Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Akron

This place was beautiful! Raymond responds fast and professionally. Looked just like the pictures, and was very clean!! Absolutely worth the price.

Beautiful location extremely peaceful. Brittany responded to any question I had very quickly, the first night we had really bad storms and I lost power, Brittany looked into the issue and provided eta on when power would be restored, she also checked and made sure i was ok and comfortable, the power was restored quickly, would definitely stay again.

The house was adorable. So clean. It had everything we needed for our one night stay. There were six of us, old friends, and we reserved an igloo next door. We played board games, drank great beer at the brewery, and then had a great breakfast at the brewery before we left. It was a great trip. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay. We came up for a friend’s wedding and were on the fence between a hotel and an Airbnb and we are so glad we chose to stay at Martha’s cottage. It was a cozy home that was perfect. It had a great kitchen that we made breakfast in and comfortable beds. There were 4 of us and we all slept comfortably. Had a blast watching a movie on the big tv in the living room. It was also great that she had an ironing station so I could get my shirt ironed out for the wedding. There was also a good church down the road and some good restaurant choices decently close by. All in all I would stay here again thank you so much Martha!!! She also had a little mugs out as a keepsake which was adorable. Unfortunately I left mine behind.

The cabin was very cute and very cozy. Just in the perfect spot to reach everything we wanted too, in our case most importantly the blossom music center. The host was very friendly and responsive also had a really cool guide book that really helped out when looking for food and stuff to do. Super easy check in and out. Would 100% stay again and probably will in the future!

The house was so nice! No one would be disappointed in renting this large spacious house. We enjoyed it so much!

We anticipated a stressful trip so we were really hoping that our lodging would be adequate. Charise’s place was beyond adequate, it was a refuge from our day and allowed us to fully relax. Next time we’re in town we will definitely be staying here, I just hope it’s available ☺️

Location is prime on Madison Street. Foot traffic is not really noticeable, although there was some weird noise throughout the night from something. Could be a city or local business thing, but any moderate to heavy sleeper is not going to mind. Same as a light sleeper would wake up if someone was being loud in the hallway in a hotel. For the price, it's hard to beat. Stay here, eat/drink your way up/down Madison, and have a nice night sleeping just across the street from an amazing bar. Favorite part was the little electric heater in the entertainment stand. It was quite chilly in the evening and my girlfriend and I were able to make the space extremely comfortable in a very short amount of time.

There is nothing but good things I can say about my experience in this beautiful house, my daughters and I had a very pleasant time. The house has everything we needed for our two week stay. We loved every detail and especially the front porch where every night we could enjoy the beautiful view. Kyle and Alo are both amazing hosts, very friendly, responsive and very helpful. I highly recommend this place.

A wonderfully quirky place to stay. Would be great for a family with kids. Lovely to have coffee and tea provided with homegrown honey! Highly recommend. Those with pet allergies should keep in mind that it has pet presence. My son in law got pretty sneezy.

Easy to find and get into even after a long drive. Will book again when I am working in North Canton.

Peaceful and spacious and beautiful. Nicely provisioned. Easy check in, close to everything, but has a nice private view of woods from the windows

This place is a gem! Perfectly clean, has everything you might need (even an umbrella). It's cosy and the neighborhood is safe and you can easily walk to edgewater park/beach. Hosts answered very quicly when I accidentally locked myself outside the building and were really helpful. I definitely recommend the place.

This little apartment was perfect for our overnight stay to attend a graduation party and church the next morning. Booking was easy and Janelle gave clear instructions for check-in and check-out. We felt right at home and enjoyed all the amenities, including the fresh eggs from the family chickens. We also appreciated the electric heater in the bathroom and electric fireplace to move around to keep things cozy on a chilly night. Next time we visit Wooster, we'll definitely book here again!

Mary's place was exactly what we were looking for, needed to be near (easy 15 min drive) to Oberlin College but didn't need to be right in town (Oberlin) for those two nights and looking for a good price. The place was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed & expected, no snags, a pleasant stay. Recommend and will definitely look for this place next time coming in for a near-but-not-right-in Oberlin reasonably priced place to stay.

Hillside Villa was an amazing stay! Was very conveniently located within walking distance of downtown Berlin but also very quiet and peaceful. Was also very easy to find. We had the Hillside View Suite and it was an amazing view. Everything was very clean and above expectations. The owners are very responsive with communication. We will definitely be returning for future trips!

Hillside was a unique staying experience. It was very much a hostel style environment where there were a lot of shared common spaces and a good chance you will run into other guests. Which could make for a pretty unique experience if the other guests are sociable or friendly. It can also create an awkward experience if the others guests are loud or prefer privacy. The place was listed with washer dryer but we had to call to get access when the host said none was available upon arrival. The house is very large and up on a hill over looking the countryside. There was a faint musty smell in the home and some areas with water damage signs. The basement was a little worse with the smell. The pool table had seen better days and someone left it standing with a partially broken/unscrewed leg. We wanted to enjoy the downstairs tv area but the smell was a bit overwhelming. The place had a lot of potential. The room we stayed in itself was nice with it's own whirlpool tub. Kitchen access a plus!

We had a great stay at this place! The location is awesome, cute neighborhood and very walkable to some fun bars, restaurants, and coffee shops. The home was very clean, set up perfectly for a big group and Justin recommended a fantastic pizza place nearby. The one thing I’d recommend is bringing extra towels if you have a group larger than 5 or 6 people! Highly recommend and would stay there again :)

Absolutely beautiful home. Perfectly located to explore Amish country. Beyond clean, super easy check in/out. Jeremy was so kind and communicative! We will certainly return!!

We had a lovely stay! The wrap around covered porch with views of the rolling Amish farmlands was gorgeous. The double access to the room made it easy to bring in our belongings from our car without tromping through the shared space. The bed was very comfortable. The bath was huge and the jet tub was a nice surprise. We built a fire in the outdoor firepit and four other guests joined in for conversation. We really enjoyed having our own rocking chairs just outside our door to drink our wine in the evening and coffee in the morning while taking in that beautiful view! Late at night we enjoyed a few rounds of pool in the lower Game Room. If you are bird watchers, I highly recommend a visit here. From the Mockingbird that sits on the fencepost just under our room, to the numerous songbirds darting about and the rare Kestrel hiding in the Walnut trees. My Merlin App was lighting up with more birds than we could imagine! I highly recommend this Airbnb that is just a minute from town.

Stephanie as a host was great from booking. very responsive. House was in great shape. beautiful kitchen. fit family of 5 with a 13 yr old upstairs and a 7 and 9 yrs old in one room with me and my wife in the other. The room upstairs was like a private studio for our son. big TV, great sound and a microwave for popcorn etc. he loves it. my wife and I loved the privacy and backyard for kids to play. so many tools and pots in the kitchen and he entire house was well stocked. Hard to find a nicer place in Avon for the money. Would come back in a heartbeat. thanks Stephanie!!

Brett and Kim’s house was nothing short of amazing for our group of 10. It was perfect for a weekend at Gervasi. Conveniently located, private, and extremely clean! Not a detail went unnoticed.

Justin is an amazing host, we stayed here for Memorial Day weekend, plenty to do on/off the property! Very convenient being less than 10 minutes from the city, as well as a short walk away to local establishments/breweries. Highly recommend a stay here, epically with a large group!
