Vanessa and Ricardo were the perfect host. Ricardo was helpful from beginning to end, he speaks and understands English which helped me find his place and get around the city. Always responsive when I needed anything even late at night. His place is right by the road so it wasn’t difficult to find. The location is central to many things including the beach so that was a plus too. The apartment was very spacious, clean and fit the description on his listing. Only downside was when I realized I’ll have to pay my own power bills but then it’s a general thing in Benin AirBnB’s so it’s not exclusive to this listing… I enjoyed my stay here and will definitely come back whenever I am in Benin Republic. I’ll definitely recommend Ricardo and Vanessa’s place 100%.

Located a few steps from the beach and various activities, Donatien's accommodation was the perfect location for me to have a good stay. Donatien and his collaborator Edwige are very welcoming, very responsive and professional. The accommodation is clean and secure. Had a great time and recommend it!

Everything was great.

Beautiful home in a quiet setting with 5-star service. For my part, the calls to prayer from the mosques didn't bother me too much. After all this is Africa, you get used to it quickly 😉

My stay at Liamidi's went very well. The welcome was warm, and the hosts were very available. The space was clean, comfortable, and as described. In addition, the location was convenient, with easy access to shops and transportation. I would highly recommend this property and would not hesitate to come back.

Gyl was very helpful, so was his brother. They were very accommodating. I came a little early but they were able to get me in. Moreover, they were always helpful

My stay at Oreofe's was just perfect. The place is located in the heart of the city, it really made it easy for me. Everything was very well equipped, and I did not miss a thing. Plus, I felt completely safe. The terrace of the apartment is gigantic, and gives us a real sense of freedom. I would recommend it with great pleasure, and I would definitely go back for my next stay! Thanks and see you soon.

Excellent choice for a little studio in a well located part of the city. Decent internet, cable tv, big bathroom, comfortable bed and couch, AC works good, mosquitos stay out, fan, gas stove for some basic cooking, private terrace/floor… maybe the best part is an extremely well communicated and friendly host who speaks excellent English. Liked it so much I wanted to extend my stay. You pay electricity. Using the fridge and AC probably hit you the hardest there but it’s not terrible. Really recommend this place to solo or couple travelers. For short or longer term stays

Olusegun was super helpful, he picked me up from the airport and organized a vehicle for me for the days I am around. The place is clean, there is a restaurant right below that serves great meals.

1 week spent in the heart of Cotonou and in a well-equipped accommodation. My stay was good thanks to the conditions in which I was. Beyond the setting, I liked the humanity that my host showed. Very understanding and caring in all communications. The relationship was based on trust at all levels. First of all, the flexibility in terms of access hours, coming to Cotonou for the first time, I couldn't have imagined a better welcome than the one I received.
