Holiday rentals in Agios Martinos

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Tierra in Corfu lovely small village called Loutses. The location was perfect, and the house was spotless when we arrived. We especially loved the big wardrobe, excellent air conditioning, and fantastic water pressure. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the bathroom was very clean. The decor was lovely, and the double-glazed windows with shutters kept the bugs out at night. We were very comfortable there and would highly recommend it! Harris, the owner, was also very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. He was always available to help if we had any questions or concerns. Verry Happy to go back again next year.

We had a very nice stay with our two children and were received in a very friendly manner. It is a pleasantly quiet place, the beach is within walking distance and in Acharavi there are many shopping and restaurant options. A wonderful place to relax and discover the island. Athina even gave us fresh eggs from her chickens- very tasty! We would come back!

What truly set Thinalo apart was the incredible hospitality. Our host went above and beyond—adjusting our booking when travel delays shortened our trip and ensuring every detail was flawless. Katia, who welcomed us, was warm and professional, even arranging a last-minute boat rental that became the highlight of our trip. Waking up to the sound of waves, enjoying sunset dinners on the terrace, and swimming in the crystal-clear Ionian Sea just steps from our door—every moment felt magical. Thinalo isn’t just a rental; it’s a slice of paradise. We’re already counting down the days until we can return!

We have traveled very much and we can say this place is definitely special. You will make this clear to the end only when you leave. We are immensely grateful to the family who built this incredibly cozy home and made it a memorable stay. The villa is spacious and modern, but it can be seen from the photo as well. But there's something you won't see in the photo. These are stylish dishes, comfortable sofas, and perfect cleanliness. Plenty of places to read or chat in the yard. The kitchen is perfect to cook together and even small children will not disturb you, because there is enough space for everyone. Very convenient fridge. We enjoyed cooking in the villa, because everything prompted it. We really wanted to leave cleanliness and order after ourselves, because such a place can not be treated differently than it was your own. So every day the floors were vacuumed and mopped. Please take care of the lovely wooden kitchen countertops. They are gentle. The beach is 5 minutes to the house. Gym, taverns, coffee shops -

Very very nice villa! A favorite for our group of friends! Breathtaking view of the mountains of Albania in the heights! PURE IDLENESS. Close to beaches, shops, restaurants. Isolated and quiet! Everything is a 5-minute drive. Super nice, simple and flexible hosts! All the necessary equipment inside, we didn't want for anything! Recommended+++

The house was lovely, aircon fantastic and needed. The pool was great, views and sun sets were amazing. Lots of areas to sit. Well equipped house. Comfortable sitting area downstsirs. The double bed was comfy but the two single beds were a bit hard. There were a lot of wasps about, possibly due to the grape vines, with lots of grapes hanging and fig trees. We could not eat outside because of the wasps, it was too hot so it didn't worry us that we couldn't. The drive up to the house was fine until the last 50m or so and track/road is rough, not easy. Nicolas so helpful. Spiros and his Daughter were so welcoming and helpful and avaliable to sort anything if we had a problem. Thank you. We did have a fantastic time and would come back again.

Fantastic villa with an incredible view, everything you need within the villa and a great sized pool. Spiros the owner lives next door and frequently checks in to make sure all is ok and offer advice on transport, restaurants etc. The villa is located at the top of a steep hill which is expected based on the incredible view but something to consider, taxis are easy to get if needed.

We had great time at Spiros house. The house is very nicely situated in the mountains and close to nice beach. It has a lovely view and a terrific pool. The house is spacious and very clean. We stayed for five nights and the cleaner came on our third day which was great. Spiros is a great host and was easy and quick to communicate with. Highly recommended.
