Villa Pergantini in the heart of Agia Efimia

What a wonderful place to stay in the centre of Agia Effimia with all the feels of a traditional Greek home. Our stay in September 2024 for 7 nights was perfect! Beautiful outside areas to sit and lounge around the property with space for private parking. Inside the property, two great sized bedrooms, a nice sized lounge area, small sitting room, fully functioning kitchen with an additional area for a washing machine, literally everything you could want. The Villa is perfectly situated in the small village of Agia Effimia, close to shops, bars and restaurants and it was lovely to sit outside and watch the world go by. Ideal for us as we took our elderly mother with us and she was able to go and have a walk around on her own. The host, Theodosis, welcomed us on arrival, and was very helpful and kind. The only suggestions that could make this property even better would be to have some basics such as milk, bread etc. provided on arrival, this would add a personal touch.

Our stay at Unity Villa was absolutely fantastic. The whole property was amazing and beautifully done, centrally located and easy to get to. A wonderful taverna next door was our favorite spot for dinner at night as well as coffee in the morning. Highly recommend, and would definitely stay here again.

We had to leave early for personal reasons and the property manager was most helpful. It was the perfect location close to amenities and restaurants but distant enough to always feel private and quiet. Would definably recommend and would use again if the opportunity arose.

Georgia’s place was fantastic. It was very clean and comfortable and was in a great location near to the sea with plenty of free on-street parking nearby - meaning you could really use it as a great base for getting round the whole island. Georgia was very communicative and helpful and even continued to provide advice (and some homemade cakes) during our stay. The housekeeper also came regularly and cleaned throughout each day while we were away. We would highly recommend staying at Georgia’s property when visiting Kefalonia!

We are a family of five and we all agreed that the house is a perfect size. We occupied 3 of the bedrooms leaving one unused. The bathrooms were a really good size and well equipped with a thoughtful variety of toiletries, and there is a well stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook or bake should you wish to. We thoroughly enjoyed the two verandas/terraces - the sunrises here are spectacular. The location was fabulous for swimming, snorkelling, seeing other parts of Kefalonia, and resting. Eleni was incredibly responsive, very flexible with our arrival and departure and very informative regarding the locality. We will definitely love to return. Thank you Eleni!
