Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Nabeul Governorate

this is a great little apartment, in a brilliant location. everything you need is close by, it's also only 5 mins walk from the old fort and the sea etc. there's also a small balcony and access to the roof terrace, which gives great views over the neighbourhood and across the sea. yosr and her family are lovely people, and everything was made easy by them. I'd happily come back here if I'm in the area again

The place is in a great location if you’re looking to stay in Sidi Bou Said. I stayed in the apartment on the third floor, which might be a bit challenging for elderly guests due to the stairs, but it's a great option for travelers on a budget or young couples. The price is reasonable, and the apartment is well-equipped with everything you might need, including an iron, cookware, microwave, and more. I didn’t use the oven during my 4-day stay, but everything else met my needs. Overall, I was happy with my experience and would recommend it.

This was my *third* time staying at Seif’s Airbnb, and it just keeps getting better! The place is always clean, comfortable, and feels like a home away from home. Seif is a fantastic host-responsive, helpful, and goes the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect. The location is great, and the value is unbeatable.

The hosts are super nice, very caring and attentive. Present if we have a problem. Accommodation matches the photos except the pool which was green and not usable… I think we came a little early in the season and it will be cleaned after but well we had booked this accommodation specifically for the pool… a little disappointed not to have gone there. Otherwise it's super well located and fortunately there are beautiful beaches within walking distance!

The apartment is very well located close to everything, small and nice, there's everything inside with a surprise in the fridge! 😁 Excellent for two people!The car park is secure 24/24 Too bad the pool is only open in July and August! But it's not a big deal, there's pool access in the hotels next door! Marwen is a very helpful person, and above all, responsible! I arrived around 1:30 a.m. due to a flight delay! He reassured me and the building's concierge waited for me without any problems! He is especially understanding and has the talent to manage everything remotely, even if you don't see him at all. He does a lot of work behind the scenes and everything is already in order! I personally recommend it. Good luck and good continuation in the future. Next time in Hammamet, it will be at Marwen's!

We loved our stay, the accommodation was impeccable, very charming, comfortable and well located, close to the center of La Marsa while being quiet. Meher is a friendly, flexible and responsive host - thank you again for storing our luggage while waiting for our flight. We strongly recommend!

This place is probably the most beautiful that we have stayed in. It is just amazing, beautifully furnished, great art work, very traditional, it felt like we had our own private palace. It is situated in the centre of Sidi Bou Said, but nevertheless still quiet and private. Sayma was a really responsive host and accommodating with our late check in and out. We got a real taste of Tunisia in this wonderful home and would highly recommend it

Had our family there for a few days and it was a great time. Plenty of cooking supplies for a large family. Pool was clean and the privacy of the back house was the best part!

We had two very nice weeks in this apartment which corresponds in every way to what was advertised and what we expected. The small terrace is very nice to read, chat, have a drink, all with the scent of jasmine, and the rest of the apartment is nice, well-equipped and functional. The residence is quiet, well maintained and secure. The proximity to the beach is an asset, as is the taxi stand right at the entrance of the residence, making it easy to get around Hammamet or Nabeul. A few nice restaurants are very close, which is always very nice. Hatem is a very friendly, responsive, and even proactive host. We will definitely come back and with great pleasure.

Very good stay. The apartment is as indicated ( air conditioning and tv in all rooms). Residence swimming pool accessible with map and supervised. Map giving access to umbrellas on the beach (5 min walk). Very good location, 5 mins by car from Carthage land. Mr AZIZ was very welcoming, accompanied us to the pool and beach as soon as we arrived, to show us the accesses. We'll be happy to go back! Thank you for your welcome ☺️
