The house is very cozy, clean and organized. The location is excellent, close to all the shops, and it is on a very quiet and peaceful street. It has the essential kitchen items, bedding, etc. We were with children and had a wonderful experience. Marlon is a wonderful host, very polite and always willing to help. I highly recommend it! I will be back for sure!

The Rosana space is very nice. It accommodated my family and me very well. When we arrived, everything was extremely clean and organized. We felt at home. The place is close to the mini horto (place I always recommend to visit) and close to the center (but you need to walk a little bit to get there). Communication with Rosana was amazing and she left our check in and check out very flexible. We will definitely want to return to her place. I highly recommend it.

The Marcio estate is very cozy. Super well-structured, extensive and very well cared for, with a level of excellence in the details very difficult to find. The rooms are large and the back garden is very beautiful and ideal for those who go with a dog, as was my case. Surely at a next opportunity in São Pedro it will be on my radar as a home priority. Added to this is the kindness and cordiality of both Marcio, who was at our check-out and Edilson, who welcomed us on our arrival. I highly recommend it as a great option to stay in São Pedro.

The stay at Vivian's apartment at the Resort São Pedro was excellent. The space was impeccable, well organized and very clean, providing comfort throughout the accommodation. The children enjoyed every moment, especially with the recreation offered by the monitors, which ensured fun and entertainment. The fact that the water park is integrated into the hotel made the experience even more practical and enjoyable. In addition, Vivian's tips were extremely helpful, helping to make everything even more perfect. Without a doubt, an experience that deserves to be repeated and recommended.

Think in a perfect place! The apartment is very cozy, spacious, airy and equipped to the necessary extent. The shower is delicious, super hot and pressured. Good mattresses, clean and good quality bedding. There is no filter in the kitchen because the water in the city is directly supplied from the fountains, it is safe to consume. The location is perfect, we don't use the car for anything. A delight to go out on the balcony at night and enjoy the movement of the boardwalk. It is 10 minutes from Thermas. Caroline and Eduardo are very attentive and helpful. We'll definitely be back, it was really worth it!

Just one addendum that I didn't respect Anderson: the values of the hotel's meals are salty rs, but it is very close to the center and there are many options for restaurants there.
