Medium budget room, with BREAKFAST ingredients!

The house, where the room is, is in a quiet neighborhood. The room has only 1 bed good for 2 guests and for small builts, maybe a small child can still fit in. A third guest can use an extra mattress good for 1 and maybe another child. You may choose and pay for a list of ingredients that you will cook. See Other things to note for details. Pets are welcome but we will ask for a Php 1000.00 deposit per pet and stay just to be sure that we are dealing with responsible pet owners.

The house, where the room is, is in a quiet neighborhood. The room has 1 queen-sized bed for 2 pax and a small child. Two extra mattresses for 4 pax (or 6 for small built) and maybe a child each and another mattress for 1 (and maybe a child). We are limiting our booking that it appears fully-booked after three (3) months. Just send an inquiry. The guests shall cook their meals, from a provided list of ingredients, if desired.
