Holiday rentals with a pool in Aigaliers

Due to personal circumstances we had to rearrange this holiday 2 times, of which Remy was very understanding. We booked the villa based on how well the photos looked but were really not ready for just how much better the place was in reality! Le Magnanerie is tucked quietly away in a totally idyllic spot in a gorgeous old French hamlet, boasting the most impressive westerly views across the private pool of the Cévennes, with stunning sunsets. The covered outside area is spacious and perfect to escape the direct summer sun, and the thick stone building is naturally cool. Comfortably set over 3 pretty floors with portable air conditioning in the loft bedroom area. Kids bunk beds are perfectly placed and even though everything is wooden, nothing creaks. Local agent Deborah was very helpful and after driving from the UK, we were pleasantly surprised to have had our best family holiday to date here! We rarely return to holiday destinations, however we will certainly be coming back. Merci

Five stars all around. Communication with Florence was excellent. We asked for a better Weber grill and a brand new one was provided immediately. House is full of character, village is charming. Bakery in the center of town has closed, but there is another bakery further down the road. Small grocery store in the center of town. Second floor (third floor North American) bedrooms could be an issue for those with mobility issues as the stone staircases are steep with only a rope to hang onto. Pulling out onto the road from the property requires assistance to make sure the way is clear. All in all, we would return in a heart beat.

Ann ist eine anregende, interessierte, nicht zuletzt weltläufige und hilfreiche Gesprächspartnerin, deren Hinweise auf lohnende Orte, Geschäfte und Cafés jeden Besuch wert waren. Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette belle villa. Il y a tout l’équipement nécessaire. Grâce à la clim, l’intérieur de la maison (y compris les chambres) reste frais donc très agréable pour dormir. Jolie terrasse avec une piscine. Les photos correspondent à la réalité. Justine nous a très bien accueillies. Elle a été réactive par message au cours du séjour lorsque nous avions des questions. Nous recommandons cette maison.

wow is all I can say. everything was perfect. the house, the grounds, the location, the host. all amazing. you honestly feel like your family has its own private chateau. it was perfect driving distance to explore provence. all the major cities not too far away. the host was amazing to communicate with. met him a few times. great guy and really cares for the home. the grounds included a cherry and apricot orchard. we were lucky enough to be there when both were ripe. the house was equipped with everything you need for your stay. all in all I would say you really can't find anything better for your family stay. the only downside is, you don't want to leave. :)

Nous avons passé un magnifique week-end dans la maison de Julie qui est splendide. Tout est fait pour notre confort au cœur d’une superbe région . Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Highly recommended!! Stunning house with the beautiful surroundings, picturesque garden and a big pool. Photos don’t justify it’s beauty! Perfect for the big groups or families. The whole experience was over the top! Wish we could stay longer :( Anne is amazing :)

Couple très sympathique, nous avons passé un excellent week-end avec de belles balades, piscine le soir et parties de boules. Bref de vraies vacances

Nous avons eu beaucoup de plaisir au château du Fan. Annie est très agréable, pro-active et pleine de bonnes suggestions. Cuisine et appartement bien équipée. Facile d'accès. Places de parc. Piscine (en été). Mais pas de. balcon/terrasse. On a beaucoup apprécié et pouvons recommander.

Hemos estado muy cómodos. El apartamento estaba limpísimo y es muy acogedor y funcional, al lado del centro histórico de Uzès. Con todo lo necesario para una estancia muy agradable y con una bonita terraza. Tener plaza de aparcamiento propia es una gran comodidad. Y Geraldine ha sido una gran anfitriona, muy amable en todo momento.

Venez les yeux fermés ! Michelle est vraiment sympa et accueillante. L'appartement est très bien agencé, et parfaitement entretenu, équipé, et confortable. Vous allez au centre ville à pieds en 5 minutes. Vraiment rien à redire. Je reviendrai dès que possible.

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel dans cette magnifique villa ! L’endroit est très agréable, calme et idéal pour se ressourcer. Le jacuzzi a été un véritable plus, un pur moment de détente. Les nuits ont été paisibles grâce au confort des lieux. Tout était parfait, nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Béatrice is lovely and helpful. Friendly and welcoming to us and very kind with my dog. We had a relaxing and happy week here. The big pool is absolutely fantastic and the area around is private, spacious, practical and so very welcoming to enjoy. Swimming in the evening too with the trees around and the moon shining was just wonderful! Secure to park your car - everything feels safe and peaceful. We were so fortunate to be able to get this week as it’s booked up now for all of summer - definetly recommend! Thank you for our stay :)

Je conseille vivement, idéalement situé pour visiter Montpellier et sont arrière pays. Bon accueil, piscine et cuisine d’été… l’endroit mérite que l’on s’y attarde !! Nous y reviendrons !

Unser Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft war einfach wundervoll! Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Außenanlagen waren ein Traum – in Wirklichkeit sogar noch schöner als auf den Fotos!

My wife and I stayed in Guillaume’s place for a month in April/May. Great time of year to visit CdP — a lot less crowded, and we were able to get an appointment for any wine tasting we wanted. Easy to get restaurant reservations too. Our favorite restaurants were Le Verger des Papes and Le Comptoir de la Mére Germaine. Guillaume’s place is perfectly situated near the castle. Parking is readily available nearby. The house is clean and spacious. Well-equipped kitchen. Finding it was a bit of challenge when we first arrived but once we did, the check-in process was easy. Would definitely stay here again.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans cette maison tout particulièrement agréable et chaleureuse. Nous avons notamment beaucoup apprécié le confort du salon, de la literie ainsi que les divers equipements mis à notre disposition. Nous avons l'habitude de louer régulièrement des maisons pour des séjours en famille et celle ci fait partie des plus agréables que nous ayons eu l'occasion d'occuper. La maison est par ailleurs très calme, dans un quartier proche du centre que l'on rejoint rapidement après quelques minutes de marche. Julien s'est montré très prévenant à notre égard et arrangeant pour les heures d'arrivée et de départ. Merci pour ce séjour ! 🙂

Perfect villa, an easy walk to the main city, and other villages and things to see also, lovely fresh pool, and a very modern accommodation, easy Uber to and from with shopping, perfect for our stay in Avignon

Un véritable petit coin de paradis à Uzès ! La maison d’Annie-France est pleine de charme, décorée avec goût et parfaitement équipée pour un séjour tout en confort. La piscine est un vrai bonheur, idéale pour se détendre après une journée de visite. Le logement est situé à quelques pas du centre d’Uzès, ce qui permet de profiter pleinement de la ville tout en étant au calme. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la tranquillité des lieux, la gentillesse et la bienveillance d'Annie-France et l’atmosphère chaleureuse de la maison. Une adresse que nous recommandons les yeux fermés !

une très bonne adresse pour un agréable séjour dans cette belle région. une hôte sympathique et accommodante pour quelques jours avec nos grands enfants leurs conjoints à l'occasion de Noël

nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! la maison est super confortable, grande, très bien équipée, une décoration faite avec gout, des équipements très bien pensés. une salle de jeux avec tout ce qui peut être possible pour s'amuser, et passer du bon temps pour les grands et les petits… nos hôtes ont été extrêmement gentils et disponibles, Gisou et Rolland sont adorables et nous ont accueillit avec de bonnes bouteilles, un décor de Noel, des chocolats ...GENIAL !!! C'est trop sympa. la maison est calme, c'est incroyable comme c'est paisible, et c'est beau, nous avons pu admirer les couchers de soleil, une vue sur le pont du Gard, merveilleux !!! nous avons eu du mal a partir tellement que nous avons adoré cet endroit. de nombreuses activités autour, des beaux villages a visiter, du cheval, des promenades, des restaurants, ect... c'est le lieu de vacances parfait : maison magnifique et avec tout, endroit magnifique, hôtes adorables.. que demander de plus ?

We LOVED our stay in Avignon! The location is absolutely perfect. The home is large enough to host a big family, the pool was a special beloved feature of our children. Robin bought us groceries ahead of time and the amazing Rosè wine available was delicious. A perfect stay! We fell in love with Avignon.
