This is the only apartment with a 17 m2 balcony built above the path that runs along the beach, offering exceptional views of the waves, the village, the fishermen, the surfers. Very comfortable, decorated and maintained with care for an exceptional stay above the ocean, close to the many cafes and restaurants along the beach and a stone's throw from surf schools, in the heart of this friendly Berber village mixing fishermen, traders, surfers from all over the world... and a few tourists.

Small apartment, full of charm, located in the city center, on a quiet street, parallel to Hassan II, near Place de la Fontaine. Located on the 2nd floor of a small house, it is composed of a main room (living room). Equipped with large screen TV, French TNT, Wi-Fi, bathroom, toilet and very nice flowery terrace. The toilets are independent a well-equipped kitchen with dishes and cooking equipment. Ideal for a single person but suitable for a couple. Speak French only.

Zwei Terrassen mit Garten münden auf den glatten Felsen. Zum hauseigenen Strand sind es nur 3 Gehminuten. Je nach Wellengang kann man auch direkt vorm Haus ins Wasser springen.
