Ilios House in Rhodes Old Town!

Ilios House Is ideally located right inside the medieval old town of Rhodes in a quiet and sun filled place, just a few meters away from the central port of Rhodes and about 100m away from the old town’s market place. The house was bought and renovate in 2005 under the provision of archaeological department of Rhodes because of it's historical value. Rebuilt with new modern appliances in the unique traditional style of the area because of the Surrounding by the Byzantine Church of Saint Fanourios ,the Temple of Panagia Bourgou and the Medieval Moat.The ground floor includes a living room with aged mosaic floor, comfortable kitchen with refrigerator ,microwave ,cooking area and a washing machine, coffee maker, toaster etc and an inspiring bathroom. The first floor is the place of the bedroom in which at least four persons can sleep comfortably. The house is fully equipped with all necessary kitchen utensils, towels , bedding ,hair dryer, iron, and boards, tv, dvd, wireless internet connection for your laptop. Is great for a couple and also for families with 2 adults & 2 - 3 kids,and for adults company or teenagers company. Just a few meters away from the building , is a place for free parking, a mini market and public playground as well many traditional Greek Tavernas and International restaurants, cafes and other entertainment places , museums etc. Also you can go daily on trips to other Dodecanese islands or to other beaches in Rhodes . Together with the Ilios Apartment next door we can accommodate up to 7 persons

Our house, which is in a unique location with magnificent nature and immaculate air on the hillside in Akyaka, is a duplex, 2+1 layout with 2 bathrooms. On the ground floor there is a living room, an open kitchen, a bathroom and a room. On the upper floor you will find the ensuite room and en-suite bathroom. It is 400 meters from the center and 800 meters from the beach. Our pool in the common use of 10 apartments is 5x14 meters. There is no parking problem.

The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. This villa is located on a hill in the nature amongst many trees and is overlooking the picturesque Gökova plain. Although it is isolated nicely it is very easy to reach. There are 3 large en-suite bedrooms and another bedroom with 2 single beds in the house.
