Very friendly and welcoming owner. The apartment was super clean , cozy., nicely renovated, fully equipped. Located in very nice calm neighbourhood, very close to the shops, restaurants and transportation in the lovely area of Kallithea. Highly recommended.

Dionisis is a great host. He gave me details about everything near the apartment and overall about things I could see in Athens. his response was always immediate and very nice. a very thoughtful host and an amazing and clean apartment. I will definitely try to choose him the next time I visit Athens.

Perfektní ubytování pro max. 4 osoby. Hostitelka byla velmi nápomocná, dokonce jsme si směli nechat zavazadla v ubytování i po check-out. Výborná čistota apartmánu, pohodlné venkovní posezení, skvěle vybavená kuchyně. Dobrá dostupnost MHD. Ubytování předčilo naše očekávání, cítili jsme se jako doma. Děkujeme Pasa za vřelé přivítání, rádi se vrátíme.

Nous avons passé 6 nuit, l’appartement est impeccable, le bus, le train, le métro, tout est devant la porte. Notre voiture était dans le garage souterrain, en sécurité. Nous avons pris un ticket pour tous ces moyens de transport, 8,10 € pour cinq jours ! Je recommande cet appartement haut-de-gamme

Wir haben haben als Familie die Wohnung für eine Woche Urlaub in Athen genutzt. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Besonders hervorzuheben sind Maries unglaublich schnelle Antwortzeiten und die sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Kommunikation. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Stylish apartment with top quality amenities. Great location in a relatively quiet part of town, but still plenty enough going on to keep you entertained. Fantastic transport links into the centre of town and the beach. 5* communication from the host. Would stay again.

Everything was perfect!

Schöne Wohnung mit sauberer Bettwäsche und bequemen Bett. Es war alles da was man braucht. Die Kommunikation von Melina war super! Ich habe richtig schnell antworten erhalten und sie hat mir auch mit dem Parkplatz gut geholfen. Gerne wieder.

Incredible place to stay! The home has so much space and is filled with luxury items and accents to utilize and enjoy during your stay. But the real show stopper is the view from the balcony — a clear view of the acropolis! Me and my family stayed here for one night before we flew out early and are sad we didn’t know about it when we stayed for a week last week. It’s so walkable, so spacious, and has all the amenities you could ever want and need. the only two things that kept my review from being all 5s is that the lock boxes to get the keys were challenging to open (minor but still an inconvenience) and the couch had quite a few stains on them so we laid towels down (easy to fix). would highly recommend staying here and next time i’m in athens, ill definitely be here again!

we loved our stay here. modern and clean, and plenty of space for 2 people! tons of good restaurants right around the corner. walking distance to metro and so many other things. it is 3 flights of stairs up, but the view of the acropolis is worth it!

This is great location for exploring all Athens has to offer on foot or using public transport. The accommodation offered everything we needed and despite normal city centre noise levels we had no problem sleeping. We would certainly stay there again.

Tout est parfait : la vue est incroyable, dans le SPA c'est le next level !!! L'appartement est impeccable, propre , moderne et decoré avec gout et avec tous les conforts. Le parking est très pratique si vous louez une petite voiture. Bref, mon epouse aussi ne voulait plus repartir 😊 Nous y reviendrons avec beaucoup de plaisir, merci Konstantinos et Dan !!!

Arrived in evening & found entrance was at far end of road which was uphill. Taxis were on strike day we arrived after a 45 minute walk 😢. We should’ve caught the Metro. Keyless entry system worked fine. Wi-Fi worked well. Tried local restaurant the 1st evening, recommended & cheap. Apartment had all amenities except a microwave which we didn’t need. Spotlessly clean & & photos are accurate. Nice complimentary bottle of wine & water on arrival. Jacuzzi on patio was lovely. Text communication with Panagiotis was excellent & he messaged several times to ensure we were OK. Used local metro at bottom of hill which is great to get into central Athens & only €1.20 a journey. Uber is about €7. Breakfast in morning on back patio is lovely as sun rises with distant view of Acropolis. Nice to sit on front balcony at end of day watching sun set. Panagiotis was so helpful with any text communication. Would highly recommend.

Loved this place! Gorgeous and convenient space, great host suggestions, and perfect location. They even gave us fresh towels after two days. Loved it!

Romanos 5th floor apartment in Athens worked well for our stay. It is a large studio apartment with beautiful windows on both sides, a large deck and an amazing view of the Acropolis. It is in an excellent area with great restaurants and close to everything. We felt very comfortable there. The bathroom really needs to be redone since the shower is in a jacuzzi tub that doesn’t have a flat bottom. We knew this when we booked because very accurate photos were included. We loved the rest of the apartment and appreciated the cancellation policy so we booked anyway. If the bathroom was redone with a normal shower, this apartment would be ideal for everyone. As it is, I would recommend anyone with mobility issues to choose something different. It worked fine for us. Romano responded quickly to our communications and was very helpful with recommendations. We loved Athens and had a great stay.
