House holiday rentals in Ağva Merkez

While we were researching for a 3-day vacation, we saw this house and evaluated and preferred the comments. We knew when we arrived that this preference was a very accurate decision. The welcome was extremely gulerian and very clear information about every detail at the first time of entering the house. The house has a very nice design and every detail has been considered. Everything you will need is in the house. At the same time, we received the house in an extremely clean way. A total of 7 people with two sieves, we were very comfortable and had a good time. First of all, we had a very nice time, the house garden and pool were perfect. Mr. Hasan was in communication with us, he was very understanding and hospitable. Her brother delivered the house to us, and she was very nice and welcoming. The items in the house were old. The tables have lace on the consoles and they were all very dusty. We advise you not to step on the carpets barefoot. The plastics on the floor in the bathroom were very worn out and broken. There were huge cobwebs and spiders all over the house. But if there are people you enjoy with you for general accommodation, your enjoyment in the pool and garden is priceless. We enjoyed it immensely and highly recommend it.

The house was clean, convenient and full of sufficient furniture. The pool was clean and lovely. Mr. Adem was a caring and hospitable host. Whenever we asked a question, we received an answer in a very short time. We had a nice experience. We recommend it.

It is a very pleasant villa that offers all the facilities. Everything is thought out, 3-4 families can have a pleasant time.

Very nice place, large rooms, the beds were comfortable. Great breakfast. Hayati was easy to reach, friendly and very helpful.

The location was great, the house was spotless and the communication with the host was extremely easy and quick. The pool was constantly warm and ready to use which made our stay much more comfortable. We couldn't see it in the photos, but the fire boiler in the garden allowed us to have a more enjoyable time in the evenings. Thank you again Ms. Ümit for her hospitality and attention.

Sina was a great host! She was very friendly and helpful at all times. The place was spotless and just like the pictures. I can 100% recommend it and would check in there myself. For families, Sina's place is awesome. Everyone has enough space and space to relax.

The view was amazing from the balcony The living room had a nice view from large windows on the wall everything was clean and the host was very helpful and responsive

we were looking for a peaceful place in Istanbul close to the sea and mountains and forests. This is the best place for this purpose. So we got completely relaxed there. Moreover, the location is very organic- you may buy fresh milk straight from Turkish village citizens, freshly baked Karadeniz bread from the local old lady who is making herself it, you may buy fresh groceries there. Black Sea is 10 minutes away by car. The place is also close to both Asian and European parts of Istanbul. About house- the housekeepers are very helpful and empathetic, whenever you need help, they can do that. We did not know that the house is well-equipped so we brought our dishes, containers, shampoo etc. However, everything was there. Overall, we had amazing experience there with our kids. thanks to this place for that

Everything was fine, the temperature of the pool was very sufficient. It didn't even take 1 minute to reach the host for any questions. They are very interested. Thank you. We are very satisfied

Excellent value for money. Property is exactly as it appears in photos. It was perfectly clean and tidy and beautifully located in Yeldegirmeni, which remains the best neighbourhood we visited in Istanbul. Would absolutely stay again, and recommend to others.

Mr. Mubin was extremely caring and helpful from the beginning to the end of our stay. The house was even more beautiful and clean than it appeared in the photos. Words are not enough to describe this magnificent view in touch with nature. It was especially unique to sit on the porch and enjoy this peaceful atmosphere. It should definitely be the first choice for those looking for such an experience. We would like to thank Mr. Mubin again for everything.

It is a great place to spend time with a large group of friends. We had everything in the 4-story building, we stayed with full pleasure. Mr. Ferhat was extremely caring and helpful, communicating with us very well. We thank him very much. We would love to come back in the summer to use the pool:)

We had a great time in Ms.Ulkü’s place. She was so kind and welcoming which made us feel right at home. The cottage has beautiful surroundings and is near the Black Sea. I would definitely recommend staying here!

We had a great vacation. Mr. Volkan was helpful with everything from our check-in time to our departure. Perfect vineyard house with its nature, landscaping, location. A house I would like to go back to, thank you again Mr. Volkan.

Great opportunity to get out of the city and relax.

mr. Barış, the manager, was very interested. The house, the pool was clean. The kitchen and refrigerator had the basics you needed. We stayed with 4 families with pleasure. We recommend.

We found the place easily, Ms. Mine was interested, the house was clean and there was everything to be found in a house, the pool was clean and warm in the house, it was so, even watching a movie in front of the fireplace, we had a good time as a family, we recommend 🙏🏻

Buket’s place was delightful! It felt like a home away from home very quickly and is very well stocked. During our stay here, we got to see a quieter, more residential side of Istanbul — at the Airbnb, we cooked, attempted a 1000-piece puzzle, and had a restful time. We also visited Buket at her shop on Heybeliada, one of the Prince’s Islands. She is super helpful and very friendly and we were so happy to meet her in person. Would definitely recommend this one for solo travellers or couples looking to have a quiet break while in Istanbul. Hope to be back one day!
