Very friendly and welcoming owner. The apartment was super clean , cozy., nicely renovated, fully equipped. Located in very nice calm neighbourhood, very close to the shops, restaurants and transportation in the lovely area of Kallithea. Highly recommended.

Lovely and quiet place. The nearest bus stop is just 3 minutes away, and there’s a market, a café, and restaurants within a 8-15-minute walk. it takes around 30 min to go to the city center by public transportation. Highly recommended

Very high-end renovated apartment. Equipped with everything you need, including an office area and a balcony. The location is really great!! 3 minutes walk to the metro. From the subway, within 5 minutes, we reached the heart of the tourist area. In the other direction of the subway we went to the port of Piraeus and as we got off the station we got on a ferry to the islands. Next to the apartment is a stunning boulevard with outdoor fitness facilities and a stone-paved Greek street with good restaurants. Full of cafes, supermarkets, lots of businesses in the area and even a 24-hour kiosk nearby. A really good location, in short. Highly recommended. There's even parking near the apartment

We spent 6 nights, the apartment is spotless, the bus, the train, the metro, everything is in front of the door. Our car was in the undergrund garage, safe. We took a ticket for all these means of transport, €8.10 for five days! I woulddefinitely recommend this high-end apartment.

Excellent location! While being private and secluded, in three minutes walking you will find grocery stores, tons of restaurants, ATMs, bakeries, and more. The apartment is tastefully decorated and extremely clean. Highly recommend.

Incredible place to stay! The home has so much space and is filled with luxury items and accents to utilize and enjoy during your stay. But the real show stopper is the view from the balcony — a clear view of the acropolis! Me and my family stayed here for one night before we flew out early and are sad we didn’t know about it when we stayed for a week last week. It’s so walkable, so spacious, and has all the amenities you could ever want and need. the only two things that kept my review from being all 5s is that the lock boxes to get the keys were challenging to open (minor but still an inconvenience) and the couch had quite a few stains on them so we laid towels down (easy to fix). would highly recommend staying here and next time i’m in athens, ill definitely be here again!

we loved our stay here. modern and clean, and plenty of space for 2 people! tons of good restaurants right around the corner. walking distance to metro and so many other things. it is 3 flights of stairs up, but the view of the acropolis is worth it!

This is great location for exploring all Athens has to offer on foot or using public transport. The accommodation offered everything we needed and despite normal city centre noise levels we had no problem sleeping. We would certainly stay there again.

Arrived in evening & found entrance was at far end of road which was uphill. Taxis were on strike day we arrived after a 45 minute walk 😢. We should’ve caught the Metro. Keyless entry system worked fine. Wi-Fi worked well. Tried local restaurant the 1st evening, recommended & cheap. Apartment had all amenities except a microwave which we didn’t need. Spotlessly clean & & photos are accurate. Nice complimentary bottle of wine & water on arrival. Jacuzzi on patio was lovely. Text communication with Panagiotis was excellent & he messaged several times to ensure we were OK. Used local metro at bottom of hill which is great to get into central Athens & only €1.20 a journey. Uber is about €7. Breakfast in morning on back patio is lovely as sun rises with distant view of Acropolis. Nice to sit on front balcony at end of day watching sun set. Panagiotis was so helpful with any text communication. Would highly recommend.

Loved this place! Gorgeous and convenient space, great host suggestions, and perfect location. They even gave us fresh towels after two days. Loved it!
