Holiday rentals with lake access in Agios Nikolaos

The is a family house, simple, pleasent and authentic. The natural surroundings are amazing. The silence is incredible. Meni and Andreas, the owners, are very nice people and we felt the love they invested in every detail. Thanks 🙏

We spent an incredibly beautiful three weeks at Villa Olga. Together with my husband and 10-month-old daughter, we were able to immediately feel at home and enjoy the vacation right away. The house is located on a road, but that doesn't bother you. The location and proximity to the sea are great and the house is well equipped. We lacked nothing, from a jukebox, TV, kitchen appliances, etc. everything was there. We particularly liked the kitchen equipment, as we like to cook a lot and this was definitely possible here at Olga's. The hot tub on the roof, the outdoor shower in the "garden" and the luxury of 2 bathrooms made our stay perfect and the farewell all the more difficult. We can highly recommend Olga's villa and hope to be able to vacation in this beautiful house again next year :)

If you are looking for a very quiet location close to the sea, this is the place to be. In Sitia you will find many shops and restaurants. A Lidl is about 20 minutes away. Thank you for everything. Amazing stay in your accommodation and the village of Avdou, couldn't recommend the house enough, very clean and lovely bedding and towels! Courtyard was lovely private space to sit and relax together with family. Lovely friendly village we were given lovely cake from one of the neighbours. We will defiantly back to stay! The stay was great. The location with this beautiful view directly on the sea was outstanding! We felt like at home and the children loved it too. We were always able to reach out to Karolos and he gave us great tips for restaurants and things to do. We'd come back in a heartbeat!

We had a wonderful stay at this property from 8/26/24 to 9/10/24. We arrived and wanted to see what is available and what we might have to buy. There were ice batteries available, filters for the coffee maker, salt, pepper, oil, some pods for the washing machine, aluminum foil, etc. The bed was freshly made and there was also an iron and ironing board. The place was very clean! The dishwasher was not in operation, which did not bother us, as we had little to rinse with two people every day. Direct neighbors have a small supermarket where you can find everything for everyday needs. However, we drove to Lidl 10 minutes away every week. The beach is 5 minutes away by foot. Voulisma Beach is a sandy beach. On the left side of the beach there are loungers for 15 euros per couple, on the right side for 25. Air conditioning ran perfectly. Quiet location in the village.

Nadine house was lovely, right on the beach and 100m from shops and restaurants. Our flight was delayed by 4 hrs and Constantina was super helpful and left the keys somewhere nice and easy. She always responded straight away to any questions, gave very helpful advice on places to eat and things to do. The house was lovely, clean tidy, good amount of utensils for cooking. We were lucky enough to have been left a cake, honey, home grown oranges, raki and olives. All seriously delicious. There were 4 of us and the house was easily large enough and the beds were very comfortable. I would highly recommend this place and Constantina as a host.

Our stay at Maria's place went well beyond our expectations!! Maria is a fabulous host that meets you upon check and really gives you the run down with a map of the best things to do in Eastern Crete. She also makes the place warm and welcoming with little treats upon your arrival. The apartment was so cute and clean, the pictures in the listing don't do it justice! The view from the balcony is better than any other view you will get in the area, I was blown away. My husband and I spent way more time sitting enjoying the breeze and the view than I would have originally thought. Don't hesitate on booking this apartment, you will be glad you did. Thanks again Maria, we will see you back in Crete again because of this stay!

We had a wonderful time at Christina's place from the start. She greeted us at parking and helped with getting our stuff to the apartment which was super appreciated as we were travelling with a toddler. There is a fully equipped kitchen and we were grateful of the many coffee capsules available for us! The gem of the home is the balcony with a sea view (there are also some houses, but that was charming as there is a lemon tree underneath and you can get a glimpse of the local life as well) that opens to the bedroom and the living room. There are toys and games for children if needed. We loved staying in Agios Nikolaos - the promenade is beautiful, there are beaches within walking distance or a short drive and we had great food!

Dionysis was very responsive on very short notice. We arrived in Agios Nikolaos with no accommodations(the one we booked fell through). We booked online and were checked in within the hour. It made our stay in Agios Nikolaos relaxing and fun!

Everything was good! Well-equipped apartment and an excellent host! We recommend with confidence!

Lovely views from the terrace of the harbour and the daily comings and goings. Felt like we were in the heart of the town but with a private outdoor space. Inside was comfortable and had all the facilities we needed. Joanna was very helpful and responsive. Great value and recommended.

Fantastic apartment, just in the city center with a fantastic view to the lake. It is placed right on the pedestrian street. All you need in walking distance. Gianna was a brilliant host, helpful and quick to response. Can only recommend Gianna and the apartment.
