It is the only apartment with a balcony built above the path that runs along the beach, offering exceptional views of the waves, the village, the fishermen, the surfers (in front of the Hash point spot). Very comfortable, decorated and maintained with care for an exceptional stay above the ocean, close to the many cafes and restaurants along the beach and 2 steps from the surf schools, in the heart of this friendly Berber village mixing fishermen, shopkeepers, surfers from around the world.

On the upper floor there are 2 apartments with shower room and terraces, on the lower floor kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and living room with fireplace. Two terraces with garden open onto the smooth rocks. It is only a 3-minute walk to the house's own beach. Depending on the waves, you can also jump into the water directly in front of the house.
