Perfect locale! Surely if I ever return to the area, I will stay on site! The little house is perfect and has everything you need. The garden is beautiful MYTH!

The house is very cozy, clean and organized. The location is excellent, close to all the shops, and it is on a very quiet and peaceful street. It has the essential kitchen items, bedding, etc. We were with children and had a wonderful experience. Marlon is a wonderful host, very polite and always willing to help. I highly recommend it! I will be back for sure!

We are immensely grateful for the days we spent at Vivian's house, it met beyond our expectations. The very clean, functional house, spacious rooms, wonderful gourmet area and the pool is not even talked about, we were very pleased. We had a great stay at Junior's place in São Pedro! The house is spacious, comfortable and exactly as shown in the photos. All rooms were well taken care of, the pool was clean and ready for use, and the barbecue area was complete with all the necessary utensils. Júnior was attentive and made us very comfortable. I highly recommend it and would definitely come back!

I begin this evaluation by saying that they were wonderful days, this trip meant a lot to our family because it marked the 60th birthday of my mother-in-law, 37 years of marriage of my in-laws and the birthday of my sister-in-law, in addition to the intimate family moment. When we were leaving, we commented: we couldn't have chosen a better place to stay and a better city. We feel at home, we are comfortable, we are at ease. Letícia attended to us with hospitality and attention, which made all the difference because we felt safe. The little farm at the condominium's door is a very nice and free attraction, and the hot springs are right next to the house. The condominium has a really nice playground for children and is very quiet and safe. The center is very close to the house and it is possible to enjoy the attractions of the city without much travel time: We will definitely come back more often.

The house is extremely comfy and cozy. Perfect for happy family days. Right at the entrance of Águas de São Pedro, only a few minutes from the Shopping Mall. Calm and safe neighborhood. The house has everything you need. Mr. Antonio always very helpful, kind and polite, as well as his wife and daughter Helena. Note 1,000! I hope to return soon.

We had a wonderful weekend with family and friends! The place is even more beautiful than in the photos, very spacious and very well equipped. There were almost 30 of us and all the facilities served us very well. We will definitely come back more often, our trip will be marked forever!

The experience at Mrs. Valeria's house was great. The house is large, was extremely clean and had plenty of space providing comfort during our stay. All rooms are well equipped. The kitchen had everything you need to make your meals, including salt, sugar, oil, vinegar and coarse salt if you wanted to barbecue. Rooms with extra blankets and pillows and pool area with noodles for use. The space is very private, giving total comfort to the guest, it also has a great location in the city, allowing you to do everything on foot.

One of the best accommodations my family has stayed in, from the beginning Joelma was very helpful, always responded quickly, answered all questions, was very flexible, fair and cordial. Basically, I found a well-kept accommodation by the owner who is very kind and responsive very quickly. Personally, this place is highly recommended for family and for fun with friends as well. The place is very safe and quiet and has plenty of place to park in front of the house very quietly.

The house is spacious, comfortable, equipped and was clean. The outdoor area is wonderful! Pena that was cold and we had no way to enjoy the swimming pool that was also clean. Nathália is very kind, proactive, and it made us very comfortable It would surely come back!

The owner was very welcoming and nice, always answered very quickly The location was perfect because we had a festival near. There was no shops so you should prepare yourself. Most of the shops and restaurants in the near city are closed during the week. Its took bit to find Ubers but if you have a car it’s perfect. The pool didn’t worked but anyway we enjoyed. Thank you!

Best value for money in Águas de São Pedro, this is the second time we have stayed in the apartment. Privileged location right in the City Center, a few meters from the Bus Station, markets, pharmacies, general commerce, in addition to the main tourist spots and restaurants, Apt. Clean, as well as bed and bath linens! Airy and cozy. Mariana, as always, is very polite and helpful, always responds quickly when necessary. I highly recommend it!
