Great stay!

The place we saw and booked through Airbnb was not where we stayed. Immediately after the booking confirmation, Jared told us that the accommodation listed was under maintenance and offered an alternative. After viewing the photos, Jared sent, we agreed. The location is a subdivision about 15 minutes from the city center by trike (which you get crossing a very busy main road just outside the subdivision. A good thing was a fairly well stocked supermarket just outside. The stay was enjoyable except two things; 1. The WiFi kept dropping, and 2. The bathroom didn't have a basin tap, which left us brushing our teeth in the shower or in the kitchen sink. If 8am karaoke on a Sunday from one of your neighbours or kids playing up and down the street doesn't bother you, then this is definitely a good place to stay. We travelled a lot while staying there and really enjoyed our stay. Jared is super helpful and a wonderful person. Will come again, should opportunity arise again. Thank You Jared

My overall stay was superb! Surely a great place to stay especially you have important appointments or travels in Butuan! Clean, safe, quiet place to relax. Plus the host, Ma'am Eulyn is very kind, and approachable! Great service for a very affordable price! If given a chance to go back to Butuan, this place is on the top of the list to stay in! Also the place is located just along the main highway J.C. Aquino Ave. near to malls, offices, markets and airport!

They accommodated my very late booking. Neighborhood is safe even late at night although the dogs barking regularly was a bit annoying. Self check in was super easy, and the host was so friendly and responsive. A very comfortable and affordable place if you’re passing through Butuan. Thanks again!

Loreto's place was a New place. It's very well located close to the city. Just a small skip to the main road. Property management was very responsive to any special needs. Very professional, friendly and very helpful. I would recommend this place and would stay here again next time iam in tandag. 5 stars 🌟🌟 🌟🌟🌟

Place was clean and as advertised. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay, except for a strong wi-fi connection and a tv (lack of which is totally okay if you’re with friends so we weren’t bothered much by this). Host was responsive and extremely helpful. We barely had any trouble with self check-in and check-out as all instructions were very clear. Private transportation would be better for the place, although its still accessible via public trikes. Highly recommended if you’re visiting Butuan! 💓

The host was fantastic! She was incredibly kind, bringing us an induction cooker at around 11 PM so we could prepare breakfast for the kids. Her responsiveness to our needs was exceptional.

Aysee accommodated my special needs and changes in guest numbers without any problems. House is neat and comfortable, smelt really nice and everything works!
