Holiday rentals with a patio in Akyaka

Rocco and Marta were great hosts, and responsive with help. Really amazing location to enjoy Old Town, the historic sights, restaurants and shopping. To note - it was fine for me, but some may find the bathroom a bit tight. You also have to be careful in using the shower as to not spray water beyond the glass pane. Patio setup has changed but is still nice. Otherwise, apartment was clean and looked just like the pictures.

Konaklamadan çok memnun kaldık. Bahçeli olanda masa ve sandalyeler vardı. Evin içi büyük, düzenli ve eksiksiz gibiydi.. Türk kahvesi makinesi, filtre kahve makinesi, kettle ve her türlü mutfak eşyası vardı. Bahçe her gün temizleniyordu. İlk gün eve giriş yapana kadar eşyalarımızı bırakabileceğimiz bir yer bile önerdiler. Tekrar gelecek olsak mutlaka kalmak isteriz.

Es war eine traumhafte Unterkunft für unseren ersten Türkeiurlaub. Der Blick aus den Fenstern und der Terrasse aufs Meer ist einfach grandios. Die Zimmer sind stilvoll und minimalistisch designed, uns hat nichts gefehlt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt! Vielen Dank!

Big and clean apartment on the top floor, private neighbourhood, 2 balconies with a great view, we enjoyed our stay here!

Evin konumu mükemmeldi. Fethiye ile Ölüdeniz arasında çalışan minibüs hattı evin önündeki caddeden geçiyor. 10-15 dakikada bir seferi var. Ulaşım konusunda hiçbir sorun yaşamazsınız. 15-20 dakika içinde minibüsle Ölüdeniz’e veya Kayaköy’e ulaşabilirsiniz. Evin balkonunda yemek yemek çok keyifliydi. Eşim ile güzel bir hafta geçirdik. Pelin Hanım ve ailesine misafirperverlikleri için teşekkür ederiz.

Anya's apartments are very nice. It is a new building and the design is tasteful and modern. It was comfortable with a nice bed and a great shower. The heated floor was nice for a winter stay. The location is on the edge of the city but a close walk to the main areas, the marina, and the ferry terminal. Having a dedicated parking area was very convenient. Anya communicated well and gave me good information about the space and local things. I stayed a week in the apartment and found it to be great for my needs and a good visit to the area. I would stay there again when in Marmaris.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless. The checkin process was simple and well-communicated. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described if not better. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, offering great local tips and making sure I had everything I needed. The bed was super comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked, and all the little touches made it feel like a home away from home.

Das Haus war wie auf den Bildern gezeigt. Die statt ist schnell mit dem Auto erreichbar und viele verschiedene Strände können gut mit dem Auto besucht werden. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und hat immer schnell auf Fragen reagiert. Ich kann das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Wonderful place surrounded by nature Perfect spot for who want a piece of tranquility and privacy immerse in the beautiful nature. The villa is 20 min far by car from Fethiye The description matched with the reality The host is always ready to answer to any request at any time. We felt like at home Definitely a place to come back again

Çok keyifli bir evdi. Biz konaklarken diğer dairelerde 2 gece doldu sadece, çok rahattı. Sezon dışı gittiğimiz için bölgede tabi inşaatlar var , onların gürültülerine maruz kalıyorsunuz evdeyken. Söğüt keyifli bir bölge çok iyi restoranlar var , mevsim itibariyle çok çok güzel 5 gün geçirdik, çok teşekkürler.

Kendimizi evimizin rahatlığında hissettik. Ev temiz ve düzenli idi. İstediklerimizi anında karşıladılar, iletişimde herhangi bir zorluk yaşamadık. Köy içinde, limon çiçeği kokusu içinde huzurlu bir evdi. Ev sahiplerimizin anne ve babası Bayram abi ve eşine selamlar. Çok sıcakkanlı, yardımsever insanlar. Ev Dalyan ile Sarıgerme nin ortasında. Mosaic is a beautiful property recently renovated to an extremely high standard, set across three stories and is a real eye-catcher. The decoration is tasteful and gives a real Greek vibe. it's situated close to many restaurants and walkable to beaches along with New and Old Town Rhodes. Panos is an excellent host who was very responsive and proactive in offering any tips and any recommendations he could. He was extremely accommodating to our requests ensuring our time in Rhodes was amazing with no stress, including allowing us a late check-in due to our late flight and allowing us to leave our bags in the property on the last day as we again had a late flight, along with a small gift on check-out really going the extra mile. A detailed list is also sent once check-in is available with everything you need to know for your stay. I can't recommend the property & host highly enough.

We were a group of 4. The apartment suited us very well. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed (right down to parchment paper for baking and storage containers for leftovers) to cook on the nights we ate in. The pool is amazing. I have already recommended Hakki's listing to my Izmir and Ankara friends.

Absolutely fabulous stay, apartment was extremely clean, everything was the same as photos, host was there to meet us, very friendly and helpful host, I would not hesitate to stay again and would recommend to anyone. Within easy walking distance to Rhodes Old Town and New Town, nice cafes nearby.

Ayrıca ev fotoğraflarda gösterildiği gibiydi hiç bir kusur yoktu temizlik ile ilgili bşr sorun yok zaten personelin çok aktif çalıştığını diğer odalardan görüp hemde kendi odanızdaki temizlikten anlasılıyordu. fethiyeye geldiğimde her zaman bu apartı tercih edicem her şey için teşekkürler

We spent 5 days in George and Cecilie’s apartment and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The apartment is great. Very good location, close to the local bakeries, cafes, small shops and restaurants. It’s just a walking distance from the old city of Rhodes. The apartment is also very well equipped and clean. Also, the owners are flexible, hospitable and brilliant communicators. I would highly recommend the place!

Wolfgang &Yakup have both been extremely helpful. the location of the apartment is ideal, taxi button right outside complex, to take you into hisiranou or Fethiye. Small local shop in 5 min walk for your essentials. Apartment very clean sofas and beds very comfortable Will definitely be booking again. 🧿🪬☀️🥰

Emplacement super ! Nous sommes arrivés à minuit à l’appartement (ce qui n’a posé aucun problème grâce à la boîte à clé, très pratique). À notre arrivée, une bouteille de vin et des fruits nous attendaient ! Le quartier est très calme, car situé dans une petite ruelle piétonne, tout en étant à 10 minutes du centre et 15 minutes de la vieille ville. Nous avons adoré Rhodes et l’appartement !
