Very friendly and welcoming owner. The apartment was super clean , cozy., nicely renovated, fully equipped. Located in very nice calm neighbourhood, very close to the shops, restaurants and transportation in the lovely area of Kallithea. Highly recommended.

Lovely and quiet place. The nearest bus stop is just 3 minutes away, and there’s a market, a café, and restaurants within a 8-15-minute walk. it takes around 30 min to go to the city center by public transportation. Highly recommended

A very nice, comfortable, and modern apartment. All of the appliances work well and the apartment is very clean. It has a beautiful view on the Acropolis, especially at night. The apartment is located à in a residential area with about a 30 mins walk or 20 mins by metro to the tourist attractions. The check-in process was very simple, however the check-out time is very strict with not much flexibility.

Loved staying here - I was looking for a quiet airbnb for a short solo trip to get some work done and this was perfect. Close to the marina and the cultural centre (definitely recommend) but can also easily get on the tram into the city centre to see the sights. So lovely and peaceful - would definitely recommend! Marianna was also great - super responsive and very helpful!!

Rinaldo was very kind and pleasant with us, always available when we asked him questions, the accommodation is very good and the owner too! I recommend it.

Jona is responsive and great host from start to finish makes you feel welcome. The apartment has been renovated and there is attention to details. The apartment is always cool so no need to even turn the AC on. The unit locks up like a warehouse so it very secure and keeps the place cool and very dark easy to sleep. The area is very nice hidden gem

Excellent location! While being private and secluded, in three minutes walking you will find grocery stores, tons of restaurants, ATMs, bakeries, and more. The apartment is tastefully decorated and extremely clean. Highly recommend.

If youre thinking about booking this apartment to enjoy Athens then do it. What a fab little place! Its within walking distance of the centre of Athens (just) and there's lots of local shops dotted about near it. It was very clean, and the view on the terrace.. wow. Breathtaking. The apartment had everything you need to enjoy your holidays. There was only a few bits that let it down.. now i know you dont go on holiday to watch tv, but after walking 30,000 steps during the day it would have been nice to be able to sit on the sofa, pop the tv on and relax for half an hour. It wouldn't work. No signal. Also the door handle on the main door falls off, easy fix to pop it back on but still panicked thinking I'd broken it. And a little advice.. please tell us how to use the washing machine in the handbook. That would have been a handy addition to our stay. But overall Maria was a fantastic host and i would definitely recommend staying here. Fantastic location and fab price. 9/10

Great place to stay outside the center of Athens. The flat was very comfortable and spacious. Great places nearby to eat, shop, and get great desserts.

Just as shown in the photos. The space is well appointed, the views over Plaka and the Acropolis are 2nd to none, and the location places you right in the heart of great restaurants, shops, and nightlife!

we loved our stay here. modern and clean, and plenty of space for 2 people! tons of good restaurants right around the corner. walking distance to metro and so many other things. it is 3 flights of stairs up, but the view of the acropolis is worth it!

This is great location for exploring all Athens has to offer on foot or using public transport. The accommodation offered everything we needed and despite normal city centre noise levels we had no problem sleeping. We would certainly stay there again.

Arrived in evening & found entrance was at far end of road which was uphill. Taxis were on strike day we arrived after a 45 minute walk 😢. We should’ve caught the Metro. Keyless entry system worked fine. Wi-Fi worked well. Tried local restaurant the 1st evening, recommended & cheap. Apartment had all amenities except a microwave which we didn’t need. Spotlessly clean & & photos are accurate. Nice complimentary bottle of wine & water on arrival. Jacuzzi on patio was lovely. Text communication with Panagiotis was excellent & he messaged several times to ensure we were OK. Used local metro at bottom of hill which is great to get into central Athens & only €1.20 a journey. Uber is about €7. Breakfast in morning on back patio is lovely as sun rises with distant view of Acropolis. Nice to sit on front balcony at end of day watching sun set. Panagiotis was so helpful with any text communication. Would highly recommend.

Loved this place! Gorgeous and convenient space, great host suggestions, and perfect location. They even gave us fresh towels after two days. Loved it!

Such a beautiful Airbnb. Best part is the hot tub actually gets hot, not just lukewarm (which i’ve noticed a lot of other hot tubs in Greece are only lukewarm) so that was a plus. Very modern setup and the view was great. Unfortunately I was very sick during my stay, but Jeff and Katerina were so nice and responsive and even helped us get a taxi to the ER, and checked in on us throughout the day. Truly such great hospitality and we are so appreciative for all of the help that they provided for us. Any question we had they responded to us right away with such helpful advice. Thank you so much for everything ♥️♥️
