Close to the center of Ajaccio, this very cozy accommodation is a peaceful haven (very quiet and beautiful environment). Maddo is very welcoming and caring.

Beautiful view! Marine was very responsive to our requests. We liked the location because it's slightly away from the city center. The beaches and restaurants in this location are fantastic. We recommend it.

Laetizia is friendly and helpful. She gave us good tips regarding bakery, supermarket and restaurants. The apartment is functionally furnished; I have hardly encountered a better furnished apartment on Airbnb. A fairly large sandy beach is right by the sea; you go out the back door and you're on the beach. A shower would be desirable. The apartment with private parking is very suitable for people with a car. Without it, it is rather difficult, because public transport is said to be unreliable (statement by Laetitia).

Claire’s place is a great beachside studio right across the road is the stunning beach. Its location is walking distance to shops, restaurants, bakery and cafes. Claire is a great host who communicates quickly and clearly and check in was easy. I misunderstood the check in but Claire was extremely accommodating and allowed us to park our car at her place and we came back after a swim at the beach and everything was ready. Thanks for a great stay Claire.

The place was simply fantastic and the view of the sea was exceptional. The equipment is of very high quality and each room has its own shower. Even with a little cooler temperatures, you have a great time in the house. The pool with the terrace and the outdoor kitchen were also a highlight. We had great cooking evenings and got some tips from Christophe and Armelle for shopping and restaurants. There are some bars and restaurants in the immediate neighborhood. This is a fantastic location for a small family (or a larger family who can perhaps pitch a tent). A beautiful beach (Plage D’Arone) is very close (2 km by car) with a UNESCO World Heritage site and epic hiking experience (Capo Rosso) on the doorstep as well. Christelle’s outdoor kitchen is well apportioned, and I would advise visitors to take advantage of that (rather then rely on the inconvenience of having to drive to closest villages). This is especially true in the off-season (when the restaurants at Plage D’Arone are closed). In that sense, the property is isolated.

We had a great family stay in this villa with a beautiful view of the sea and the mountain! Access to the sea on foot is appreciable. A large swimming pool and everything you need for sunbathing. The rooms are spacious and we enjoyed having 3 bathrooms. Tasteful decoration of the whole house and everything you need to cook. A very nice basket of goodies welcomed us😊. Thanks to our host. We recommend this villa without a second thought. The situation is also an asset.

We absolutely loved our stay and I cannot say enough good things about the house. The views are amazing and it is such a peaceful location. The house is extremely clean, the kitchen is well stocked with high quality kitchenware and dishes. The a/c in all the rooms works very well. I would recommend bringing binoculars because there are lots of birds and it is fun to watch the boats in the cove. Olivia was great…so responsive and kind. Highly recommend.

Very nice house for a stay with family. Very pleasant to live in and very well located for any activity. Very pleasant pool for the end of the day despite the proximity of sumptuous beaches. It's nice at the end of the day to bathe in peace when the children are tired. Professional and very friendly contact.

We had a lovely stay at Delphine's apartment. The well-equipped and clean accommodation is very well located for visiting the city center. The balcony overlooking the sea is really nice ☺️

Clean space, as described. Very well placed. On the heights allowing a beautiful view. Walking distance to the center in about fifteen minutes (many steps). To go up a free shuttle (Prefecture / Parking Miséricorde line) drops us off right next to the residence (stop "CAF"). A great location to enjoy the city of Ajaccio and its surroundings.

We had a great stay in this apartment in May 2025. Everything was as described, and we were amazed by the magnificent view of the bay of Ajaccio. The apartment is a real cocoon: pleasant, warm and very functional. When we arrived late, the small attentions offered by Philippe particularly touched us and testify to a great sense of hospitality. The impeccable bedding allowed us to spend restful nights, and although the road below is present, it did not bother us at all. We were even able to sleep with the window open, lulled by the sea air. The little extras: the small beach below, ideal for avoiding taking the car, the walk along the beach allows you to reach the old town, the covered market and the port on foot. Small shops nearby make the stay even easier. We highly recommend this rental

Very clean space, responsive ,flexible owner. Location not very far from the hyper-center of Ajaccio. The real thing in addition, the parking space!

This place was perfect! It was easy to find, and sparkling clean when we arrived. Sylvie has done an excellent job in making the place usable and it feels like a home away from home. The villa is set back from the beach a kilometer or two and is surrounded by trees giving one privacy, but there are still fabulous views. There is a local beach a few minutes drive away and several little beach restaurants. We didn`t cook, but it appears that the kitchen was fully stocked. Would definitely stay here again!!

Studio in a very good location with beautiful sea views, 5 minutes walk from a beach and outside of Ajaccio for more tranquility. Very well equipped place and as described, everything is done for an arrival in complete autonomy with Fabienne's instructions. Recommended!

Fantastically renovated apartment, comfortable and equipped with all comforts. Practical on the Boulevard with a spacious balcony with sea views. Bakeries and supermarket around the corner, beach in front of the door, the center of Ajaccio within walking distance and a private parking space. Perfect place for visiting the capital of Corsica. Very pleasant contact with the host; always a quick response and very attentive!
