We decide on this Airbnb last minute and it was the best decision we made on the island. The place was peaceful, relaxing, and private while still being walking distance from beautiful batches and authentic Greek cuisine. The host was more than responsive and catered to our every request. I can’t recommend this place enough. Worth every penny. Just pay the money !! We will be back.

Nikos is truly a geat host! He was already waiting when I arrived, gave me a great welcome and showed me the apartment. It had everything I needed, the seaview from the balcony was amazing! I was here in late November and had the whole island just for me, no tourism. Perfect to explore the best spots and sceneries without hassle. Would definitely come again!

And when we felt like being a bit more adventurous, it served as a fantastic base for exploring the area. We were lucky enough to meet Niki, the wonderful lady who takes care of the property. She kept everything in tip-top shape and was a total gem, sharing tons of local tips and tricks that made our stay even better! One of our favorite things was cooking dinner on the coals outside and enjoying coffee al fresco throughout the day. It was the perfect spot to soak up the sun and enjoy the good vibes. Overall, we had an amazing time and can't wait to come back!

This flat is perfect if you are Looking for a peaceful and quiet place to relax. Everything you Need is available. The pools are great to relax after some Sightseeing. You will Need a car for this accomodation, however, it is really worth it!

We had a fantastic stay! First off, Spyros was very responsive and gave us a very comprehensive list of local recommendations and attractions which was very helpful! He was also flexible with check out times for us. The place was stunning! More than enough room for our group and every bedroom had its own bathroom attached. The views of the town and ocean were beautiful from the balcony. The place was very walkable to restaurants and bars. Parking was usually available right under the building and if not, on a nearby street. We wish we could’ve stayed longer! Would recommend to anyone staying in town!

Very nice place, exactly like the photos. Great view from the balcony. Only thing is that some plates and utensils were a little dirty. Overall, Nikos was very helpful and even helped us rent a car. I recommend.

Quiet area of Old Alykanas. Lovely Tooting scops Owl at night. With a great view across sea to Kefolonia. You need a car for supermarket and for main beach at Alykinas. Also it is a 25 min walk each way to the main bars and Restaurants. The Lemon Tree restaurant is a closer walk. There is 30 steps to climb to the Villa. For us it was beautiful as we knew what we were expecting and we loved our apartment, the Greek restaurants and the coastal views. Thank you Dionysis

Stay was perfectly arranged, all facilities were present and clean. Everything worked properly! Pool was cleaned regularly. All with all a top stay!

Takis was a wonderful host and the property was spotless and beautiful. Takis was extremely helpful during our stay, helping with local recommendations and always available if we needed help. We even received fresh eggs, vegetables and a traditional dessert from his Mother which was a wonderful touch. The house itself was just as described, clean and felt like home! The pool was huge and super clean, fantastic BBQ Grill & area outside too. Overall, we had the best experience in Zakinthos and Takis and his Mother played a huge role in that with all their help and recommendations! Will definitely be coming back to stay again!

Amazing property! Loved the architecture and design of the place - tasteful decor. Enjoyed our stay here basking in the sun by the pool. Spacious rooms with lots of storage space - bathroom in each room was a huge bonus. Overall loved everything about the property and the host was very friendly and helpful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this spacious villa in Zakynthos. The accommodation was exceptionally clean, spacious and excellently maintained. The host and hostess were incredibly friendly, flexible and service-oriented – always thoughtful and proactive. The villa offered plenty of privacy and tranquility, perfect for relaxing. The pool and barbecue made the holiday feeling complete. A big plus was the interim cleaning: several times the house was cleaned and equipped with fresh bedding and bath towels. Everything was taken care of to the last detail. The location is central, near the airport (without experiencing noise nuisance!) and ideal for those who want to enjoy the beautiful Greek winding roads, far away from the screaming tourist strips. A top accommodation for a relaxing break on a beautiful island.

Carol is a FANTASTIC host - absolutely amazing villa! the six of us had a great time exploring the island and coming back to the warmth of Carol's bar, team and food. felt extremely welcome and Carol went out of her way from start to finish to ensure our stay was as amazing as possible. deffo book if you are thinking about it! Wow! This place is amazing! My family and I (party of 7 adults) were in Greece celebrating our oldest son's graduation from medical school and this incredible home allowed us the space and comfort to connect and relax after a busy time in Athens. It could not have been more perfect! This home met and exceeded our expectations from the time of arrival to our departure. The owner/host's hospitality and thoughtfulness was incredible. The home furnishings and beds were so comfortable and we had an immediate sense of peace and relaxation as soon as we opened the door. Much to my delight and surprise our host met us and gave us a tour and provided a time to answer any of our questions and I could not believe my eyes there were groceries in the fridge! All we could need for the next day for breakfast and a little lunch to make our time even more relaxing. There was a wonderful restaurant only a five minute walk down the road with fresh grilled fish that I will dream about for years! Book it!

The B&B is exactly like the pictures and very beautiful.The landlady was welcoming and friendly and also prepared wine and wreath, so lovely!The room is modern and sophisticated and full of surprises.There are many shops to eat at the door and a supermarket.Because it is outdoors, there will be more mosquitoes, and you need to be careful.

Great place in an amazing location. The apartment is beautiful and very spacious. The balcony is stunning! The host is great in communication and he is very helpful for any information you may have about the island.

Great location conveniently located within walking distance of downtown. Property and amenities were as advertised, and apartment had a high-end feel. Very roomy bathroom and shower as well. Host was extremely responsive when a minor issue came up, which was solved immediately. Two things to be aware of: the spiral staircase leading to the upstairs bedroom and balcony was tight and may not be ideal for someone with limited mobility; and the mattresses were extremely firm. Overall, a great experience. Thanks very much!

Christina does everything for you! She picked us up at the airport and took us back there without payment. We were connected by cell phone for the whole stay and Christina kept asking if everything was in order. Plus, she gave us valuable insider tips. Accommodation has a lovely garden and super quiet location. Can really only recommend it!!

It was an amazing stay to say the least!The host is a very welcoming and kind person. The communication was great from the moment we booked the apartment till the checkout. The house was very clean and tidy, it felt like home right away. Bedsheets, kitchen, bathroom were all very clean and spotless. The place is very close to Solomos square so restaurants and shops are in a walkable distance. The beach is within a 5 minute walk as well. The apartment looks exactly like the photos and the description for the amenities and services is accurate. Overall it was a great stay, we would choose the apartment again on our next visit !
