Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Al Huwariyah

L'appartement est bien équipé et idéalement situé à proximité immédiate du parc Essaada (top avec des enfants), de tous les commerces, restaurants, cafés etc. et à quelques minutes à pied de la plage. Nous avons aussi apprécié qu'il soit parfaitement propre et d'y trouver des petites attentions à notre arrivée. Petit bémol : nous avons eu quelques difficultés à stationner certains jours dans le parking de la résidence, mais il est possible de stationner dans la rue.

Un séjour exceptionnel ! L’Airbnb est tout simplement topissime – ultra propre, parfaitement équipé, décoré avec goût, et dans un état impeccable. Les chambres sont spacieuses, les terrasses offrent une vue magnifique, et l’ensemble respire le confort. Un immense merci aux hôtes pour leur accueil irréprochable : processus d’arrivée fluide, communication réactive et chaleureuse, tout est pensé pour qu’on se sente à l’aise dès la première minute. La résidence est superbe, calme et bien située. Je recommande les yeux fermés à tout le monde. Encore merci pour cette belle expérience !

Das Haus war sehr sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Lage ist sehr gut, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut, es wurde schnell reagiert. Danke an das gesamte Team von Landlord. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen

Je trouve que c’est le meilleur endroit où séjourner si tu as un passage à Tunis. Le studio est authentique, parfait. L’emplacement est idéal, avec un large choix de cafés, de restaurants, de plages et de supermarchés. Rahma était très accueillante et proactive.

A very clean and comfortable place with easy access .The apartment is well equipped. Bader is a great communicatior . The neighbourhood is quiet and close to nice attractions in Sidi Bou Said .

Walid was an extremely helpful and proactive host. The apartment itself was beautiful and had everything I needed for my 3 week holiday here. The bedroom was comfy and the kitchen had all the necessary utilities. The location was also great! And very convenient. Walid was the best part of this place though! I extended a few times and he was always an absolute pleasure to deal with, offering tips and going above and beyond to ensure I had a lovely time. I would definitely recommend this place - 10/10

Mahdi’s place was a home away from home! We booked the studio too! It was sparkling clean and had everything you need during your stay as a family. Safa welcomed us when we arrived and left us with some water, bread, cakes and other stuff for breakfast :) she showed us around both of the properties and recommended some great places to eat and visit. She was super responsive on whats app and kept in touch during our stay! The kids enjoyed the apartment and sidi bou said! Our apartment was a 2 min walk to the busy street with the shops and food spots. The popular cafe des delices was a 4-5 min walk and walking down to the beach took about 20 mins. The location was perfect and it was a safe neighbourhood. I even made some cat friends and left them bowls of water outside :) thank you to Mahdi for letting us check out later since we had a night flight! I would love to visit again :)

Hôte accueillant et prévenant. Logement charmant et chaleureux. Joliment décoré, et bien agencé. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut dans ce rez de chaussée authentique. Les must: les beaux carreaux de ciment qui enluminent le sol, la cour ensoleillée, les chants des tourterelles et des verdiers, … La mer est à quelques minutes de marche ainsi que toutes les commodités. Nous avons trouvé ici la bienveillante hospitalité tunisienne, fierté et richesse de ce pays! Merci Monsieur Yousri.

Hedi was extremely helpful and responsive. House is absolutely beautiful and the location is perfect..steps away from the main Street in Sidi Bou Said. Rooftop terrace had an amazing view. The House was very private and comfortable!

really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this apartment. From the moment we arrived, Lamaane was a wonderful host—she kindly waited for us to arrive and personally handed us the keys, which made check-in seamless. The apartment felt like a home away from home. It was well-stocked with toiletries, and there were plenty of towels, which made settling in easy and comfortable. We also found many fantastic restaurants within walking distance that we absolutely loved. The location was excellent—just a 15-minute walk to the beach—and catching a cab was easy from the nearby roundabout. It’s also only a 15–20 minute cab ride to major attractions like the Medina and Carthage, making it a convenient base for exploring the area. One thing to note is that the neighborhood can get quite noisy at night due to cars, dogs, and cats. We needed to keep the windows open to allow air circulation, as it got warm while sleeping. That was the only downside to an otherwise wonderful experience.

Très agréable séjour chez Meher à l'occasion d'un mariage familial à Tunis. Le logement était très bien, propre, bien équipé et bien situé. La communication avec Meher a été très facile et spontanée et avec une très bonne réactivité. Merci pour tout. Nous recommandons sans hésiter.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Moncef, la proximité avec la mer est très agréable! L’appartement est spacieux avec nos deux enfants. Petit coup de cœur pour les tortues du jardin, qui ont été très appréciées par les enfants.

Un apartament spatios, curat aflat intr-o zona linistita, aproape de plaja si de prncipalele puncte de atractie din La Marsa. Hamdi a fost o gazda excelenta, usor de contactat si mereu de ajutor. Sper sa ma mai intor aici!

The house was pleasant, just like in the photos. The hosts were very kind and welcoming. Thank you for the stay; we will definitely return. I highly recommend it.

On a passé un super séjour en couple dans le studio de Hichem. Le logement est fidèle aux photos, petit mais bien pensé et fonctionnel. Le quartier est très calme et agréable, avec un arrêt de bus à 2 minutes qui permet de se déplacer facilement vers Sidi Bou Saïd, La Marsa , la Goulette ou le centre de Tunis a 1DT par personne . Épiceries dans le quartier, un Monoprix et des terrasses a 5-10mn de marche . Hichem a été vraiment gentil , très réactif et à l’écoute, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Merci encore pour ton accueil !

Bilel est un hôte en or. Il m’a réservé un très bon accueil et on a communiqué durant le séjour quand j’avais qqch a lui demander concernant l’appartement ou l’endroit pour garer la voiture. L’appartement est idéalement situé avec Sidi Bou Said et la Marsa corniche a proximité et l’endroit est totalement calme le soir. C est l’endroit idéal pour se reposer le soir venu. Recommandé à 100%

Excellent logement pratique, très propre et très bien placé à la Marsa. Je le recommande à tout voyageur solo ou couple qui veut un logement central. Chaima était parfaitement réactive 👍🏽
