Holiday rentals with a patio in Agrilia

This airbnb was perfect for me and my boyfriend! We fell in love with the views and the kitty’s that walk around and come say hi. If I ever return to Zakynthos I will book this Airbnb again

The owners are super nice and super attentive. They sent us a PDF with the essential things to visit on the island. The accommodation was all very clean and tidy and above all very well equipped in the kitchen/bathroom/rooms. The location was next to the village of Zakynthos. In conclusion, a 10 out of 10.

This is an architectural gem of a place, beautiful interiors combining traditional stone with contemporay interior design. The house manager Vaios was most helpful from the moment we arrived at the airport to explaining all the features and local area. The cleaning is excellent from the pool to inside and always smelt fresh, with clean towels and linen every two days. This is such a great place to chill, with a spectacular view of the Ionian across to the Peloponnese mainland. Xygia beach below has new sunbeds and was a quiet and relxing place for our morning swim. The Taverna above is just 50m from the apartment and serves fabulous food morning to night. The portions are huge and run by the lovliest, friendly family. The roads were surprisingly quiet and it is very easy to circumnavigate the island. We enjoyed Daphne beach in the marine park for a trip South but for us the North of the island was just perfect and unspoilt. We would highly recommend and hope to return some time soon.

We stayed for 6 nights and had a wonderful experience - Ivana and Dionisis were very kind and helpful. They gave us lots of recommendations and the check in process was easy. The view from the balcony is incredible! Even better than the photos. We ended up eating at the restaurant there most nights as the food and wine was so delicious. We would definitely come back!

A wonderfull place with everything you need for a perfect holiday. A perfect host, the welcome is so nice you feel right at home. The rooms are big with lots of closet space. On thing do not eat at the snack academy

We had such a great time at this Airbnb in Zakynthos! The place was super clean and even had a cleaning service come by during our stay – which was a nice touch. The location is perfect – really central and close to restaurants, beaches, and all the main sights. Our host was incredibly friendly and helpful. He welcomed us with some water and a snack (so thoughtful!) and gave us lots of great tips for places to eat and things to see around the island. We felt completely at home and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

We stayed in the apartment for a week and had a very good time. Both the host and his father Yiannis were extremely friendly and helpful! The various foods they left us for our stay were much appreciated (especially water and grapes!). The house was exactly as shown in the photos and the location is convenient for walking to all the services and points of interest in the area, in particular the nearby beach where sea turtles lay their eggs.

We had a wonderful stay at Maria’s wonderful place! It looks just like the pictures. And she is very sweet and full of energy and recommendations!

I had a great stay at this Airbnb. The hosts were very kind and helpful, making me feel welcome. The accommodation was peaceful, providing a perfect place to relax. At the same time, it was conveniently located, allowing easy access to various places. I would recommend it.

Amazing property! Loved the architecture and design of the place - tasteful decor. Enjoyed our stay here basking in the sun by the pool. Spacious rooms with lots of storage space - bathroom in each room was a huge bonus. Overall loved everything about the property and the host was very friendly and helpful.

We had a fantastic stay at the house! It’s perfectly located, super clean, very comfortable, and extremely well equipped, everything we needed was there. Spyros and Magdalini were incredibly helpful and kind, always available and full of great recommendations that made our trip even better. We had a wonderful time and will definitely come back again! Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful villa. The accommodation was clean, spacious, and beautifully renovated—we immediately felt at home. The outdoor area was perfect for relaxing. The villa managers and owner were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They gave us great recommendations and even assisted with bookings. They cleaned the pool, changed towels, and made the beds during our stay. We also received a lovely basket with snacks and fruit. Communication was quick and incredibly thoughtful, and they did everything to accommodate us, including offering early check-in. The only downside (at least during our stay) was some noise from the olive oil factory next door, due to trucks coming and going. It didn’t bother us much, but those looking for quiet should be aware. A car is definitely needed, as the location is remote, but it’s a great starting point for exploring the island. Overall, we highly recommend this place and truly appreciated the outstanding service.

Beautiful location in the northwest of Zakynthos. breathtaking view between the mountains towards the sea. several restaurants nearby and a very functional supermarket with fresh bread in the harbor. unforgettable experience. You need a car, because you are into the Mountains.

This little villa in the olive grove is perfect for a relaxing and decompressing holiday. The place is immaculate, with a lot of attention to detail, it's welcoming and homely. Will definitely go back!

Adriana has a fantastic Villa. Modern and well looked after. Comes fully equipped with everything you'd need if self catering. Adriana kindly filled the fridge with goodies for us too. Downstairs, there is a Large living room, table and kitchen, bathroom and 1 bedroom and two big patio areas back and front and a hot tub upstairs two big bedrooms, bathroom and balcony. great for watching the sun set. Located just outside Tsivili, a 10/15 min gentle downhill walk to the main street of bars and restraunts or beach. We had a great holiday and would recommend this as a great base to explore the island

Don't look any further - this place is wonderful! Peaceful, a beautiful view, a few minutes away by car from lovely village with tavernas and shops but also beautiful beaches, and a supermarket less than 1 minute away. Comfortable beds, everything you need and a fantastic porch with incredible views over the Mediterranean sea, adorable cats around. Antonios was so kind, helpful and welcoming. We will definitely stay here again and could not recommend it more!

Apartment II is newly refurbished with obvious love to details and attention - it looks exactly like the pictures. It is located in an authentic area not far from the main road and therefore convenient to many surrounding destinations. Also the shared garden/patio and pool are welcoming (many amenities to entertain children) and accurately designed. Alex is a sweetheart: always available, proactive and receptive.happy to help always and to share his Island’s tips. His kindness helped me cope with my light sleep and the two lovely - although barking - dogs patrolling the residences from their kennel. Zakynthos is worth visiting and Alex is great at making anyone feel “an insider” to this Ionian gem.

Recently renovated apartment, very nice, located on the second floor of a 3-story building. Although sometimes noisy because of the street below, there is a spacious balcony for coffee in the morning. Alexandra and Fotis are very friendly and available to give suggestions on the most interesting places on the island. The private and indoor parking space is very useful. Great location, close to the port, bus station and main street of Zakynthos.

The apartment is in the middle of the city, there is a lot to do and a 3-minute walk away is a very nice square with plenty of restaurants. The apartment has good air conditioning and good beds. We really enjoyed it very much. Also there is a washing machine which is very nice. The balcony is very large and there is a nice table outside where you can sit with enough people.

Great location conveniently located within walking distance of downtown. Property and amenities were as advertised, and apartment had a high-end feel. Very roomy bathroom and shower as well. Host was extremely responsive when a minor issue came up, which was solved immediately. Two things to be aware of: the spiral staircase leading to the upstairs bedroom and balcony was tight and may not be ideal for someone with limited mobility; and the mattresses were extremely firm. Overall, a great experience. Thanks very much!

The house was clean and exactly as it appears, the hostess was very helpful and willing to find us cruises to see the island. He let us stay longer as he had no reservation on the day we were leaving so he made the schedule flexible. She had welcome coffees and breakfasts that were not included in the amenities, and she was willing to answer any questions we had. She also had shower gels and hair masks in both bathrooms. All I would like is for one of the three air conditioners to work a little better because it did not produce very cold air, however we were covered by the two other air conditioners of the house

You can't imagine a more beautiful accommodation. The two are enchanting, flexible, so hospitable, fulfill every wish and are always available. Thank you for the wonderful time on the enchanting island!!

The house was perfect!Very clean and cosy,the hosts were the nicest people ever and they helped us with everything. Its location requires a car to visit the nearby beaches and the neighbourhood is quite and away from the city's noise.I highly recommend this place to everyone that visits Zakinthos!

The host were extremely friendly and accommodating to an early check-in and late check out. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back when in Zakynthanos!
