Attractively renovated apartment with a large garden.

Our guesthouse in the center of Limmen has been completely renovated in Jan/Feb 2024 with a completely new bathroom. It is an attached apartment (30m2) with its own entrance and all amenities (AH, bakery, etc) 3 minutes on foot. The beautiful North Holland dune area and the beach (10 minutes), but also Alkmaar(15 minutes) and Amsterdam(30 minutes) are easily accessible. Parking is on the street and is free. You can use the bikes for free. You will receive a private piece of garden at your disposal.

A nice and cozy stay, quietly located yet remains central. Close to the beach and cities like Alkmaar and Amsterdam. With a lovely, sunny garden where there are plenty of relax spots. The place includes the cute and easygoing cat Jet. She has her own cat door and can go in and out whenever she wants. So there's no need for a litter box. She may come chill on the couch with you for some coziness. Food and water are needed once a day and are provided. Please also check the reviews.

You are renting a barn house on the outskirts of Akersloot. Rural area and yet close to the A9, so you can be in cozy cities like Amsterdam, Haarlem and Alkmaar in no time. The house has its own entrance; you have a beautiful view of the bulb fields. Akersloot is 10 km from the beach. It is adjacent to the Alkmaardermeer where you can also swim, and there is a playground for children. Tourist tax must be paid separately and is €1.80 pp/night. Breakfast is not included.

You will find the cottage on a little island called De Woude. It is a true paradise for birdwatchers, hikers and fishermen but if you want visit Alkmaar, Zaanse schans, Amsterdam ore you want to go to the beach you will be there in ca. 35 minutes by car. With a ferry you get to the island. The ferry goes back and forth all day until 23:00. Cars are allowed. their is a private parking place near the cottage.
