Eser’s Hotel is in a fantastic central location—just a short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants, yet still quiet enough to relax. You really can’t beat it for convenience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always available if anything was needed. The atmosphere is cosy and laid-back, with clean and comfortable rooms, that make you feel right at home. Considering the budget, it’s excellent value for money—great quality without overpaying. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxed and enjoyable stay in the heart of Ölüdeniz.

We would give this place 10 stars if we could. We were absolutely blown away by the beautiful surroundings, the elegant decor, the large suites, the HUGE and fresh daily breakfast, and the wonderful people. The owners and staff went out of their way to make our stay extra special. We cannot wait until we have the opportunity to stay here again.

He went above and beyond for us and helped determine the best means of a day trip to Ephesus. He arranged early taxi pickup and really went out of his way to make us feel as though we were his only guest. Thank you!

Mr. Kaan is very friendly and a very nice host. She helped us with everything from a boat tour to the beaches to go to. The hotel facilities were very good, you can sit and relax in the bar area and have a good time in the pool. If we come back, we would prefer the same place again with my wife, we were very satisfied with a full family hotel

I needed basic accommodations and I got a single bed and then my own bathroom in the shower and a fridge air conditioning small balcony exactly what I needed and it is exactly how it is described as nice and clean and very attentive and friendly host

We had the most wonderful stay at Ali’s place. Ali and his family are the kindest people and we loved staying there. Ali and his wife are teachers and their teenage children help with the running of the boutique hotel over the school holidays when we were staying there. Ali and his family were great with our daughter and would help in any way they could. The little pool was great for her to play more independently too. During our stay, we wanted to watch England play in the Euro’s semi final late at night. Ali and his son came back to the hotel and looked after us with beers throughout! Ali’s place is a 10 minute walk from the main area of shops and restaurants but there are others which are closer. There’s a small shop for snacks and drinks just around the corner which was handy! Ali also took us to the airport when it was time for us to leave. We had some great conversations and learnt more about the local area. You will not regret staying at Ali’s wonderful place!

He was a very good host and also a very kind and understanding person. I would definitely recommend it as a place that everyone who is passing by should visit.

Great place, location and host. Minor note: The AC is in the bedrooms only. This is easily sorted with a dip in the pool or a trip to the beach, but worth noting if that's really important to you. We had a great stay - thank you!

As a host, we would like to thank Mr. Özgen and Mr. Selim, who does not spare us his help in the facility and always question our need and does not miss his smiling face. The Stone House we stayed in has a great ambiance. It has all the amenities that can be accommodated by capturing the same ambiance both in summer and in the fall without any seasonal restrictions to stay. There is a terrace on the side of the house that will make your evening even more beautiful if it is summer. Spending time with your friend or family in this area offers a nice experience. Again, we would like to thank both Mr. Özgen and Mr. Selim for all their support and interest. I would also like to express our satisfaction as they allow us to make good memories that we do not hesitate to choose for accommodation again

We benefited greatly from the privilege of being the first Airbnb customers of Shambala:) Mr. Arda is conscious and competent about business. All the employees -especially the sparrow lady- were very kind and caring. If you want a quiet and peaceful environment, it will be a very right choice for you. Since its area is very large, you feel like a place reserved just for you. Breakfast and dinners are delicious, and there are plenty of buffets and plenty of options. Before you book, you should definitely get detailed information by calling, which is because it is in a perfect location, and you will be going through a little challenging way to go. Pleasant stay! But be careful the noise under the house

Honestly to start with this was a beautiful stay with the windows open you can fell the breeze in the morning. It was surrounded by neighbours and you feel part of the community but still have your private space. I would honestly recommend this place 100% to anyone wanting to enjoy simplicity and beauty in its purest form.

I highly recommend this listing. Mrs. Ebru is very nice and welcomes you properly and on time. Also the apartment is well furnished with everything you need for a great stay in Fethiye. I'll come back a second time, God willing.
