The apartment was excellent in every respect - very clean, fully equipped with everything one could ask for, elegant and above all in a fantastic location for anyone who wants to move around the city center. Dina was very helpful and understanding and I definitely recommend this apartment to any future guests of Volos, who will want to stay/move in the center.

The accommodation is worth the money, it is close to the sea and the center, it is very quiet, the owner responded immediately when I needed him. The only negative is the issue with the rather hard mattress and the lack of screens on the windows and balcony doors!!!Nevertheless, I highly recommend it and I would go again comfortably.

We visited Volos for three days, and were thoroughly pleased. The place was exactly as in the photos, comfortable and clean. The location is extremely convenient as it is right in the center and you can get everywhere you want on foot. Mrs. Evaggelia welcomed us with a big smile, she was very pleasant, polite and eager to make us feel at home!

Pleasant stay in Volos. The home was without exaggeration five minutes from the center, so I didn't have to drive a car. The apartment was perfectly functional with great amenities. It had everything one will need. The place was super clean and extremely ergonomic. Mr. George was very pleasant upon our arrival, showed us the space and of course fully informed us. Something that stood out was the fact that because we had a car he texted us to let us know that although we were close to the center if we need to move the car to the harbor area to be careful where to park in order not to eat a fine as well as an application is suitable for the controlled parking spaces. We will definitely choose this home again on the next visit to the city of Volos.

We spent beautiful days in Paou and felt very welcome from the first minute! The apartment itself is small but for us, as a couple, it was perfect. The house is surrounded by a lot of olive, lemon and pomegranate trees and a there is a scent of roses in the air, which we found very exceptional and beautiful. Right across the front yard, there is the Pagasetic gulf for a good swim. We rented a small motorbike, did our shopping in the cute town of Argalastì (15min), and enjoyed exploring the Aegean coast with its big beaches too(30 min drive). Aikaterini‘s parents also spent some days at the house. They were adorable and inspiring people that want you to feel welcome and comfortable! They provided us with fresh towels and bed sheets whenever we needed them, and they were easy to talk and reach out to. 10/10 recommend for an unforgettable and relaxing stay!

The location is very well equipped. The fact that each room had its own bathroom is a plus for this location. New, pleasant furniture. The interaction with the owners was excellent. I recommend this location!

we stayed for only one night butfor sure would be a pleasant stay for 1 week also. we enjoyed staying here and will definitley come back next year as it ticked all the boxes: good location, very clean, 2 bedroims, one big terace to enjoy in the evening, quiet place. thank you for everything and will come back soon😊

The flat was very clean and stylish. The bed was amazing and there was a mosquito net on the window, so we could leave it open at all times. There was a spaceous place to sit outside, sourrounded by nature. It was very quiet at night and bird singing woke us up in the morning. The huge parking was just in front of the building. The nearest shop was 150 m away, the seaside and city center were cca 300 m away. The best part of this amazing experience was the host. Filitsa was kind and nice, she responded very fast to our every question and gave us many local recommendations. She helped us with advice, even when we were not her guest anymore. We had a feeling she really cares for all her guests. This was one of our best accomodations in 10 years. And beaches were also amazing. If you get a chance to stay at this place, you could count yourself lucky! I would love to do that again in the future!

This apartment is so beautiful & modern, with a beautiful balcony where we enjoyed lovely views of the water. Everything was clean & comfortable. We loved walking the promenade every evening after dinner, and the host recommended a wonderful restaurant for our last night. Our stay was perfect!

The accommodation is in an excellent location in the center of Volos and whatever you need (coffee, supermarket, food, etc.) is within 10 steps. The room was impeccable, clean, very warm and welcoming with incredible views of Pelion and Volos Port. Vasilis and Violeta were extremely helpful and great guys who helped me directly when I needed something. It is highly recommended especially for anyone who wants to be in the heart of the city and explore it!

It was all really nice and we felt totally comfortable in the accommodation and on the property. It was beautiful there. The hostess was super super sweet!! Highly recommend

Were there for the 2nd time and it was great again. Apartment and surroundings are really nice, Athanasios is mega nice and always knows a few nice restaurants and beaches. We will be happy to come back!

Everything was spotless, clean, and tidy.

Great, private and peaceful place, awesome sunrises for the early risers. Very close to Volos and other nearby towns with lots of restaurants right on the beaches. You'll definitely get your steps in going to the Rooftop but it's in the name, so be prepared! We enjoyed the extra steps. Our only complaint was the hot tub not getting as hot as we would like. However, we enjoyed lots of activities, I actually proposed right across the street at a very nice beach-front restaurant, and we had some great relaxation out on the private patio. Would stay here again!

We we were three and stayed 6 nights. The place is very nice, spacious and well equipped. We strongly recommend it.

A great stay in a beautiful villa . A large swimming pool that allows you to swim and services that are extraordinary and of very high level. Alfonso and his team are available and extremely thoughtful. We strongly recommend!
