Agréable studio plain-pied de 25 m2 dans une ancienne ferme typique de la vallée. Vue sur la chaine du Mont-Blanc. Dans un quartier tranquille à deux pas de Chamonix. Une place de parking( non couverte) est à votre disposition. L'entrée du studio se fait par une cour privée. Situé à 3 mn à pied de la gare routière (pas besoin d 'utiliser votre voiture) navettes gratuites sur toute la vallée. À 5 mn du départ du téléphérique de l'Aiguille du Midi et 10 min du centre ville et de ses commerces.

Florent has gone to so much trouble to make this a great Airbnb. The location is amazing and close to everything in Chamonix. We loved the ambiance of the Airbnb with windows looking directly at Mont Blanc. We loved the homeliness of the apartment with everything you will ever need including washing machine and drying rack. The flat is warm and cosy with a great floor plan. Special mention for a great Sonos sound system and well equipped kitchen with everything ever you'll need. 5 Stars Florent.

Perfect location, right next to the cable car for the Aiguille du Midi, and close to train station. Walking is easy throughout Chamonix. The layout of the place is well done, and nice balcony. Fun to people watch as the crowds gather for the cable car. Great communication. Lots of helpful tips.

Great apartment to stay for a ski break. Really clean, plenty of space and the most beautiful views! Very central and easy walk to Savoy button lift up to the main gondola to the Brevent ski area.

We parked our car for 3 days and walked everywhere. Amazing views from the balcony! Hannah and Rhys' were very friendly and responsive. We also had dinner at their restaurant and it was very good! Loved the shower! Really enjoyed our stay!
