early with children, he had stocked the fridge with groceries. The villa felt like a private mini-resort: a discreet employee stayed in a separate annex and helped us where needed even with running laundry. Everything was taken care of to the last detail. This tastes like more – we are guaranteed to come back! Badar is the perfect example of hospitality and I highly recommend this villa and its service to everyone.

There were sodas and bottled water prepared for us. Also Omani sweets and cookies. There is a beautiful terrace- the whole flat roof all for you! All the sea promenade in front of you and the harbor. All in walking distance- a fantastic walk passing the sea front all the way.

Abdul's place was very spacious and clean. we were a big group and there were many rooms and beds to accomadate all of us. He was also very kind to let us check-in early as our bus arrived early morning. he even allowed us to leave our luggage in the lounge until our flight. overall a very pleasant experience and the house is perfect for big groups.

The home is beautifully maintained, clean, and offers plenty of space for a large group or family. The layout is well thought out, with comfortable bedrooms and common areas that make it easy to relax and enjoy. One of the biggest highlights is the location—just a short walk to the beach and centrally positioned, making it convenient to explore Muscat’s top attractions. Whether you want to enjoy the coastline, visit cultural sites, or explore the city, everything is easily accessible.

Great place, clean and close to the airport. A little far from Muscat itself. The only thing that really made this place not a 5 star was the living room smelt of old cigarette smoke and I wasn’t able to enjoy the room due to that, it was that strong. The bedrooms however were smoke free.

Aidah’s home was absolutely perfect for our family trip. The place was spotlessly clean and felt just like home from the moment we walked in. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, and Aidah was incredibly responsive and helpful with all our questions throughout the stay. The house had everything we needed—all the utensils and amenities were thoughtfully arranged and in the right place. The location was ideal as well, making it easy to get around. We had a wonderful experience and would 100% visit again. Highly recommended!

Had an absolutely wonderful stay! The apartment was exactly like the pictures—so cozy and welcoming, it truly felt like home. It had all the cleaning facilities and even food provided, which made me feel incredibly comfortable throughout my stay. I can't thank you enough for your hospitality! Staying at this villa is an amazing experience. The villa itself is luxurious, elegant, clean, spacious, and a work of art. It is exquisite on any level. It is near the highway yet away from it to provide peace and quiet. The villa has everything you can imagine or will need. The furniture is beyond elegant, rich, and comfortable, and the service you will get there is more than excellent. You will get royal treatment and feel very pampered. Your stay will be super comfortable, relaxing, enjoyable and luxurious. There are no words or photos that can do justice to this villa. I fell in love with it and hope I will get the chance to stay there again. So, I urge everyone who might be the slightest interest to stay there to please try it. You will have a wonderful experience. I guarantee it.

Abdullah’s place is a little gem.. situated @ Juman, the building has much higher standard than other buildings at the Mouj. What is so unique is the view, which you can enjoy from the very big balconies, Albudllah is a great host, and he planned everything to make the place a home form home : water bottles, great coffee machine, essentials at the fridge , all you need to clean/ use @ the kitchen, some fabulous touches all around the flat, that make it such a great experience. I had asked Abdullah to arrange extra items that were required specifically for us, and this was done so well and kindly. Abdullah does respond very quickly and always available for any requests… We shall be back… as we were very sad to leave!!! Oman is such a fabulous place and what makes it so special is the kindness of Omanis. Abdullah is a true reflection of this… kind, helpful and a pleasure to talk to.

This is an excellent place to stay if you are travelling to Muscat, good location between the airport and the marina. Everything is a short taxi ride away. Almost feels like you are out in the country but close to all amenities. Zak was a great host, very responsive and answered all my questions. Would stay here again.

It was lovely to be hosted by Ahmed, he took wonderful care of me and was prompt to resolve any requirements. Ahmed was very prompt in responding to any communications and provided very clear instructions. The place itself is very nice and I would recommend it as a great place to stay. the place was amazing .. much better than the photos .. the beach was near. we accessed the Jumeirah muscat bay hotel with a paid daily pass since we didn't brought an umbrella with us .. still anyone can use the free beach.. much recommend

The most stylish place you‘ll find in muscat. Located in a very nice neighborhood. The room has everything you‘ll need and the photos here doesn‘t do it any justice!

When I first arrived at the apartment the check in process was easy and Mazen had already provided all the details. The apartment was as described and clean. There was a few basic necessities missing initially but upon contacting Mazen he was able to provide them for us. The location for the flat is also very good, only a 20-30 minute drive from the city centre and has a hypermarket (general store) underneath on the ground floor of the block of apartments which is very handy. Mazen was also very flexible with the check out procedure which was nice. Overall It was a good stay for a good price and I would recommend to others.

This is a beautiful, spacious home with 3 large bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The pool is very nice, and the garden area and roof have lots of activities for kids and adults alike. There is also lots of seating inside and outside. I would love to stay there again with friends and family. The housekeeper was extremely helpful and was available for any support required anytime.

Muhammad's apartment was a great value for money option for a family of 4 to stay. It is a fairly new apartment in a modern building with an internal atrium with a pool and a gym in the basement. Also basement parking. The apartment was clean and comfortable and had everything that we needed. It has a double bed, and a sofa bed in the living room for the kids. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.
