The stay was perfect! The environment is extremely organized and very well equipped (electromestic, utensils, crockery, barbecue kit, dish cloth, tablecloth, among others). There were pillows, bedding, outlet repellents. The swimming pool was clean and remained so during the stay, as the housekeeper cleaned in the morning. A curiosity: the pots, shapes and cutlery were shining, so clean rs ❤️ Fabio and Nina respond very quickly and are always requested. Communication was easy. We had a problem with the shower and it was promptly resolved. Check-in and check-out was flexible. I and my fiancé were in the house with 6 more friends, and we were very comfortable. The space inside the house is small, but the outside area accommodated them all very well. My only suggestion would be a bath near the pool. I would quietly recommend this hosting! We feel at home ❤️

The owner was very welcoming and nice, always answered very quickly The location was perfect because we had a festival near. There was no shops so you should prepare yourself. Most of the shops and restaurants in the near city are closed during the week. Its took bit to find Ubers but if you have a car it’s perfect. The pool didn’t worked but anyway we enjoyed. Thank you!

Wonderful place to rest. Flora and fauna of the exuberant region. Very comfortable accommodation. They were very good days with the family. The fish pit and local pets were different in hosting. I highly recommend!

It was days of rest, we went in a group of 4 couples. Independent rooms, chalets-style. Pleasant, organized common area with necessary items in the kitchen. Garden and well-kept swimming-pool. The villagers were educated and helpful all the time. It is a place to rest, recover energy and relax. We hope we have another opportunity to return.

The house is extremely comfy and cozy. Perfect for happy family days. Right at the entrance of Águas de São Pedro, only a few minutes from the Shopping Mall. Calm and safe neighborhood. I was in São Pedro-SP at the residence of Mr. João and I were very well received by the hostess Jaqueline. I went with my husband and two-year-old son and we were very happy with what we found. The house is exactly as advertised: spacious, comfortable, cozy and very well equipped as if we were in our own home. During the days, I used the kitchen a lot to prepare our meals and found everything I needed. I thought the house was very well located too, close to the supermarket and pharmacies. We were in a car, so that also made it easier for us to get around. The neighborhood is super quiet and peaceful, perfect for those seeking rest and calm. I definitely recommend it and will return on other occasions!

José Antônio's place is beautiful, much better than the photos show. It has a well-maintained garden. The pool area and super nice barbecue area. The spacious bedrooms and bathrooms with lockers to organize everything. The kitchen is squipadissima. It is close to local shops and the water park. 10 out of 10.

A Casinha is a grace! Makes you want to live there! We spent 4 days, the house is well taken care of, the quiet place, excellent for those who want to relax. The comfortable bed, the house was clean, well suited utensils in the kitchen, we felt at home. In the room I missed a more comfortable sofa or I could have footrest puffs, but that even made us stay short in the living room and enjoy more of the outdoor area that is beautiful.

We love the house, everything is very new, the beds are super comfortable, the furniture and atmosphere are great. It is very close to several squares that have events at night and good things to eat. There is a bakery on the corner that is wonderful for a hearty breakfast at great prices. The house is about 18 minutes from the Thermas de São Pedro park. Easy access, quiet street and very quiet neighborhood. We love and intend to return soon.
