Holiday rentals with beach access in Agria

We loved our stay in nasia’s amazing place. It was pure peace with an absolutely amazing beach just a few steps away. Nasia was always helpful and even lent us some snorkelling gear to enjoy the crystal clear waters even more. Would recommend to anyone! Just a recommendation to bring some mosquito repellant for the evenings to protect yourself!

Delightful beachfront apartment, equipped with all comforts. It enjoys an enviable location practically on the sea, in front of a public and equipped beach. The host was immediately ready to intervene when we reached out to them for a difficulty. I highly recommend it especially if you are traveling with children. Exceptional! YOU DON'T NEED TO TAKE ANYTHING WITH YOU, IT HAS EVERYTHING. THEIR BALCONY HAS A TERRIBLE VIEW AND THE HOUSE IS UNIQUE !!!

We had a fantastic stay. The house is located right on the seafront, and waking up and falling asleep to the sound of the waves was absolutely magical. Everything was clean and well-equipped for a comfortable and pleasant stay. The yard is great – perfect for relaxing outdoors. Our host was incredibly friendly and responsive. We were truly impressed and will definitely come back!

We’ve had a wonderful family stay at the beach house. It’s your own little house on your own “private” beautiful beach, with the water right at your feet. A nice simple house on the beach, with the sound of the waves to sweeten your night’s sleep. The two tasty taverns next by with a wonderful vista just make it all the better.

The best airbnb we’ve ever visited! And we’ve been to quite a few. That the house is a bit hard to find also means that you’re surrounded by nature with the most beautiful sea view. We traveled to Milopotamos with our 16 month old. We were prepared for having to deal with lesser amenities than we have at home but Nefeli and Giannis have made sure this place has everything you need, and more than that. Different coffee makers, a laundry machine, an oven, a microwave, a mixer, a baby cod, towels for showering and towels for the beach, a beach umbrella - you name it. Absolutely amazing. All prepared with a great deal of care and detail, it felt like coming home. We’ve also had the pleasure to spend some time with these amazing hosts, and that made our visit complete. Don’t hesitate to book this place, you won’t regret it.

Small nice place، perfect for one or 2 travellers. The air runs nicely through the place. it was overall positive to stay there.

Overall very happy with the stay. The communication was great. The only problem was with the wifi, even when it worked, the connection was rather weak, but Katerina still did her best. The surrounding area has a lot to offer as well

George was exceptionally friendly and highly responsive throughout our stay. The apartment was spacious, well-appointed, and very comfortable. I would strongly recommend it to others. Its central location just a short 5–10 minute walk to the seaside and close to numerous bars and restaurants made it especially convenient. We had a wonderful time!

Well-maintained apartment, flexible check-in, had everything we needed (shampoo, shower gel, iron, coffee and more) so we didn't have to buy anything. Convenient location 5-10 minutes walk from central points. We were pleased. All we would like is 1-2 extra hand towels.

Fabulous! A comfortable studio, decorated with care and taste, very well equipped, quiet, close to the beach - and the beautiful archaeological museum -, with a bus stop 1 min walk, and an extraordinary terrace, with a magnificent view! Add the small welcome gifts (excellent white wine and delicious chocolates), and you have all the conditions for a divine stay! Great accommodation! The apartament is very roomy with 3 large bedroom, plenty of storage space and a nice and large living room with dining and reading areas. All beds are comfy and the apartment’s design is modern with much light during the day. The balconies are large and perfect to have breakfast. The bathrooms are clean and modern and the kitchen is equipped to cook a quick meal. The building is quiet with just 2 apartments on each floor. The biggest feature for us was the parking area. There are 2 private parking spots, one shaded and one outside. The host nice and helpful and we will definitely be back in Volos! Thanks, Chris!
